We are taking care of my daughter's dog while he is in for needed training. While we are not normal patients of this veterinary clinic, we were able to get a quick appointment to see our dog. Doctor Santo did an excellent assessment of the dog and identified 2 issues missed by his vet which adversely affected his behavior. Ear infection and hip discomfort (arthritis or dysplasia). Brooke, the vet technician, was great also. Both have a great rapport with Myelin He seems better and is acting more like his normal self. Thank you for the care. read more

I have been coming to BCVC for a little over two new years when my family veterinarian retired. Dr Black and her staff were provided to me with beyond glowing recommendations, these recommendations were accurate. Dr Black is patient with my dog, who absolutely afraid of the vet and strangers. She is fantastic with input and honest feedback which I find a great and rare quality in any doctor. My dog loves coming here and is comfortable with the staff. The practice itself is immaculate, staff are friendly and helpful, and just a welcoming environment for a veterinary office. They are easy to get in touch with, as well helpful from the moment you set foot onto the property. There is ample parking in their lot outside the office. read more

Before I explain why I would give this veterinary office one star or less, be aware that I've given them several opportunities for service recovery and redemption. I also want to acknowledge Dr. Deidre Halloran for taking care of my kitten as if it were her own. She left no stones unturned when it came to diagnosing and treating our beloved fur baby. If every staff member provided care like Dr. Halloran, then this office would be a phenomenal place. I've been taking our rescued kitten, Zoey, to this practice since June 2020. We were seen by Dr. Halloran several times and were extremely satisfied with the care our pet was receiving. Zoey was seen by another veterinarian in the practice a short time later and was given a vaccine without my knowledge or consent. When I found out, I was extremely upset and concerned. The veterinary technician apologized profusely however, I never received a call from the veterinarian apologizing and explaining what occurred. I chalked this up to a "small" mistake and decided to not see that specific veterinarian again. A few months and several visits went by and we didn't have any major issues so we scheduled Zoey's spaying procedure. Fast forward to December 2nd, 2020, we dropped Zoey off for surgery at 0845 under the care of a veterinarian who's name I will not disclose. No When I arrived, Zoey was in her carrier and did not have an e-collar or surgical suit on. I was given extremely brief post-operative care instructions and told that she "didn't go at her wound at all so she's good". We arrived at home and found out the e-collar the office provided was too big for Zoey. Thus, we went back to the office and picked up two more which were also too big. They informed me that "they didn't have any surgical suits in her size" and that I would "have to get one". Being a prepared pet mom, I pre-ordered one prior to surgery and knew it was coming sometime soon. I also noted a wound on Zoey's right paw in that area that she was shaved. The wound was not there prior to the surgery and Zoey has never had a wound before. On December 6th, 2020 I woke up to find small spots of blood/fluid on our floors. I immediately checked Zoey and contacted the emergency line. They told me that she "may have irritated her surgical site" and that "she's okay". I contacted Bergen County Vet as a precaution on December 7th, 2020 and they told me I can "bring her in for a technician appointment" at 4pm. At that appointment, I was not able to speak with the veterinarian on the phone despite the fact that she was the one who did the surgery. Instead, I talked to the technician who told me: 1. There was no surgical site infection or need for antibiotic coverage. 2. The paw wound was "self inflicted" or she "cut it". 3. A follow-up appointment is not needed and I "just needed to keep her in the suit". I did just that and noticed that Zoey was not acting like herself after a few days of close monitoring. I took pictures of her wound and called the vet. They asked me to "text the pictures to them" and would call me back. Zoey was brought back to the veterinarian's office on December 12th, 2020 and was seen by yet another veterinarian; she did not bother to call me to discuss her findings or treatment plan. After waiting thirty minutes to be taken in and another thirty for the exam, I was told by a technician that: 1. Zoey has an infection at her surgical site. 2. Zoey also has a seroma at her surgical site. 3. Zoey received antibiotics and needs to be in her suit for a week longer. 4. Zoey needs to be seen in a week for another appointment. 5. The scab from Zoey's paw was removed and her wound was left open. 6. The bill for the visit due to POST OPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS was xxx. Our kitten who was healthy prior to 12/2 now has an infection, a seroma and a wound to her paw. **** I brought this to the office manager's attention and I was told that I should have "requested to speak to the doctor if I was concerned". I was also told that "things happen" and these findings " are not complications of surgery". She proceeded to say that "I'd be surprised by what animals can do" in regards to the mysterious paw injury Zoey sustained in their care. My concerns were blatantly dismissed and accountability was not taken by this office. Overall, I truly feel like my pet was treated as a source of income rather than a patient and that's disturbing. For your pet's sake, please GO TO ANOTHER veterinarian's office. This office lacks clear communication, accountability and simple compassion for their patients/families. read more

