After I paid I asked for my alignment report they told me they don't have it but everything is fine. I had previously gone to an auto parts store and done a DYI recharge of refrigerant, but I wanted an expert to review my work and make sure I wasn't adding too much and damaging the vehicle. Eddie was very helpful and informative about the process of properly servicing the Freon. I'm so glad I came in for him to take a look, because it turns out there was a severely clogged cabin air filter that also needed to be replaced. No wonder the A/C was struggling! This is the second time I've had my vehicle smog certified at this location. I went back today…read morebecause the first time was such a positive experience. I was not disappointed. There were 3 vehicles ahead of me when I arrived. I waved and Jesse came to my vehicle, welcomed me with a friendly greeting and a handshake, took my paperwork, and promised to get me in quickly. He did. I was able to park in the shade and wait on a very hot day. All was smooth, friendly, fun and professional. Hope they are still there the next time DMV makes me get a smog certificate. I passed. That was good, too. No appointment needed. They electronically file the paperwork with DMV. It's nice to go to YELP to leave a good review, instead of a complaint.
