First I spend 5 mins going back and forth with the cashier because she's telling me they don't have an order under my name, only for someone to come from the back and say they're actually working on my order. The order wasn't ready on time and I waited an additional 15 minutes on top of the 20 that was spent driving over after the order and the 5 I spent trying to tell the cashier I actually had an order. It was Friday after work and around 4:15. I had to grab a quick bite to eat and be at a HS Football game at 5. The place was empty due to the time and I ordered a small pepperoni pizza. I consider myself a pizza officianado and this pizza was outstanding. Crust was thin NY style and cooked perfectly. Sauce was perfect amount and had a very naturally tomato flavor without the thick pizza sauce that some places have. It was a bit greasy but normal for a pepperoni pizza. Pizza was done in no time, definitely no more than 5 minutes. Ambiance is what you would expect from a strip mall pizza shop. TV on CNN and modest decor. It was extremely hot outside (98) and the inside was a bit warm but not as bad as outside. I worked in a pizza shop for years and know it is hard to keep up with ovens on hot day so no negative there. The price was very fair. For a large fountain Coke and a small 12" pizza total was $13.25. Overall I have been looking for a new pizza place in the area since I moved here and this was the one that a lot of people recommended along with 2 other places, which I have yet to try but be assured....I will be. . Warning it is a bit tricky to find the entrance and that is the one thing I would complain about, but just use gps to find how to get in. That is what I had to do. read more

I ordered from their website using slice and they forgot an item and when we called they told use, yeah we forgot to make that but still sent the order out with the receipt that had the item on it. Ordered a margarita pizza for delivery. Waited approximately 40 minutes which is acceptable Requested the pizza to be well done. Pizza arrived it was very soggy look like someone just opened up a can of tomatoes and put it on top. Call the The Establishment requested to speak to the owner or manager. Spoke to the owner explained to him the situation and all he advised was "sorry can't do anything about it no one ever complains about the margarita." Too much competition for inadequate service and a terrible product. Strongly recommend any other pizza place to include the frozen ones from home before buying this. read more

The veggie pizza had the cheese on top of the veggies and a bland tomato sauce, everything was soggy, the canned mushrooms were an unappetizing grayish green and absolutely vile. As for ambience, the floor and walls were dirty, no music, plastic utensils and thin paper plates which soaked through to the table due to the soggy pizza and to top it off, the service was surly. Not sure why all the negative reviews. I'm from NY and have definitely earned the reputation of a pizza snob. I have been on the island for almost 10 years and early on I was not wowed by Classic. For that matter, I could not name a single pizza place in a 50 mile radius I was wowed by. But, when my kids come in town, we often have a nostalgic pizza jones, so we started trying a different place each time and we like classic the best. They have gotten better over the last couple years. Always pleasant, sometimes a challenge to understand over the phone, but so is the eastern shore accent if you don't focus. I have had both pick up and delivery with no issues. My favorite pie is mushrooms, red onions and banana peppers. Great combo. This place was such a disappointment. We ordered a medium white pizza and a large Margherita pizza, both well done, and garlic knots with two marinara. Neither of the pizzas were well done, in fact they were quite the opposite. The white pizza tasted like they dumped a jar of minced garlic on it with some cheese and called it a day. read more

This pizza is so delicious! But also a little on the greasy side. The garlic knots are also out of this world: very garlicy, soft and warm on the inside, and crunchy on the outside. I've also tried their cheesesteak, which is a HUGE sub that can be shared. The meat is very juicy, the bread is toasted, and the cheese is melted right on there. We've never ordered ahead of time, but the wait is usually very quick: under 10 minutes. I made it known to the manager that it wasn't acceptable. His response was that is how we serve it.
