My teenager needed blood work done. We were told by his doctor not to eat or drink after midnight before his appointment. He was apparently dehydrated and so I was chastised about not giving him water to drink. She couldn't find the vein even though his veins were showing on his hand but the phlebotomist said they didn't have any butterflies. Amazing! Luckily, she was good at what she does or I would have raised hell. She got it in one poke. Thank goodness. No one hurts my son. So parents, if your kids' veins are hard to find, call and make sure they have experienced phlebotomists or butterflies. ***second review*** This does not change my terrible experience for my first son as this time around, my youngest had a great experience. The phlebotomist, Darla, was amazing with him. He was anxious from the night before and she did an amazing job calming him down. He did not feel anything because this time, they had the butterflies. She talked to him and was very engaging. She needs to train that other person. This place would be better for it. Changing the stars just because of this experience. They get 4 stars from 2. I would have given them 5 stars but the first experience takes that star away.

Check in at the kiosk, we were called maybe ten minutes later (they had three people in the waiting room). Chante immediately engaged with my baby and put me at ease. She drew the requested labs gently and so quickly! I was very impressed with the entire experience. Thank you!

I typically hate having to get blood work outside my dr office, but sometimes you can't help but…read morehaving to get it done at a lab site.. Had to take my twins to get their labs done, so I went to the quest located in Rockville, LI. Site had great parking with is always a big plus.. Site was clean and easy to find in the building. We got there a bit earlier, I was hoping to be taken sooner, but it didn't happen. But, at least we were taking right on our appointment time. We checked in at the self check in machine, it was pretty straightforward to use. There was a worker at the desk if you needed help. Phlebotomist , did her paper work and handle both my kids. Her energy was a bit low, but maybe she was having a long day. Kids said she was good with the needle and they didn't feel it ( so she gets a pass ) I would definitely go back if I have to.

I had to come here the other day to get some bloodwork done and was dreading it all week (I hate…read moregetting blood drawn, I mean who doesn't?!). The first sign that it was going to be a smooth appointment was when I pulled up to the massive parking lot.. so many open spots to choose from! The second sign was that I was called into the room literally within one minute of checking in for my appointment time. Things were looking good! One moment later, I had the good luck of receiving Glenyss as my lab technician. I was a "chatty-kathy" as I always am when it comes to needles, but her bedside manner, friendly & warm personality, and sense of humor really put me at ease. I had to get two vials drawn and I couldn't even feel or notice when she transitioned to the second one. It was over before I knew it! I've had blood drawn several times in my life and this was hands down, the best experience ever! On top of all that, Glenyss gave me a sticker from the movie Cars, as I "seem to be a car guy." I literally felt like a kid again.. how cool! LabCorp, if you're reading this... Glenyss over at your Rockville Center location for sure deserves a raise! She's doing an incredibly amazing job and is a great asset to your company.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! If your doctor orders a sonogram and tells you they are able to do it in…read moretheir office, please make sure to ask what company they work with. If they say the company is Rapid Diagnostics, do not agree to have your sonogram done in office. Ask for a script to be sent to Zwanger or any other place you have gone before. My mom's primary care doctor ordered a pelvic sonogram and it was done in their office by this company. Days after I get a call saying that my mom needs to follow up with her gynecologist. I ask why and the doctors office says to just follow up with the gynecologist. The primacy care doctor sends the report to the gynecologist. We schedule a call and speak with the gynecologist and he proceeds to explain the results of the sonogram. He starts talking about my mom's uterus. I Interrupt him to ask what a hysterectomy was and he tells us that it is the removal of the uterus. I tell him that my mom had a partial hysterectomy. My mom and I are now nervous trying to understand what is inside of her that looks like a uterus? The gynecologist says, don't panic, we will repeat the exam to make sure things are ok. I get a copy of the Rapid Diagnostics report and read all these measurements and details about my mom's uterus. I call the primary care doctor and try to get answers and I get no help. I decide to call Rapid Diagnostics to get answers and I am just told to speak to the primacy care doctor. A couple of days later, I get an EDITED report saying that my mom doesn't have a uterus and that the technician wasn't told that she had a hysterectomy. My mom was so scared wondering what was happening. No one cared about how she was feeling or showed any empathy aside from her gynecologist. He was the only one that cared about how she felt and took it upon himself to verify the results by performing another sonogram. Thankfully the second sonogram done by her gynecologist show everything was great and there was nothing to be worried about. Please learn from my mom experience and do not allow any test to be performed in your doctors office if they say that they have partnered with Rapid Diagnostics. This is not a reputable company. Do not trust your healthcare with them.
