I eventually dropped off the clothes, paid in advance to avoid hassle, and was told to return in a week during open hours. When I came back on the date given, her assistants had no idea about my order and couldn't locate my clothes. Turns out, they were sitting untouched on the back of her chair--not prepped, not cut, nothing started. She asked me to return in an hour while they rushed to complete the work. When I came back again, I was accused of not paying--even though I had already paid in advance. I had to go home again just to grab my receipt because my payment hadn't even been recorded properly. What should've been a simple and supportive experience turned into repeated delays, disorganization, and unnecessary stress. I'm all for supporting local business, but if I'm gonna get crooked patches, I might as well pay myself to do it.
