Many people came in and out to get services such as in need of gift cards, fill in, nails that needed to be fixed and pedicures. I liked my experience. We got the same upgraded pedi, but didn't get the same treatment. Just glad she didn't get the guy I did, i would have felt terrible. First he cut the skin so close on my big toe it was bleeding, then he cut the BACK of my heel twice with the foot file. You shouldn't have that grater anywhere close to side of your foot. When I left an hour later it was still bleeding and I had to ask for a bandaid. The lady was nice enough to put neosporin on it and a bandaid, but it doesn't change the fact that he knew he did it and didn't do anything to fix it when it happened, and he didn't even tell me, I saw the blood on the towel. I felt it but assumed it was a little knick until it was still bleeding an hour later. I went there because they are the only nail salon open on Sunday in Springfield GA. I hate to write bad reviews but I'm really unhappy about this, especially since it cost me over $160 (2 pedicures w/ just polish & 2 basic manicures w/ just polish) and feel like i was mistreated. And I wouldn't really be mad over the price if I hadn't had to be bandaged before leaving. When i said i was bleeding at checkout, the lady at the counter said "your still bleeding?", which makes me think that this is not a rare situation. Ive been to several other nail salons for pedicures, and never been cut with anything. This is supposed to be a treat for yourself, you go for the pampering feeling, but this was certainly a let down.

Horrible experience, rude and have no regard for customers…read more Did a walk in and when her appointment arrived she left me and went to do her nails without saying anything to me. 20 mins later I asked for someone else to do my nails and they said there's no one else to do my nails. I asked her why she didn't give me the courtesy of letting me know she is working on another client and she said it goes both ways and that I should have asked her. Yes we had a misunderstanding of what I needed done but I was able to let her know a few mins after she started doing my nails. All she had to let me know was that she won't be able to do my nails since her "appointment" had arrived but NO she walked away and just left me waiting. She had the nerve to go back and forth with me as if me asking for clarity was out of line.
