We ordered cupcakes for a holiday party from them with roughly a weeks notice. The online process was super easy, and they called within 24 hours to confirm the details of my order. The day of pickup was super easy and smooth and the platter looked fantastic. They also had a variety of gluten free cupcakes we were able to grab for someone that has celiacs, without compromising on the flavors available to them. Everyone loved the designs and the flavors. We will be keeping them in mind for future events! read more

I had a team of 10 people from out of town working in Milwaukee. I wanted to show them some appreciation and found "Classy Girl Cupcakes" were nearby. I walked over to their shop, told them what I was thinking, and she said "No problem. I know just what you need." She packed up 18 assorted cup cakes, I paid for them at about $2/cupcake, and she sent me on my way. It was a hit with the team. The frosting was great. The cupcakes were moist. And, I was able to provide instant appreciation. If I lived here, I'd go to them for parties and other office events. The quality is great and the customer service was awesome. Friendly people too! read more

The cutest little cupcake shop for all your sweet-treat needs! Here you'll find cakes for every occasion, custom creations, mini cupcakes, jumbo cupcakes, cheesecakes, and party trays. Like I said, all of your sweet-treat needs. Personally, I just need a few cupcakes on a whim, so I swung by on a Friday afternoon. I realized the employee working was just about to be clocking out of her shift, but she instead turned to help me, and was so accommodating. She was able to get me set up with a few jumbo filled cupcakes ($6 per). I went with two vanilla birthday flavors, and two of the chocolate overload. I definitely thought these things were tasty, as did the group of friends I shared them with! Stop by anytime you're craving something delicious, or reach out to book custom cakes for an event. read more

Always get my gluten free cupcakes from here! Delicious and have been legitimately gluten free

Delicious and so moist!!! They have a great variety and cookies as well! This place will definitely satisfy your sweet tooth!

This place is terrible the cake is stale looked nice but tasted nasty and hard. this place needs to hire someone that knows how to bake. Our cake tasted like it wasn't freshly made. Paid $150 for a birthday cake. Disappointed read more

With 15-minutes notice, I picked up 24 perfectly delicious and beautiful red velvet cupcakes. I'm a better planner than this, but the drama of two other cupcake shops left me in a bind. One could not promise 2 doz with less than a 2 week notice. The other could only take my name and would call me back (they never did), if they could fit these in with a one week notice. I really lucked out, because these babies would have been my first choice anyway! read more

I'm happy with the look of the cake but not the end result. the initial tasting was wonderful. the cakes were moist an delicious. as we got closer to the date everything was as I wanted. until the day of the wedding to my horror an anguish the cake slumps and fell. my homemade toppers got broken in the fall, after examining the cake it appeared to have a small dowel rod in only the top tier instead of through the whole cake. as a baker myself tiered cakes usually have secure stacking. another red flag the cake hard to cut, the sponges were very hard and was extremely dry nothing like the moist cakes i had at the tasting aesthetically an artistically it was beautiful and what i wanted but loosing most of my cake makes me extremely sad i have video and pics of my poor cake moments before it finally collapsed. this was before it started to slump after reviewing the bakery " didnt feel incentive" to do anything about my issue. which gives off retaliation vibes just because i was honest about their services read more

Cupcakes appear to have been frozen? We did a walk in and grabbed (4) filled cupcakes from their walk in menu. This was around 1 pm and was asked if we would be eating them that day. We said yes and were told to leave them out since they had been refrigerated. Which we did and had them as a birthday treat around 8:30 pm. Unfortunately they were dry to the point we almost did not even eat them. The 4 of us split each one to try since they all looked delicious. The place seemed nice, staff were nice but for a $8 cupcake I was underwhelmed. Maybe a custom order would be the way to go in the future? read more

Stopped at Classy Girl Cupcakes while at Bastille days and was very impressed by their selection of treats and the work they put into the presentation of it all because everything looks like it could be displayed in a magazine almost too good looking to eat and they even offer doggy cupcakes which mine enjoyed very much plus with the cupcakes looking so good you I expected the prices to be much higher but most are 3 dollars with is very fair so next time I'm in Milwaukee I will make sure to come back. read more