Dr. Shiffman and Dr. Moore were hands down THE MOST attentive and caring vets I've ever encountered. We brought our dog Sadie in for a routine visit and to check on a lipoma which turned out to be Hermangiosarcoma. The prognosis was not good, and although they just met Sadie they treated us as if we'd been with the practice forever. Their pricing was incredibly fair, and they helped guide us towards decisions that were beneficial for Sadie, and not for their pockets. Unfortunately, we had to euthanize her because the cancer was so fierce. Dr. Schiffman was with us through the whole experience, and I have never felt more supported. The staff was incredibly resourceful and kind. If, and when we do get another pet, this will be our go to vet for everything. I cannot recommend them highly enough. read more

This review is long overdue. My Family and I just want to give credit and kudos to Dr. Halloran. My Frenchie was well looked after and well taken care of by Dr.Halloran until her final moments. Gracie lived a longer than the average French Bulldog life thanks to the care received. Unfortunately old age and cancer got the best of our little Miss Gracie. This place has no problem collecting hundreds of dollars from you, but the manager can't even return a call. I recently took my 10 y/o dog for a check up in order to start the process of having his teeth cleaned, as he would have needed anesthesia. The vet said he needed his 3 year rabies shot, suggested kennel cough vaccine and lyme disease. I questioned why he needed the rabies since it wasn't a full year since he had the one year shot not quite a year ago. (he was rehomed with us last Oct. ) The vet said it would be fine as long as it's close to a year. I trusted her advice that it was ok to get 3 shots all at once. About 3 days later he started coughing terribly. Then a few days after that, exactly a week after the shots, he had a seizure. (He had no history of seizures.) A few weeks after that he had another one. His lungs became filled with fluid and he passed away a few weeks ago. Exactly 4 weeks after his vet visit. My dog did have a heart murmur, however, the vet NEVER looked at his file to see exactly when his last rabies shot was and never offered me any choices of spreading the shots out. I am a newer dog owner and really didn't know that senior dogs shouldn't get so many shots all at once. I was told by 2 other vets that he should not have received so many at once being an older dog with a heart condition. While I don't want to blame, it is difficult not to, as my dog was like a puppy until this visit. After the shots, it was as if a switch went off and he was never the same. Perhaps the shock to his system just accelerated his heart condition to worsen. The worst part was that when I called BC Vet just to say what happened, I was told the manager would call me back and never did. I just wanted to explain my story in hopes of preventing this in another senior dog. It is despicable that I did not receive a call back. I paid them $500 for this visit and lost my dog and the owner/manager doesn't even have the decency to return a call. read more

I had very good experiences until recently. I called a few weeks ago with a sick dog and was basically told no appointments were available. I was told I could sit there and wait the next day but there was no guarantee my dog would be seen! Then I was advised to try one of the Emergency Vets. What's the point of being loyal to a vet so they get to know your dog if you can't get an appt? Then I called for annual exams and shots and was told January (over 2 months away) and that my dog who needed shots "should be okay waiting that long!" This is not a vet telling me this, it was someone on the phone! Their website says call to get shots today but that's not possible. I understand they are down doctors. But when I posted online for a new vet out of desperation, several people posted that they called this practice the very same day and got appointments that week or the next week. I understand there are a lot more dogs from adoptions during Covid but it seems like a loyal patient (I have 2 dogs) means nothing to this practice. It makes me feel awful that my dogs are not as important as others because to me, they are family. I felt like the person scheduling appointments could have cared less and that may very well be a reflection of the doctors. ). Very sad because I really felt so great about the doctors here until this happened. It's just wrong. read more

