They accept walk-ins. However this location is always super packed. Even with an appointment it is a long wait. I've made appointments here, and reconfirmed the day before, only to go there and my appointment was "lost" or "not found in the system". The system is all computers, so there is no front receptionist, you check in via kiosk. It is not exactly handicap friendly neither. The front threshold is extremely high, even by normal standards. There are no automatic doors to access the main building nor for quest. So if you are in a wheelchair or using self assistance, try a different location, as there will be difficulty. Be aware that if you're a person, whose veins are hard to find, they have a strict policy to only be able to stick you twice, which is understandable. They don't have a vein finder device neither. So if you know finding a vein might be difficult, you might need to just go to your doctor, to save yourself time and effort. read more

Scheduled an appointment online for 10am. Arrived at 945am and did self check in and am still waiting at 1042am !!!!!! Had to stop a tech and alert her. Many others did as well this is ridiculous also you have to pay for parking. Hope I don't get a ticket . read more

Before I get into the details of my experience, I just want to first state that I had an appt and was very early for my appt time. The GOAL of this office is to not accept people without appointments! You can tell that this is purposely done. They barely call people that have appointments. I witnessed for about 15 minutes at a time of the screen in the lobby displaying zero (0) patients being serviced. You can hear them from the waiting area laughing and joking in the back. It's so unprofessional. Not sure who is managing the place, but they can use some supervision from someone who actually cares. There were alot of people complaining, waiting for hours, frustrated, not getting their questions answered etc. Horrible! read more

You book an appointment on line. It really doesn't matter what time you book as you will wait at least 30 minutes past your appointment time. They used to be a really good place..... not sure what has happened. There are a completely new staff here who get they are paid by the hour so there's no incentive to be on time. I arrived on time for my appointment, and watched as every person in the waiting room, including at least 1 person who arrived after me, was taken ahead of me. When I was finally taken after waiting more than 50 minutes, I told the phlebotomist I was concerned about my 1-hour meter, and she appeared to deliberately drag her heels. She also took multiple tries to find a vein, leaving both of my arms a mess. I was lucky not to get a ticket, because despite my appointment, I was in the office for about an hour and 10 minutes. Professional staff, walk in accommodation, looked clean and quick , parking would be better deserved

Scheduled appointment and people waiting in waiting room for over an hour. Then why ask people to schedule appointment online if you can't accommodate. Waited approximately 20 minutes. They came out and said people were on break. Really? Finally get in to do my blood work and they tell me they can't understand the order. I left and went to Labcorp in Oceanside. They were prompt, friendly and could read the orders. read more

I was a walk in....and got there about 2:15pm...at about 2:40 someone comes out and tells another person that aren't taking any walking after 2:30pm so I didn't pay much attention to it...then the lady comes out 5min later and says "sir you didn't hear me, no walk ins after after 2:30 ...I told her I checked in at 2:15 she said no you didn't u checked in at 2:35 with a really bad attitude ...I didn't bother to argue with her I just left...the place is lousy read more