I was completely blown away! I ordered a cake for my friends breast reduction super last minute, and they exceeded all my expectations! I gave them a very vague outline of what I wanted and told them to have fun with the rest. The small details (ie: the bra exclamation point and the fun patterned bras on the side) were so cool! I'm a huge fan. I just got another wonderful order from Classy Girl - this time for a baby shower. The best cupcakes for my husband's 70th birthday party came from Classy Girl! Everyone raved over them! They were delicious and beautiful. The general manager of the yacht club took down your business information to refer to the club members. She said she was very impressed with the packaging and the extra wrap to keep them fresh and that members are always asking for referrals. I'm certain she heard the many compliments that were echoing the hall about them! Their customer service was very pleasant, accommodating, and reassuring. Couldn't be more pleased! I've been to Classy Girl a few times since moving to Milwaukee, but finally had a chance ce to really slow down and taste the cupcakes. We got two of their girl scout cookie inspired cupcakes. The peanut butter frosting was delicious, the right balance of peanut butter to frosting. On the coconut delight, the frosting was a bit on the buttery side for me, but still good - the cake was phenomenal on that one though! Location is difficult to find and the traffic pattern has changed with the Hop, but much easier to get to on public transit now. read more

Tasty cupcakes and a large variety, but they are loaded with too much icing and are very, VERY sweet. It almost hurts my teeth. But, because they taste so good, I still eat them. The best option is the mini cupcake. The icing to cake ratio is good and they are delicious little bites. read more

Had a family get together with folks from out of town, so decided on ordering 3 dozen Classy Girl Cupcakes. Everyone was blown away by the unique flavors. The Peanut Butter cupcake is fantastic, as expected. But one of the flavors I wasn't so sure about that turned out to be amazing as well was the Caramel Stout. Beer in a cupcake? Yup, that's right. And it was glorious. I've tried a number of different cupcake shoppes in New York City, and Classy Girl Cupcakes are definitely up to par with the big city cupcakes. read more

The staff is amazing and made a last minute gift delivery happen for me, thank you so much for being incredible!

I really, really like cupcakes, and cupcakes really, really don't like me. (I mean, they're full of delicious sugar and I feel so guilty eating them. That said, at Classy Girl, you can feel good knowing you're supporting a rad local business, so that should alleviate a bit of said guilt, right?) Every now and again though... every now and again it's okay to indulge, and that's exactly what I did at Classy Girl this past Wednesday afternoon. This super-cute little spot just off Cathedral Square boasts not just cupcakes in tons of flavors, but cheesecake cupcakes, cupcake parfaits, giant, filled birthday cupcakes, and lots more. Basically, this is dessert heaven. One of the most awesome things about cupcakes as a general rule is that they're like a dessert within a dessert, all "Inception"-style. Salted caramel/vanilla cupcake? You get salted caramel + vanilla flavor AND you get to eat a cupcake. Chocolate peanut butter cheesecake cupcake? THREE desserts in one: peanut butter cup, cheesecake, and cupcake. Boom. (Blew your mind right there, didn't I?) Classy Girl rocks tons - and I mean TONS - of flavors in regular cupcakes AND cheesecake cupcakes. Their staff is super nice. Prices are reasonable. I tried a peanut butter/chocolate cheesecake cupcake which was lovely; the cheesecake itself was my favorite part. (Word to the wise: let these thaw *just* enough before diving in, they're that much better when you do.) I also tried a salted caramel and vanilla cupcake which was also quite lovely: the cake itself was moist with a really nice flavor, and while the frosting was just a touch too sugary for my liking, the whole thing was a delicious departure from my non-dessert eating norm. Also, it was definitely worth the caloric intake. Give this place a go for a quick, sweet bite! You can also gift their cupcakes, and you know if you show up to the bar or the party with these you'll be super-popular and everyone will love you. Four solid stars and I can't wait to go back... though I'll temper myself and do so sporadically. read more

Summary: cupcakes were not bad, we're on the drier side, icing had harden by the time I had gotten to it prob due to time and temp. Flavors were ok some too sweet for me. Excellent service My mom (out of town) surprised me with these cupcakes for my birthday. Their minimum delivery order is a dozen cupcakes and they got delivered the day my mom ordered them to my door a couple blocks from the storefront. Wonderful service! Got delivered around 4 pm and by the time I had gotten to them at 8pm the icing was a bit hard and some of the cakes had dried out. The time and cooler temp probably didn't help. Flavors (my guesses from tasting since we got a variety): -oreo- not strong enough of an oreo flavor -peanut butter- flavor again was not strong enough -tuxedo (chocolate cake with white icing and white sprinkles)-well balanced, not wow but not too sweet or overpowering **-lemon- one of the best of the batch I had so far, good lemon flavor and sweetness -red velvet- good icing, cake was ok. My standards are high I love sprinkles red velvet -funfetti- good flavor love funfetti always, however the cake was overcooked, could tell by the browned top **- chocolate raspberry- the other best in the batch, love the chocolate flavor and raspberry punch, icing well done as well! Will update as I continue to try more flavors! read more