There are three veterinarians at BCVC who I have been using for the past two and a half years , who I think are good; and according to the reviews so do other people. Why then the one star review? During the time I have been going to BCVC I have spent over $5,000 there. One of my dogs had two operations at BCVC. They always put in the notes about her "a sweet dog" or "a wonderful dog" and they know her medical problems. She had an urgent problem, I asked to see one of the three Vets who know her, and the earliest appointment they would give me was 5 weeks away. It is unbelievable that not one of the three Vets could not take the time to see her. They have 7 Vets (soon to be 9?) but I want some continuity of care. If you go to a Medical Practice you always see one Doctor who knows you. Look at the other one star reviews, you would see the same story, long time, loyal clients who were also told they could not be given an appointment for 6 or more weeks. This is the worst run business. When I call I am never on hold for less than 15 minutes (even if I am told I am next in line), that is of course if I am not automatically disconnected. They would say how much they care, but their actions tell a different story. I called up another Vet (I never used before) told the problems my dog was having, and got a next day appointment. I agree with another reviewer who said "Dr. Schiffman is great but the practice has become a victim of their success" I wonder what the BCVC practice manager would comment about this post as he condoned my inclination to write about my experience . In an e-mail to me, he wrote " While we would obviously hate to see you go elsewhere, we cannot stop you from doing so or voicing your experience with BCVC wherever you choose. " read more

The took my fur baby in an emergency situation and helped her with her sprained leg. All vet hospitals were on a 5+ wait, and I got in here right away. I find my new fur baby doctor. The nurse and the vet were awesome and the vet also had Shih Tzus as pets. I was not ripped off and was reasonable price for my visit. My dog came home with meds and treats. read more

I've had dogs my whole life. And the many vets I've used have been good. But none compare to the humanity and expertise of the staff at BCVC. None. Drs. Jill, Moore, Gess and their fine techs and front desk are the most incredible people who my family and I are lucky to know. One of our dogs was recently attacked by another dog. We ran straight to BCVC and they immediately tended to our dog regardless of their schedule or how busy they were. Their care and concern is unmatched. Dr. Moore has been a literal angel. She literally created time on her surgery day during the only window I had to bring our dog back over a concern that arose. I can not say enough great things about this group of dedicated professionals who go above and beyond. Big bonus... their pricing is incredible. Even if it's an emergency. We have used Bergen County Veterinary twice in the last 60 days and they were absolutely amazing. The first time was when we had to put our 10 yr old dog down. Even under COVID circumstances, they created an amazingly warm environment for us to say goodbye. The doctors and staff were so kind, empathetic and consoling. We were so grateful. Then we recently brought our new puppy there when he hurt his paw. From the first call from the vet tech, to the call from Dr. Lewis, everyone was so kind, thoughtful and compassionate. They treated our dog like it was their own. Our family always leaves with the best feeling because of how the entire office interacts with us. I can't give my review about any of the vets, because I couldn't get past the front desk. I was a walk in with my dog because she needed medical attention. I fully understood that I may have to be there a while because I was not a regular client. I explained my situation, and was cut off immediately. The receptionist didn't want to hear anything. I was told I didn't have an appointment,and they couldn't help me. I was dumbfounded. It's not like the office was packed with clients, only staff hanging around the front desk. It's not a problem, I will never step foot into this facility again. And rest assured, I will deter anyone who is interested in trying this facility out. read more