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL AND BOUGIE. The two of them are not on the same page. I called the night before on on 04/21/2022 and the automated system stated that "appointments are encouraged " so the next morning I was at the door at 6:51am before they opened at 7:01am. I was the first person in when the girl with the blue scrubs and glasses opened the door, she asked me if I had an appointment and I told her no and she stated that they were understaffed and that there would be a wait, I sat down and scheduled an appointment at another location as I sat and waited to be seen when they would be available. Another woman with wet looking hair, an outfit that looked as though she was heading to the gym is was skin tight and black and the pants had a white stripe on the side. More people walk in and the one in the black outfit comes out and asks if they have appointments and she says WITH AN ATTITUDE, "we aren't taking any walk ins, there are no walk ins!" I told her that was not what the woman in the blue scrubs stated when I had first arrived and she said again with an attitude, "there are no walk ins!" I told her again that wasn't what the other woman said and that I have been sitting here, the woman that told me there was a wait looked into my face as the woman in the black tights told me there were no walk ins, she did not speak up and confirm what she said she just let the woman tell me that there were no walk ins. They are both so unprofessional it's disgusting and I left and the woman in black attempting to be funny says, "have a nice weekend!" And I had choice words for her. I walked out and then I walked back in requesting the manager's name and number, she refused to provide me with the information and stating that I threatened her. I never threatened her I ask her for the manager's number and she refused and then she stated that she was the manager, I proceeded to ask her for her boss's phone number and she refused to give it to me and told me that she was going to call the police. I told her that I was going to stand there and call corporate and she was waving her finger at me and yelling at me telling me to get out of there or else she will call the police. I sat down and contacted corporate and filed a complaint against the location. We all could here them in the back stating, "some people are crazy", I am not amused by that. I waited for the police to arrive and explained everything that had happened, the only thing that police said was that they want me to leave. I left and at 7:42AM the district manager contacts me and I explained the situation to him. He stated that he will take statements from the employees and speak to a couple patients would take the proper action if necessary. I do not feel satisfied nor at ease by his statement and I will contact the corporate number to follow up. SITUATIONS LIKE THIS NEVER HAPPEN AT LABCORP, AT LABCORP WALK INS ARE WELCOME AND THEY HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I CAME TO QUEST BECAUSE MY EMPLOYER REQUESTED A DRUG SCREEN AND THIS IS WHAT I GET. I WILL BE CONTACTING MY EMPLOYER AND LETTING THEM KNOW HOW THIS SITUATION WAS HANDLED AND SUGGEST THEY SWITCH TO LABCORP. I DON'T LIKE TO DEAL WITH UPPITY TECHNICIANS THAT THINK THEY ARE HIGH AND MIGHTY BECAUSE THEY WORK AT QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND HOW DISPOSABLE YOU ARE, YOU ARE A PHLEBOTOMIST NOT A DOCTOR. NEITHER EMPLOYEE HAD ON IDENTIFYING INFORMATION, I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND OUT WHAT THEIR NAMES WERE, THEY DID NOT HAVE ON LABCOATS NOR ID BADGES WITH THEIR NAMES NOR TITLES. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING ESCORTED OUT OF AN ESTABLISHMENT LIKE SOM SORT OF A COMMON CRIMINAL AND I WILL FOLLOW UP ON THIS SITUATION TO FIND OUT THE RESOLUTION AND WHAT THEY PLAN TO DO ABOUT THIS. I DO NOT LIKE DOING BUSINESS AT QUEST I PREFER LABCORP, THERE EMPLOYEES ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND FOLLOW PROTOCOL, IT SEEMS LIKE QUEST EMPLOYEES ARE JUST WINGING IT OR DOING AS THEY SEE FIT. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if 4 people are scheduled at the same time and you so you still have to wait 45 minutes?

I can't speak for the general running of the facility as I did have to wait over 20 minutes to be called in even though I had an appointment but I do want to compliment the phlebotomist Grace. She was caring and helpful with my blood draw. If you can get in with her I would highly recommend it. read more

I came here as a walk-in without an appointment and they accepted me, the wait was not too bad. The self check-in is a bit annoying, it told me to scan my driver's license but I couldn't figure out how to scan it. One woman (customer) there didn't speak English so they had someone come out who spoke Spanish. I asked my phlebotomist a question about why you're supposed to fast beforehand and he seemed pretty knowledgeable when he answered. read more

While I understand that it is a holiday weekend, to lock the door ten minutes before closing time and ignoring knocking on the door is completely unprofessional. I got to the office before the closed and knocked on the door. I could hear people talking and NO ONE coming to the door. If it was too late to be seen (and I get it because it was close to closing time), the right thing to do was say we are not taking anymore patients and left it at that. Made an appointment for 8 am on a Saturday and was taken in 5 minutes after my appointment time. In and out in 20 minutes. I did however hear a gentleman in the waiting room say he had an approximate wait time of 45 minutes without an appointment Check in process was easy, facility was very clean, and staff was friendly. Very unprofessional environment. Tech workers lack competence and common courtesy. Wait time is extreme long even for those with an appointment. Though I live in Freeport, I'ld rather travel elsewhere for any future lab services. read more
