There are so many car washes in the area that we didn't know which to try first. After scoping out reviews we figured this would be a good place to start! We pulled around back to get into the auto wash (because who doesn't want to throw their vehicle into neutral and coast through a giant automatic car wash), and we were greeted by a very friendly gentleman asking if we had ever been to Auto Wash before. We said no, and he explained all of the options. They've even got a multiple monthly unlimited plans if you are in the market for that! But today we were just stopping in to try it out, so he handed us an info pamphlet and offered to give us a free trial wash. Awesome! Who says no to that?! We pulled forward and kicked back while giant hoses, sponges, and driers did their thing. It never really gets old going through these, especially if you have kids. We were a tiny bit disappointed that they did not hand dry at the end, but it was a great wash experience anyway. It cleaned ALMOST everything off except for a little bit of stubborn bird poop. Even though I would say the wash itself was not quite as thorough as we were hoping, customer service was absolutely stellar. They also have a self wash option, and a place to vacuum out the car. Definitely recommend based on this experience, and I am sure we will be back to try out their other services in the future!

The downside is no 24 hour guarantee... with the upper level washes at Royal, Delta Sonic (and I'm certain there are others) you'll be able to come back again for a free wash within a certain time period. Helpful if you're sloshing your sled through the salty streets of Monroe County during the wintry months. Just washed the ride yesterday and, after a days commute, it looks like I never went there. So, given that the price points are similar to the other aforementioned car washes, I only go here if I need a quick wash...

They never looked up from playing on their phones and I even went on to to tell them: "now is the time you need to look at me and say oh sir so sorry this happened let me fix this " What actually happened was still crazy. No one spoke and I had to inquire if I could speak to someone who is not indifferent and actually has social skills and only then finally the young man sitting by the computer asked me for my phone number and said my account was terminated. Not sure how the management at this location operates but they need some customer service training.

I went to Delta Sonic on W Henrietta this Fall to have the car detailed. Then I remembered, the…read moreheadlights were fogged, (2017 RAV-4) OK the young lady gave me a price for the detailing and the headlight refurbish, She went on to explain they just don't polish the headlight lenses till they are clear. They then ceramic coat the lenses. I told her I had heard of Ceramic coating for Windows also, and she said yes they do that. She went on to explain they can also Ceramic coat the whole car/body/paint/windows. I saw the price and said go for it. Now why am I commenting, because you helped get my neighbor to the hospital at 2AM when she had heart palpations, see I've been looking at 2 neighbors who have car covers for their, windshields as we live in an apartment complex. In past years it takes me 5-15 minutes to clear snow and scrape the ice off the windows. Then the detailing/headlight restore and ceramic coat of the body and windows, that your young lady recommended. This whole winter since the Ceramic coating, the snow and ice falls off. (also the dirt, rain, everything, it' like my car is teflon coated) And last Saturday night, when I saw my neighbor in the hallway at 2AM, with Heart Palpations. I walked her out to my car helped her in the front seat, started the car and I walked around the car and brushed off the ice and snow with my gloved hand, (no snow brush, no scraper). 60 seconds, (not 5-15 minutes !) ! ! Got in drove her to Highland ..... and the Ceramic coating........PAID FOR ITSELF !, It was fun brushing the snow and ice off every morning before I left, with just my gloved hand, but when it was an emergency and seconds counted............YOU GUYS ROCK ! ! All went well, until I seen the outside of our vehicle. It was absolutely filthy. Animal noses drugged across the sides, animal feed spilled along the edges of the windows, truly a mess. I went to the car wash yesterday,(October 14,2025) and unfortunately not all the animal adventure residue had been removed. I went again today, (October 15,2025), and explain to the staff what had happened & where we had been. They assured me, no worries they would take care of it. They took the time to power wash the entire exterior,and made sure all was clean. They then did a walk around to ensure there were no spots needing attention. I went through the car wash, and they met me on the other side, to make sure that they did an excellent job. Upon completion, and walking around our truck, I realize they had done a truly exceptional job. Totally five star. This particular location is exceptional and aims to please their customers needs. They definitely go above and beyond. Thank you so very much.

Went through the car wash 2x today because the car was covered in oil the first time and I thought…read moreit was a fluke. Second time made it worse. When I tried to explain to the employee they literally walked away from me. They eventually closed the wash down for malfunction, but when I returned to talk to the manager, Makenna, she started yelling at me and said she didn't have time to talk to me. She wouldn't even give me her name, so I got her name from another employee. Makenna should be fired. Dakota was the only helpful person there, and there wasn't much he could do due to incompetence of Makenna. This is amateur hour. Stay away.

I was the middle car in a three-car pile-up INSIDE the car wash, and the police determined the car wash was at fault. The "manager" that day was rude and completely unhelpful, and had no idea how to get us out of the running carwash or what to do. I never heard from the business owner after the accident--not even a simple follow-up. That's just poor basic customer service. I canceled my subscription and won't be coming back. Accidents happen- though how this happened I will never understand--but how a business handles them matters. NO GO car wash.