I took my Service Dog (German Shepherd) to this place because she had diarrhea and vomiting. I am a combat veteran that served 15 months in Iraq. When I first got there, they displayed unprofessional behavior by talking about me while I was in the exam room. I could hear them talking about me through the room and told the technician that it was rude. I didn't want to pass my dog through the doors with a dog there and while one of the office girls smoked a cigarette while holding the dog. However, I was there and needed help for my service dog so I didn't want to leave. I realize I should have now. They convinced me that she needed an ultrasound and blood work. The ultrasound cost me over 600 and the blood work was a little under 200. They told me nothing was wrong with her! After they. Gave me anxiety by telling me all the worse possible scenarios that it could be to get me to do these expensive tests. They told me that there was no payment plan option and couldn't do anything with the price. I had to put it on my credit card. After two weeks, she lost weight and was very sick. They never tested her for EPI, even though her symptoms were of a gastrointestinal issue. I decided to take my service dog to another place, because after spending over 700 I couldn't understand why they didn't run the proper tests for Samantha. I asked them to email me the ultrasound and lab work they did so that I can get a second opinion. After two days and several calls they did not email me the results. I went into the office with my sick service dog to pick them up. They told me when I arrived that they apologized, because they spelled my last name wrong and was emailing an incorrect email (since my email is my last name). I spent so much money there and they couldn't spell my last name or even conduct the proper testing for my dog! Dina- the office manager claimed that she cares about my dog. (Which is a service dog, not a pet). However, I realized she didn't care and wanted more money from me! This place is the worst! They claim they know German Shepherds, but anyone that knows German Shepherds would be familiar with EPI! They had to look it up! I would never go back to this money hungry place! If they do this to veterans with disabilities, I could imagine what they do to people who have pets! I took my service dog here because of the high reviews, but how my service dog and I were treated... doesn't reflect the great reviews they received. Good luck bringing your animals here, they are a vicious money hungry place that claims they care about your animal.. Disgusting place! Dr Halloran botched the surgery and made an unnecessary long incision which was 4 times the size of the issue. We were really disappointed with our pets surgery and the drs and administrators and owners silly and defensive attitudes. The administrator Adeena assaulted me by slamming the doors in my face twice. She also questioned our knowledge of science and law. This place makes makes me sick. So unprofessional. I decided to start going to this vet a couple years ago because I wanted a more personal experience for me and my dog. I was tired of going to the big hospitals and seeing a new doctor everytime that just looks at a folder and is supposed to know my dog. My dog is a lab-pit rescue who is a registered service animal for me and I was extremely disappointed in the service I received at this vet. First I called and was told the apt was going to be a month out because of availability, which I had no problem with at the time. I'm not allowed in the building so I'm forced to drop my dog off and they come back outside telling me that I need to sedate my dog or put a muzzle on him for the technicians safety. I offered to go inside bc he's probably nervous because of new faces (my normal doctor was not available, which is frustrating considering I've waited for a month and that's the whole reason I came to this place) but was told I couldn't and I only have two options. The doctor and the vet were nervous, which caused my dog to be nervous. When the tech was handing my dog back to me his hands were shaking, but my dog was completely fine (not growling, not pulling on the leash, fine) I was told the new doctor was going to come out and speak to me but I get a phone call instead (very impersonal) again telling me that I only have two options. Bear in mind that they are allowing people in the building if your putting your pet to sleep but for some reason the rules are that you can't go in if it's a normal check up. Imagine that! I even offered to have the vet take perform the check up outside if I wasn't allowed inside but I was told if we do that for you we have to do that for everybody. This is a special circumstance and request and shouldn't be blindly responded to by the blank responses the staff is trained to say. I immediately called a couple other places and found a vet in ridgewood that allows people to enter the building, I'm getting my records and switching over immediately. I feel let down that there was no compassion for my dog and my circumstance. read more

I take my health a little too lightly, but when it comes to my dog companion, I want her care to be as good as money can buy. So I came here! Unfortunately, there was pretty bad mismanagement of files, very expensive tests misplacement and strange communication. My dogs tests were confused for other dogs tests, so now I'm not sure if the tests were accurate? One time, I was told the doctor received an emergency message after my dog's visit she was very ill - when I spoke with her she had never gotten that message. It's been near 2 months to receive another test result. The staff cannot tell me yes or no that the blood drawn was indeed sent out for tests. I'd like to be fair, as the doctor Dr. Lewis is very nice and wonderful as an individual experience, so I'm not sure if my overall experience here was an anomaly. read more

Originally from (over priced/corporate owned now) Franklin Lakes Animal Hospital, Dr Jill Shiffman on her own now at Bergen County Veterinary Hospital gives extraordinary care to her animal patients and kindness to her human owners. I rate her #2 in Bergen County with Dr. Edie DeMaria of Pets Aloud (office and mobile unit) #1. Both are very special offices with wonderful vets. Good luck to Dr. Jill Shiffman with her own practice, she certainly is deserving and worthy. Your animal will get excellent care there and at Pets Aloud. The only 2 I would recommend in Bergen County. Ones to stay away from 1) Oradell Animal Hospital is another stay far away from place. Overpriced with interns seeing your dog or cat, They killed one young dog of mine and almost killed a 5 year old dog of mine. I took her far out to Blairstown Animal Hospital (24/7) for superb care. Had I listened to the advice at Oradell, she would not be sleeping on my bed right now. Stay FAR away from Ramapo Valley Vet/Dr Gary Duhr unless you want a 2nd mortgage on your home for the cost of anything done there. Same for Ridgewood Veterinary Hospital, over priced, poor to fair care in Ridgewood and Midland Park. I hope my long time dog ownership experiences help others. read more

