Employees also said this would be fine. Also, the price of the part on car-part was listed as $150, when I spoke to the guy he said it would be $280! What kind of games are you playing? I told them I would pay $250 shipped which gives them $100 bucks over the price of the part to ship it, I think extremely generous. They said, no problem the Billing Department will send me a PayPal invoice by end of day and they would get it out the door right away. No call or email from them. Tuesday 5/8 waited until noon. They said there was some kind of 'SERVER' issue but they would get the invoice out by the end of the day. A server issue? You run your own PayPal server??? Obviously it doesn't make sense. No email/phone call. Wednesday 5/9 called in the morning and was told the weather was really bad and the guy I needed to talk to was delayed coming in. I checked the weather for their location and it was 82 degrees and party cloudy. I just love being lied to. Wednesday afternoon called again and was told I would hear something within the next 2 hours. Of course, no email / phone. Thursday 5/10 Called again and given another asinine excuse / lie. No call/email from them. Friday 5/11 Called again and given another asinine excuse / lie. No call/email from them. I am trying to give them money (a premium price at that) and they continue to lie and play games. Enough. Imagine how bad they would be for some kind of service if they are playing these kinds of games and lying on the sales side. I urge everyone looking for a part to no only use car-part.com but also check out autopartssearch.com. The later has some vendors which car-part does not have.

I've been waiting for 2 MONTHS to get the CORRECT part for my vehicle. The first part sent took two weeks to arrive and was the WRONG PART. Called and they said they would send a new part. STILL WAITING 2 MONTHS later and NO PART. I have chatted with them nearly every week since I ordered the part. I've been told I will get a refund along with the part I ordered and have not received either. I have filed a formal complaint with my credit card company. If I am not getting the part I ordered I should at least get my money back!!! Be wary of this company. They can get your credit card number correct, but apparently nothing else (i.e. address)!!! Sincerely, Katherine Fletcher with the Land Rover in desperate need of a right side mirror!

They tried to just give us one key, we asked for the other to be made and they said, "No problem. We will have another key for you." We didn't have an issue. Fast forward to 3 months later, and the vehicle we wanted to buy our daughter was here at this Autonation location, much closer to our home. Wow- we should be treated great for spending so much at the same place- NOT. My husband got home after buying the car with only one key and called and left a message letting the salesman know he forgot to give the other key. We waited several hours for a callback; so, then we just drove over to get it ourselves. The sales guy saw us drive up and called before we got out of the car and said it only came with one key and he can't give us another. Basically, we were not promised another key until throwing a fit with him then the manager. Then, we got the run-around over and over with this group when trying to pick it up and getting it programmed. Finally getting the key now, but they made sure to make me wait over 1.5 hours for the programming, which takes 20 minutes. My advice: if you HAVE to come here, insist on the key (and whatever else you are owed when spending this kind of money) during all the confusing decision making times prior to signing, these people DON'T work with you otherwise!!

When they looked at the car, the technician started trouble shooting and worked to keep the cost low. Once it was determined it was an electrical issue, I decided to purchase a new car and the experience was pleasant overall. It took three days for me to make up my mind, and I did not feel pressured to buy during the process. I was able to test drive as much as I needed, and when I was stranded they helped with transportation. They also answered ALL my questions about costs, vehicle details, and options. Once I selected the car, I was also able to upgrade a few features so the car met my expectations. I was able to get my own financing; however, AutoNation Ennis worked with a bank to extend my term. This extension made the payment similar to my current car payment. Lastly, I felt the trade in value was reasonable so we did not have to argue about my other car's value. If you want a new car or truck look for Mark Jones and/or Shaun Schell. They were both excellent to work with and focus on customer satisfaction. (Please note: I could have given them five stars; however, I do not give five stars...even to myself.)

I purchased a vehicle from Pegasus at the end of January. Within less than two months, I discovered…read morethe vehicle was sold to me with an active safety recall that was never disclosed or resolved prior to sale. This is not a minor issue. The defect caused structural expansion that lifted the rear seat, creating a serious safety risk. I have since learned this issue could have led to a much more dangerous outcome. When I contacted Pegasus, they immediately refused responsibility and directed me to the manufacturer, offering no assistance, no guidance, and no support. Selling a vehicle with an open safety recall--especially one involving potential safety hazards--raises serious concerns regarding: Failure to disclose material defects Lack of due diligence prior to sale Potential violations of Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) As a result of Pegasus' actions, I am now: Without a vehicle Still responsible for a loan tied to this purchase Forced to rely entirely on the manufacturer for resolution Pegasus has made zero effort to assist or advocate on my behalf, nor have they offered any form of transportation or resolution. This experience demonstrates a complete disregard for customer safety and consumer protection standards. I strongly urge anyone considering purchasing from Pegasus to verify recall status independently before signing anything. I am currently documenting this situation and exploring filing formal complaints with the Texas Attorney General, the Better Business Bureau, and pursuing all remedies available under Texas law.

It's far and they're all more useless than a bag of dicks with no handle. The bad attitude, the time wasted to commute over there, and the poor service has me deeply upset. They sent me messages to take my car over there for a recall and then they called as soon as I got home saying they couldn't fix it after all because I have an EV battery. Why lure me over there in the first place. They never have cars available and usually they take long to do repairs. Out of all the times I've taken my car there, they would never call to tell me it's ready leaving me not only without a car but having to call them myself to ask if it's ready. Mind you I have no car so it's another thing having to find availability for someone to take me over there. Just don't go yall!

Spoke with the salesperson and was told the "new" GM was trying to make a splash and dropped the price. I was told if I wanted to purchase it to fill out a credit app. I sent one over from their website within minutes about 2 hours before they closed. Next day I heard nothing from them even after texting the sales guy multiple times. Finally, at nearly 5:00 pm. the next day the sales rep called to tell me the truck sold, bad new, but the good news was there was another in transit. Asked if the price was the same and he said no that the one that sold was the only one at that price. After calling bullshit I told the sales guy what I thought about this typical car dealership game and that they needed to honor the price since I was quick to apply for GM financing and was never contacted about the truck being sold nor even given an opportunity to have a discussion. From the review I am seeing I should have known better but thought what a deal on this truck. Not surprised this was the ole bait and switch. This was likely just another cheap car dealership tactic to get people contacting the dealership and then to be told "Darn, that was the last one." We have others here we can sell you but at a higher price. I have bought a lot of vehicles over the years, and I wouldn't buy a car from Pegasus even if you paid me to do so. Suck ass dealership ran by incompetent and unprofessional people. BTW, the salesperson was supposed to call me back after speaking with his GM.........never did!
