The downside is no 24 hour guarantee... with the upper level washes at Royal, Delta Sonic (and I'm certain there are others) you'll be able to come back again for a free wash within a certain time period. Helpful if you're sloshing your sled through the salty streets of Monroe County during the wintry months. Just washed the ride yesterday and, after a days commute, it looks like I never went there. So, given that the price points are similar to the other aforementioned car washes, I only go here if I need a quick wash...

They never looked up from playing on their phones and I even went on to to tell them: "now is the time you need to look at me and say oh sir so sorry this happened let me fix this " What actually happened was still crazy. No one spoke and I had to inquire if I could speak to someone who is not indifferent and actually has social skills and only then finally the young man sitting by the computer asked me for my phone number and said my account was terminated. Not sure how the management at this location operates but they need some customer service training.

Then I remembered, the…read moreheadlights were fogged, (2017 RAV-4) OK the young lady gave me a price for the detailing and the headlight refurbish, She went on to explain they just don't polish the headlight lenses till they are clear. They then ceramic coat the lenses. I told her I had heard of Ceramic coating for Windows also, and she said yes they do that. She went on to explain they can also Ceramic coat the whole car/body/paint/windows. I saw the price and said go for it. Now why am I commenting, because you helped get my neighbor to the hospital at 2AM when she had heart palpations, see I've been looking at 2 neighbors who have car covers for their, windshields as we live in an apartment complex. In past years it takes me 5-15 minutes to clear snow and scrape the ice off the windows. Then the detailing/headlight restore and ceramic coat of the body and windows, that your young lady recommended. This whole winter since the Ceramic coating, the snow and ice falls off. (also the dirt, rain, everything, it' like my car is teflon coated) And last Saturday night, when I saw my neighbor in the hallway at 2AM, with Heart Palpations. I walked her out to my car helped her in the front seat, started the car and I walked around the car and brushed off the ice and snow with my gloved hand, (no snow brush, no scraper). 60 seconds, (not 5-15 minutes !) ! ! Got in drove her to Highland ..... and the Ceramic coating........PAID FOR ITSELF !, It was fun brushing the snow and ice off every morning before I left, with just my gloved hand, but when it was an emergency and seconds counted............YOU GUYS ROCK ! ! Thank You Delta Sonic for helping keep my neighbor safe.

They really offer exceptional service and value! We've been using their "Unlimited Monthly Royal Car Wash" option for November-May every year for the last 11 years, and really couldn't be happier. The staff are consistently cheerful and super helpful, and we feel like the value is very high given how much longer it helps your car last in this salty-snowy region! I'm embarrassed I haven't written a review before today -- but just today (01.12.22 around 9:00am) the Manager named Greg at the Monroe Ave site REALLY gave EXCEPTIONAL service. Two cars (mine was one) were having issues with the sticker for unlimited washes, and he helped both of us at the same time -- making it so neither of us had to get out of our car, didn't have to pull around or come in, he handled BOTH of our issues in the time it took for our cars to go thru the wash and then he met us at the other end to give us receipts. SO friendly the entire time. Everyone at this site is always super cheerful and helpful -- but he REALLY went the extra mile for two of us! And I feel like this is what all of us can expect from Royal Car Wash -- they go the extra mile to give you a superb experience!

By 12:30 when I had not yet heard, I called to finish planning the rest of my day. Got a text later at 430 in the afternoon, saying sorry that they had overbooked could I make the next morning work? I changed my schedule around for the second time and stressed that I was less flexible that day as I had my own customer appointments to keep. This is where I get really annoyed. Saying that he would start with me early in the morning so I was first, not only that but would be there at 8:30 to ensure that I could be squared away for the day. I agreed and made the proper arrangements. The next morning I showed up at 8:30 per the insistence of 585 mobile detailing, and was greeted to an empty parking lot. after waiting for 15 I called and left a message saying if you're not going to make it then have the decency to let me know so I can go home. Waiting for another fifteen minutes, now a total of 30 past the time THEY arranged me for, and after two texts and another call I left and drove home having thoroughly wasted an hour total of my morning. ON TOP of the time I took off and waited the day before. If you value your time do not waste it with this useless, unprofessional business. Upon posting this review on a different site I got a response two months later that someone would reach out to make the situation better. I gave them a month, no one reached out. so I am posting this here as well now. A poorly managed customer situation made worse!