I can not say enough good about his place, I've had all great experiences with all the doctors, Dr hollaran, dr Shiffman, Dr Moore, Dr Lewis and Dr Gess. I bring all my babies to them and they always explain everything even stiff I'm already aware of which I especially appreciate because they take their time. The technicians are very informative at the time of my appointments and educate me. I'm always asked if I have any questions and of course I remember some questions after the fact and I reach out with a call, text and even email and they always get back to me in a timely matter. Having a place like this makes me feel so much better that my fur babies are getting the best of treatments. I know I can be sometimes too much but they are always patient with me and I appreciate them so much. Thank you to everyone there for making me and my fur babies feel like family there. She was just shy of 14 when we had to put her to sleep last week. Dr. Halloran treated her regularly. She is kind, compassionate, detail oriented, honest, a great listener, and a wonderful doctor. They truly care about your pet at Bergen County Vet. Additionally, they are very fair with their rates, and do not do unnecessary tests. We've also used other doctors who were great as well, including Dr. Moore, who had the unenviable task last week. She could not have been more consoling and comforting. The staff is amazing and reflect the kindness and caring of the group. Always smiling and treating your pet with dignity. I would not take a pet anywhere else. If I could give Dr Jill Shiffman and her crew a 10 star review, I would. This was my first visit here and mine isn't exactly a straightforward case - our fur baby is a Caucasian Shepherd, who a) doesn't like men b) does well with females as long as they don't cross into his "personal space" (which is kinda the point of a doctor's visit haha) and c) I left my old vet in Hoboken cuz they couldn't handle getting his blood unless I drugged him. Basically I needed my new vet to know how to deal with big dogs with HUGE personalities and not be afraid to "handle" him if he was being a bad boy and try to bite someone's head off. And oh boy, did Dr Jill handle him!!! From the get go, the mostly female crew (one of the things I love about this place, no offense, guys) actually LISTENED to me. They spoke to my bad boy in "baby voices" and in no time he was pretending to be a rug and let Rebecca the wonderful tech touch him and we even managed to get him lay down on the scales to get his weight. Rebecca went over my history with me and made notes, as I had Hoboken transfer his records prior to my visit here, so she made sure there was no info missing. Then Dr Shiffman entered the room. She instinctively new how to handle Mishka (she too has a giant breed dog with a similar personality as mine). She took her time, we had a proper in depth conversation about what she thought the issue could be and I was happy that not only did she already read his history, apparently she also studied the note I left with the receptionist a day before, to explain my concerns. But the grand finale was still ahead of us!! When Dr Jill tried to manually exam Mishka which was not to His Majesty's liking, so he decided to "turn on her" (he was muzzled at all times), she responded in a way that blew my mind completely!! She grabbed his collar, told him off for being a bad boy, she spoke to him as I would when he's misbehaving and I could see my dog was like "WHAT??? THIS WOMAN SPEAKS DOG!??? I BETTER LISTEN... ". She wasn't afraid of him and she basically was able to show him, in a very non-aggressive but firm way, that his bs won't be tolerated here. Next we needed to get his blood. We decided I should step out of the room for a minute and two minutes later it was all over. I WAS BLOWN AWAY - you don't know how many times my old vet wasn't able to draw his blood and insisted I would have to sedate him!! Next we went outside to collect urine - this too was piece of cake as Rebecca the tech had just the thing for it and collected the urine with some sort of long plastic tray. I don't know if u ever tried to collect urine by urself while also holding the 125 lbs dog, but I can tell u, it's not easy. Yet at this practice they seemed to have a solution and experience for/with everything!! Anyways - I couldn't be happier I switched. Awaiting the bloodwork and urine results, meanwhile my Beast was given some meds as we suspected his runny stools is bacterial (parasites test was done by my old vet and it was negative). I really hope this is not a EPI issue, but the tests should shed more light. Whatever the results may be, I know that I have found a vet who actually CARES and is knowledgeable and, most importantly NOT AFRAID of my dog. Lastly, the practice itself is amazing, clean, has a huge patch of trees and grass across the road where u can walk ur dog etc. it's a 40 min drive for me, but it's 100000% worth it. I recommend this practice to anyone who's looking for quality veterinary care. read more

