Almost crying, I said 'forget it, don't come, I'll figure it out myself. So I picked up the phone at 5:00am, alone on a dark street and called Twin View who I used once before. The quote was a 'normal price for the service' the response time was fair, and they got it done. I paid out of pocket and my insurance will reimburse me for it. In the future I will skip 'roadside assistance' who is a nightmare and calls rude expensive places, ( that charge MORE than the reasonable rate, and I will just pick up the phone and call Twin View.

I asked him to check the battery, because if that is the problem, it's an easy fix. He stated he did not have a battery tester, so he towed it to the KIA dealership. The service department said it could be a week before they even look at it! I find it hard to believe that a towing company can't test a battery before towing. Disappointing service.

Here I thought when they packed up and left their Hartnell shop that they left town all together... Only it seems these people packed up and just moved across town to a new location for a fresh start with the same quality of service, "POOR" no pun intended... One reviewer says it was recommended by the tow truck driver to go to this shop and that's funny because that's exactly how I ended up at this shop for my awful experience and I as well had a feeling that the tow truck driver and the owner of this business were friends... This tow truck driver should be a little more careful with his referrals because his boss might not like him doing that.... I learned a lot from this experience, one of which is you don't need a certificate to open automotive repair shop unless you do break and light inspections, or smog certification... Anything else you can just wing it and hope for the best
