I'm very disappointed with my experience here. I usually get my gel nails done at another salons, and they always last at least two weeks or even longer. However, with this salon, my gel nails started peeling off piece by piece in less than a week. The quality of the products and the overall service did not meet my expectations. I understand that nails can sometimes chip, but having the gel peel off so quickly is not acceptable to me. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. I hope the salon will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of their products and services. Very disappointed. I paid for a service that didn't even last a week. I definitely won't be coming back. read more

This place is always my go to. I have my own stylist, Wilson (Pedicure) & Liah (Gel Manicure). I have to go with who they assign me for the meantime due to Liah being out but i've had my fair share of disappointments because some wasn't as good as Liah. I enjoy the Vietnamese coffee that they offer while you get your nails done. They do rush sometimes but i do get that they get pretty busy. There are people i've seen who does a really good job like Jennifer, Na, Daisy, & recently seen John's work even though i haven't had mine done from him. Tracy is also so nice to us when we come & always check in with us if we need anything done. read more

This is the worst pedicure experience I have ever had in my life. The whole process was super rushed from soaking to drilling to polish. My heel looked worst after the pedicure. She drilled one of my nails so hard I literally screamed because it was so painful. She was aggressive and messy. I chose a cateye polish and she did an awful job. She doesn't even know how to do cateye. She polish was uneven and the shape of my nails are horrid. Save your money and don't come here. read more

I really wanted to like this salon, so I went to try classy nails again. The pros: the location is convenient, there's a lot of chairs with a decent amount of staff for a Wednesday afternoon. Prices are average and salon appears clean. My cons are based on my experience: tools did not appear clean, pedicure (massage, filing, and paint job!) was very mediocre. Tim my pedicurist seemed rushed and inexperienced. Unfortunately, I had to ask him redo my toes bc the polish was bubbly and not smooth. He was not happy with the request, but attempted to fix it. Finally, the end result was mediocre. read more

DO NOT COME HERE!!! I come in first time ever and I tell them I just want my nails removed bc I have an appointment- The man that approached me was willing to do it until this older lady came to us and was waving her hand saying "no no we don't do that" I asked why she's like oh because were going to have to take them off and clean your nails if you want the nails off you have to get a manicure for 33$ i'm like no it's fine... In reality I was pissed because what nail shop says they can't remove nails? Anyways theyre rude so just don't come and parking sucks. read more

Came here since my regular place was closed. Service was good. They were really friendly and quick to accommodate for 2 pedis and a gel mani without an appointment. They offer complimentary drinks and massage chairs are pretty comfortable. Only thing I'm not thrilled about is I specifically asked for my nails to be cut short and should not go past my finger tips. Most were but 2 same fingers were not on both hands. Cutting the skin around my nail beds also seems a bit weird. Like I gnaw at my fingers. My pedi tech was great. She did a great job with my toes and I do not have any complaints. My husband loved his pedi and was really relaxed from the service. read more

I've been coming to Classy Nail for several years off and on because of my work location. What I appreciate about Classy Nail is there really usually is no more than a 5 to 15 minute wait since they always have so many workers available. I love to use VAN for my manis and pedis because she is meticulous about how she does nails, especially beautiful nail designs. AND out of all the nail techs there I've met over the years - VAN - does THE BEST FOOT/LEG MASSAGES, *BE WARNED* it's SO RELAXING YOU MAY WANT TO SLEEP IN YOUR CHAIR. Be picky about who you use because there were a couple of times I went with a nail tech who I wasn't familiar with because I needed to get out quickly, and experienced some physical pain getting my nails done. Again, even if I had some instances of using the wrong nail tech I've come back because it IS a convenient location, and I've had a lot MORE POSITIVE experiences there than negative. For example, overfiling of nails or cutting sensitive parts of the cuticles areas by more nerves this sometimes happens there. I have used Dorothy for waxing as well for several years, and she has been consistently gentle and efficient. For back up for Dorothy for waxing I've used Jenny as well. They both do good work, but Dorothy is a bit more gentle and has so many years of experience you can feel it. You are now welcomed with a non-alcoholic or alcoholic beverage as well. Staff there are friendly, and try to work fast to get you where you need to go. If they ask you for add-ons to whatever you're wanting to get done, they will go with what you want and you can refuse whatever they offer you. So don't feel bad saying no, THEY want you to have a great experience don't feel pushed to do anything you don't want to do. read more