My new go to Veterinary Hospital for annuals vaccines sick visits as well as emergency. Being in dog care i have had the opportunity to bring in several clients to BCVC ...from an 8 wk old pup Oliver to a 16 yrs old senior Bagels - and a 13 year old Frankie who required surgical care . At each visit, with each vet from the front desk to the back techs - EVERYONE has not only been proffesional friendly compassionate but knowledgeable. and They listen ( because who knows yr pet better than you or a caregiver) and work with you to provide the best care. After 20 years , i can honestly say im impressed- its not that others were sub par but its that BCVC is TOP NOTCH. Completely unprepared for any emergency. My dog swallowed a foreign object and we were told to come in for evaluation. Covid restrictions in place they took the dog at the car and then Dr. Schiffman called us to say that she was unable to examine her. She would have to give her anesthesia to do an xray but if something was found she did not have the capability to remove it (except by general anesthesia and a large incision). She recommended we take her to White plains animal hospital. Blue pearl was an option but they were busy and we would have to leave the dog. No mention of any other animal hospital in the area??? We went to Oradell and the object was removed endoscopically a few hours later. Why would anyone choose to go to this facility? The front desk should have directed us elsewhere when we called. Three weeks later we received an invoice for 74 bucks. Really? Very sad because I really liked Dr. Gess. read more

We have a middle aged standard poodle who had a variety of health issues until we met Jill. We had gone to several vets (for years) who just cycled us through whatever vet happened to be availalbe, and we never really saw any improvement. Jill really took time to know Sophie, and her informed advice and treatment solved many of Sophie's problems. Her manner with the pets is kind, patient and gentle. We now have a new rescue dog (we thought she was a poodle, but honestly we have no idea, lol....Dr. Shiffman's staff slipped us in almost immediately because we were worried about a condition he had. The staff followed up two days later with the results of her tests. The office is beautiful and we wish her all the luck in the world! We've already referred her to several of our friends. So pleased with the compassionate care at Bergen County Veterinary Center. I have transferred my two cats and dog records from Ridgewood Vet Hospital because the pricing, pushing vaccine after vaccine and the fact that in the five years of being a client we saw a different vet at every visit. When our dog needed some surgery on his eyelid to remove a cyst and the estimate exceeded $2k I knew we needed to look into different options. Dr. Schiffman is a wonderful, compassionate vet. She spent time to understand the history of our dog and cats when we had the first visit. Our beloved dog just had the eyelid surgery. Not only was the surgery and reconstruction a success, it cost much less than expected. The office staff were so considerate and professional, with several follow ups. Even Dr. Schiffman called to discuss our cat. Her Waldwick office is state-of-art, modern and friendly. So happy with the outstanding care and reasonable pricing. read more

I have been going to BCVC for over a year for standard check ups based on a recommendation from the shelter where I volunteer and adopted my dog. However an experience I had yesterday causes me to both post here to call attention to the situation and reconsider if this is the right vet for me. I arrived for an appointment yesterday morning, a bright, sunny late August day with temperatures already at 80 degrees. There was only one other car in the parking lot and a dog was in it, panting profusely with only the passenger's side window cracked 2". As I rushed inside to notify the staff, a woman said 'oh is she barking'. Apparently the woman had put her dog in the car as she settled her bill and chatted to the desk team. I said the dog was panting profusely and the owner said 'I think it's anxiety, that's why we're here'. I emphasized that not only is it hot outside, but the front windshield is in direct sunlight. The woman behind the front desk, a BCVC employee, then said 'she hasn't been out there long'. This is completely unacceptable to me. The office was empty. If the owner felt that she could not manage both her own dog and whatever checkout process she needed to complete, the staff should have offered to hold the dog, to place the dog in a kennel, to keep the dog in an empty exam room. It is unconscionable to me that a employee of a vet's office, dedicated to the care and wellbeing of animals, would know and permit someone to leave their dog in a hot car for ANY length of time. read more

I am so beyond impressed and happy with Bergen County Veterinary Center. Their staff clearly cares so much about the animals that come through their door. Both the technicians and the Dr. answered all of our (many) questions and made us feel very comfortable about our dog's neutering. I was a nervous first-time mom to my Morkie and they made me feel at ease, I wouldn't have trusted anyone else to do his surgery. The facility is new and clean and really promotes a nice environment. I would recommend Dr. Shiffman to anyone. read more
