Update to my first Review on Donna's Pet Depot. My older Aussie was at a kennel and I agreed to…read moregrooming services before picking her up after her stay. In short, the grooming was really bad. An ugly trim I didn't ask for which took part of her front leg 'feathers' off, the pretty feathers around her ears, and her Aussie "pants" were just a mis-matched mess of things. Kristen worked her magic and while I hated the fact that Skylar had to be trimmed shorter so she will grow in evenly, she looks so so so much better! I'm in awe of what Kristen pulled off based on what she had left to work with. Skylar and I say "thank you"!

I see good reviews, but it's from years ago. My recent experience has been not so good at all. My…read morelittle dogs had bleeding paws from their nail cut. As a groomer, you should know where to stop. I know accidents can happen, but to BOTH DOGS!? My dog doesn't even want me to touch her paw. She cut meat from the nail! Even though I discussed with her to cut and grind the rest. The worst part was her response!!! She claim it was only a little, that there was no blood on the towel... of course there wasn't blood on the towel they weren't walking on there paws, so there was no pressure. She put a powder on her paw, & said "she'll be okay, this is why they make the powder for". No pet owner wants to hear that! My dog is in pain and is extremely upset at this place. The rest of the hair looks sloppy. The way it was cut looks like she regular scissors. I'm sorry but I don't recommend Kristen EVER!

Also what a B S from this place not letting the owner in with the dog. Covid it's over!!! Why can I go in with my dog when she is being treated? Dr Howel was the best and I am sorry he's not there anymore. From 1 to 10 I'm giving this place a ZERO

Staff and nurses, all wonderful. The current Veterinarian, does not have a clue. Gave thyroid…read moredisorder diagnosis or 3 variations of thyroid issues. All based off low normal blood results. "Low normal" And that was the cause for regurgitation of my french bulldog. Fast forward my dog has classic Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome (BOAS) and has blockage so much so, his oxygen levels are 98%. So in addition to $1600 bill to receive 3 thyroid disorders as diagnoses , not anatomical! Now we have surgery with a new vet. To hopefully let him eat and breathe without struggling Be careful, these are pets that we love. I wouldn't utilize this Veternarian. Dr. also has an ego Complex and forgot it's not about her or me, the dog is what matters. Run Just a paying customer!
