The part he showed me that was wrong was a resonator, not the convertor. He based his findings on the fact that I bought the car used from a Toyota dealer in Las Vegas, even though the emissions label says the car is CA compliant. I took the vehicle to another shop who inspected it and documented that the catalytic convertor was the OEM factory installed, but he took pictures to back up his findings. I asked the Manager here fro a refund and and he stated he was right in his diagnosis because I bought the car used in Las Vegas. He kept insisting his innocence even when I had to show him where the catalytic convertor was. If I could give 0 stars I would.
