They walk you through it and go over aftercare instructions with you so that you won't freak out on how to maintenance them. The service is very relaxing. The Metairie location is the largest of the three salons. While the extensions are being placed on your natural eyelashes, your eyes are closed the entire time, so I typically fall asleep. It's that soothing! Yes, you are laying down through the entire service, and the beds are very comfortable. Their products are also exclusive to Naturalashes. Sure, you can find individual extensions on the web, but not as the same quality as these. They do stay pretty booked, but they're always trying to accommodate their clients. I have not had a bad experience since I've been coming here. I definitely WOULD NOT go anywhere else!