I've been coming here for years!! Door #3 always when it comes to getting a wax. When it comes to a wax the quality is top notch. On a side note, I've also had nails done here on occasion as I only get my nails done once every five years due to a hand condition. The quality of work here is good. Overall the vibe of the location during the weekdays is quiet and chill on the weekends it can be very busy and boisterous. I would still recommend this place as a good overall one stop shop. read more

This review is for Jenny. I have been coming to Jenny to get my nails done for over a year now. I was reluctant to get gel nails until I met Jenny. This place has been my go to for pedicures. I always get gel pedis. I usually get America for my pedicure and she's really good but this time I had Bi for my pedicure, she's phenomenal as well. Both attentive to their work and gentle which I love. I also asked for a gel manicure. The technician Tim suggested with Gelx he said it was good. I showed the inspo I wanted, just a simple squoval shape and dark red color, everything went well but just clean up was messy. I had to come back to the salon to fix one of my nails because the bottom end was already lifting and water had gone in. I wanted to love the nails but for the price I paid for both pedicure and manicure ($98 total) probably next time.. read more

Have been coming here for a couple months now. Always sweet and welcoming service. Nice chairs with massage feature. I have always gotten gel french tip pedicures, I am always asked if I would like to adjust the shape which is very nice. Waxing is also good here, I typically go for upper lip and chin wax. Today I tried a different style with light pink chrome, she tried out different colors for me and let me pick my favorite which was very helpful. A plus is the free drink with the service! read more

Very disappointed with the service. My daughter had her nails done at this salon and paid over $100, but the result was very messy and not at all what she asked for. I called the salon, and they said they would fix it. My daughter came back, only to be turned away--not once, but twice. If you agree to fix a service that a customer paid over $100 for, the least you can do is honor your word and make it right. We expected better customer service and professionalism. Very disappointing experience. read more

Probably my least favorite nail salon in the Bay Area. They always ask for cash, they never give you the free drinks they offer (when I ask they give me dirty looks). My gel always chips within a few days. I'll go here for a pedicure but that's about it. The girls have attitude sometimes. I had someone sit there and ask me to basically get gel after I said no several times - quiet pushy also. The floor and place is pretty dirty... like really dirty. I always think to myself it's not that bad then i go in there and say yeah Jt is actually It's in a good location. read more

I've been going to Classy Nails for years. I pay $75 for the same service repetitiously. When it was time to leave and pay Jon body language was negative and he said something talking about me in Vietnamese. I have Vietnamese friends so I knew what he's saying wasn't good. Jon got an attitude with me so he charged me $100.. and when I said I paid 75 three weeks ago, they all looked at me crazy and said pay $100. Of course I paid it but no tip. The tip is included. And I always tip $10.. This is bad business. It is not right to treat people like that and have a attitude.. just because he does nice NAILS. He's using his authority to charge me more. Today. . read more

As soon as I entered I was promptly greeted and helped by Tracy. I was unsure if I wanted to get a pedicure and lash lift or just a pedicure. They showed me their menu and I realized how wide their selection is and how affordable it is as well. I would highly recommend coming here. They have price options for everyone. They are VERY clean. During my service I saw several members cleaning up and organizing the shop. My technician Tim was amazing he did a great job on quality, shape and the time it took him to do it! I normally don't trust mall nail shops but this has me wanting to be a regular. Thank you classy nails!! the complimentary drink is also a bonus! read more

had a very concerning experience at this nail salon. After my first visit, I developed an infection in one of my toenails, and part of the nail has since fallen off. This has never happened to me before, and it's been both painful, upsetting and extremely alarming. Additionally, all of my toenails have become unusually brittle after the pedicure. This makes me question the quality and safety of the products being used--whether they are too harsh, expired, or improperly handled. The overall cleanliness of the salon also raised concerns. Proper sanitation and disinfection practices are essential in this industry, and based on my experience, I don't feel confident that those standards are being met. I would strongly urge the salon to review their hygiene protocols and product quality. Unfortunately, I will not be returning. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years, and it's always a great experience. I usually come for eyebrow waxing and always ask for Dorothy--she's the best! She knows exactly what to do every time and does an amazing job. For manicures and pedicures, I highly recommend Cherry and Kevin. Came here for the first time yesterday, had an horrible experience. I typically never complain on Yelp or google but I almost cried LOL. The nail tech basically cut some of my skin off near my big toe, to the point it started bleeding. She was like oops, sorry. Then she attempted to use some old raggedy brush to wipe off the blood, which I asked her not to. The service overall was extremely slow, the nail tech that worked on my hands did not file them correctly. I asked her to fix it and she said it looks good. I basically cried like a big baby when I went back to my car, never returning to this place again. read more

