I asked for a design. Lady tried to do it few times but couldn't which is fine but I expected better job. Not trying to be rude but we do pay for a service so I expect it to be done. I will go back Wednesday and see if they can fix it. Update: only thing that was done was applied clear coat oh look shiny that's all I do for you. You should fix the sloppy work your employe does. When asked which employe the lady that did it kept on ignoring me. Will definitely not be going there anymore. The greediness prevails over customer satisfaction. I saw the amazing services they provided to others, but I normally prefer a super short, natural look without extensions. That is just my personal preference. This place absolutely knows how to shape your nails without damaging them or filing bi-directionally. I received several services, including a mani-pedi and waxing, all of which felt luxurious. The location was clean, and the staff was personable without being pushy. Most importantly, they truly know what they're doing. They also have a massive variety of polish colors and premier nail polish brands beyond Opi and Essie. I am so glad I found a salon that is conveniently located and extremely professional.

The quality of service definitely varies by time of day, day of the week, and technicians available. When I was here the first time, I was here on a Saturday morning, and there was no line. I was able to get a manicure and pedicure within an hour! It was clean, nicely done, no nicks or cuts, and I was satisfied leaving the place. A great 5 star experience! The next time was on a Friday afternoon, and they were a little busy, so my manicure and pedicure took about 1.5 hours. I was nicked once and my french manicure wasn't quite right and the polish on my toes was smudged as she slipped my sandal back on - - so I had to have that redone. 3 stars. The last time I was there with my Mom, and it was Sunday afternoon (right after they open); we had to wait 20 minutes for any attention. I sat in a pedicure seat for about 20 minutes and the warm water went cold. My mom sat a manicure station for just as long without anyone paying attention to her nails. Eventually, different techs attended to us but the one working on my nails somehow made a mess and left dust and nail powder all over my shirt. My mom said her manicure wasn't quite right either. Both her manicure and my manicure and pedicure were finished at the same time with questionable quality. 2 stars. Next time, I'll either get them done before flying down or find another place.

I just wish the pedicure had been what it was described as. I would not have paid for the more expensive one had I known it would not be any better than the one that was $20 less.
