He'd never had formal training, but he's overflowing with love. At 88 pounds, he would have been incredibly difficult to place in a foster situation or new home. Lindy stepped in and took on finding a foster and the volunteer-training of this dog simply out of the goodness of her big heart. Not only did Lindy find a loving placement for our friend's pup who lets our friend visit him when she wants, she also offered free training to the new dog parent and took on additional responsibilities that are practically unheard of these days, especially from businesses focused almost solely on the bottom line. Lindy and her staff showed a level of genuine generosity and care that feels rare. I want to nominate " I Dig My Dog' for a Mayor's Day - so many hours quietly given in the service of our wonderful friend!

It was his very first time boarding, and naturally, we were nervous. From the very beginning, Kendra P. made the process smooth and comforting. She guided us through the initial assessment and even suggested a short drop-off visit to help Bolt acclimate, such a thoughtful touch. We opted for a private suite, knowing Bolt could be sensitive. On Day 2, he wasn't adjusting well and had stopped eating. But that's when the incredible team truly showed their heart. They made him a cozy little bed in the front office, spent time with him, and surrounded him with gentle care and affection. Slowly, he started eating again, and soon he was out trotting happily on the grass patch like it was home. The compassion and attentiveness Kendra and the entire staff showed both Bolt and me were extraordinary. The photos they sent reassured me daily and gave me peace of mind during an emotional and joyful time away. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for taking such good care of my little guy. I spoke before hand with the owner and told her all of my concerns and after a day she called me and arranged for a meet and greet with Gabby (dog walker). On the first day of the scheduled walk my dog did not want to have his leash put on and even growled and showed his teeth to gabby. She was so kind and patient with him!! She spent 1 hour trying to get him to walk with her... she truly loves what she does and it shows!! He eventually got acclimated to her and now he loves her!! Thank you Fetch from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my beloved doggie!! They keep a journal of each day's walk and also send you photos and you really feel like your pet is in the BEST of hands!! I highly recommend them!!

I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

The sitters care for our fur babies so lovingly - we always travel with such peace of mind knowing our boys are looked after so well. They have an app now which makes communication even easier - they send emails/messages and many photos with every visit. The sitters follow any instructions very well - we used to have an elderly cat that needed medications and they took care of it no problems! Making reservations for visits in their app is so easy and they approve them very quickly or reach out if there are any issues or questions. They get very busy around major holidays but always make sure to give us a heads up before things get full - above and beyond! On our first visit, a manager came out to the house and met our pets and set us up with a very solid lock box for the house key that the sitters use to enter and exit. They check the mail and will water plants if needed too. They always give our boys so much love and treats and make sure they get some play time in every visit. They fill their food bowls, top off the water fountain, scoop the litter, and even sweep up! Great service! Their prices have gone up quite a bit since we first signed up - but what hasn't nowadays? Lol - their prices are comparable to other sitting companies locally and it's worth it for the peace of mind we get - huge ty to all our sitters and to Sitters4Paws for all your love and care!

I have visited this store a handful of times with my little girl dog and pretty much every single time that we have visited, we have always purchased something for her. On our last visit, we ended up purchasing her these Canine Marketplace Chicken Chips. As our little girl is getting older, my husband and I started cooking all of her meals (she no longer eats any kibble. Honestly if you want to know, a lot of dog food out there is actually poor quality which actually could be a large contributing factor as to why your pups are getting sick. I have been told by a few veterinarians that if you were to cook for your dog, it would most likely eliminate most needs for any digestive issues and diet related problems that pets have). And because she is on a particular diet, we don't typically purchase treats for her anymore. But have discovered this brand of chicken chips, as the only ingredient is just chicken. Nothing else is included (Farm to Pet is a larger brand that also has single ingredient treats but surprisingly it is cheaper per ounce to purchase this brand). So we come here to purchase these chicken chip treats for her (surprisingly only a few places sell this brand online... and although we may rely so heavily on Amazon to purchase anything and everything, they don't sell this brand). She just loves these treats and I feel good knowing that I can give her these treats and that they are shelf stable (although we do make her chicken, it stays in the fridge. This is nice that I can pack some of these chicken chip treats in a small container and put them in purse so that I can have them on hand for her when we are out). We have also purchased other treats for our little girl in the past (when we were not cooking for her before) and have always had great customer service. We are always greeted by an employee, no matter if we enter in the front or the back. And also having a friendly employee who greets us and our little girl at the register. I had mentioned my Miniature Schnauzer has anxiety and can be slightly difficult to work with. So to hear them reassure they will be extra gentle was gratifying. Also because it was our first time there we were asked to bring in the latest vaccines to ensure safety. So that we did! After all the introductions and letting go of the leash from my clingy little boy. It was time to wait for the pick up call. Just an fyi I asked for a Mohawk, short body shave and some facial features that are a custom to the Miniature Schnauzer breed. You'll see from the photos below that they delivered! Just want to mention I am super grateful of the communication and updates they had given me. Like I had mentioned my little boy has anxiety so being with someone new I knew he wasn't going to take it too well. Yet they managed to call me inform me he was a bit tense, and extremely rebellious aka Snappy. If you know what I mean....So for them to mention that he needed to be muzzled was completely okay with me. The fact I got a call to let me know what's going on proves to me that they are caring. One for their staff and two for the safety of their little clients. All in all, about 5-6 hours lately due to breaks in between to ensure my Paco was not hurt during the snips. It was time to pick up my little boy! And wow was he happy to see me and so was I! Also disclaimer! Their pricing is beyond reasonable. When we first moved to LA, I was struggled to find a place where I felt Lemon was safe and cared for. I luckily found Reid and have been extremely happy! I actually can relax on my vacation know that Lemon is having the best time ever and if anything happened to her she would be taken care of. There is an interview process for the dogs, which I love, because I know that Reid knows what to look for, so I know that Lemon is not only safe with the other dogs but is also having fun. Reid's experience as a trainer and his love for dogs was apparent and Panda fell in love with him right away. There is plenty of clean play area and the big room where they sleep is immaculate and beautiful with different resources to meet each dog's need.. Reid evaluates all new dogs to make sure that all dogs blend well together which was important to us because Panda had not been with other dogs before. It was all a big multi-day play date for her and a worry free trip for us. He posted pictures so that we could see Panda having a good time. Reid really focuses in on each dog to make sure that their needs are met. We learned a lot about Panda from him too. It was a great experience for Panda and for us!

I just watched him walk in, unafraid and confident with them. I've been taking him here for 3-4 years, he gets a nice clean-up abut 3x a year and looks fantastic. They are gentle and I am not worried while he's with them. This is a small, local business that I'm happy to support. I used to take my dog to a chain store location that took all day and often put him in a cage while they worked on smaller dogs. He was always afraid and stressed, but at J&G he's in and out quickly and today made me very happy when he trotted in beside his groom.