Just had the WORST pedicure I've ever had in my life! :-( So bad that I just overnighted nail polish remover from Amazon as soon as I got home. Can't wait to remove the nail polish already and file/ reshape them because some are slanted/crooked. The lady used a nail drill on the toes and cuticles and didn't buff them so when they painted the nails, it came out bumpy and uneven. I complained and pointed it out and she just layered another coat over it. The polish was so thick that it still wasn't dry over 2 hours later! Instead of using a cuticle trimmer to remove an ingrown nail, she used a the nail drill (again) and ended up cutting/burning the side of my toe! The ingrown is still there and hurts even more now!!! And all this took an hour and a half. I felt bad because it was an elderly lady. But we pay good money for these services and this is just unacceptable. Total Waste of money in addition to the nail polish remover, nail file, and buffer I had to overnight from Amazon to fix this. Will NEVER come back read more

Avoid this place at all costs while I had a satisfactory hair removal and manicure my pedicure was colossally horrible I am now leaving with no paint on any toes and every single toe is burnt. It's burnt from a product they had to put on to get off the terrible Gel that one of the people working for them put on it look like a kindergarten or had painted them. Every single toe is burnt at the cuticle. This place is filthy on top of it. All I spoke with the person who said she managed it. She said her name was Tracy. I'm not sure I believe her. I should've looked at the reviews before I came into the shop. The lady that did my eyebrows and lip did a very good job and she was tipped well. Also Cindy, the woman who did my manicure was excellent and I tipped her well she had to come in and sand off all the gel because the gentleman had painted the skin Not just the nail and failed to clean the cuticle read more

I've been coming to this nail shop since I was 10 years old -- and I'm 24 now. The service has always been amazing. Tracy, the owner, is incredible. She definitely keeps things moving and pushes her team to stay on point (lol), but that's exactly why everything is done to the highest standard. Whether it's waxing, nails, or lashes, they truly do it all -- and they do it well. Sherry does my lashes every time, and she is absolutely amazing. They're always full, fluffy, and exactly how I like them. And John does my nails -- and when I say perfection, I mean perfection. I'm particular about how I like my nails done, and they always deliver. What I love most is that they welcome me with so much love and kindness every time I walk in. It really feels like family at this point. If you're in town, visiting, or just need a service -- nails, waxing, lashes -- this is the place. They truly do it all, and they do it right. read more

B- for effort, C- for results, F for hygiene. I regretted walking into the business. If I wasn't in such a time crunch, I would've went back to my regular salon. How bad could it be? I see so many people going in and out. It's rare to see male nail tech, I'm not one to discriminate, but I am curious to see if they are good. How should I say, he was smelly. Not only did he reeked of cigarettes, his hands smelled like an ashtray. My hands and nails ended up, smelling like his ashtray hands. As this guy worked on my nails, I never had such an urge to get things over with. I asked for short oval shape. He did a good job removing small bits of the old gel polish, but my nail shape was not even. There was one finger that had an angular shape. I had to correct him a couple of times. Clearly he couldn't see well, he kept looking near and far, adjusting his glasses like he can't see. I felt like he needed better lighting and vision. When it came to the final color, which was a basic pink, it looked nothing like it did on the booklet. The booklet looked pink but the bottle and nail, it looked like peach. He insisted that it was the right number. Even though it was the right number, maybe it's time to update the booklet. More importantly, the coats were uneven, polish on my skin and my cuticle, I could've done a better job. Every station looked filthy, dusty, poorly ventilated. I only got a gel manicure so I cannot speak for pedicures. I still tipped 20% in cash and paid $35 for mani w/ cc. Also, after I asked for gel mani, there's a lady who instantly asked if I need waxing. no thank you! I'm sure there are better and worse salons out there. Needless to say, good luck. read more
