I get home at 12:30 and... wait until 5 pm with a no call no show. I call the company and guess what? They close at 4pm so there is no one I can speak to. I wait until 7 pm to see if the tech is late and might show up? Nope. I have people coming for the week and now they get to sit in a hot house while I argue with my home warranty about sending a new company. This is bad business. I had to wait a week to get an appointment, take time off work and not even a call. I will not do business with them! I read the reviews, should have ran but figured they can't be that bad. Well they are. Stay away unless you want your time wasted. If you can't call or show up I can only imagine the quality of work you provide in person.
