Every time I came in, India said hmmm the color is off. Did you do something so different to your hair?? I said no India, you are the one who colored it. So.. if they don't match.. maybe that's where the switch of hair happened and as far as the box goes.. maybe they all come in one shipping box but I was shown my hair in a fancy little hard box all sealed up for me so don't lie to your customers about that! I know you're looking out for your reliability and reputation here but that should also mean you should look into it and your other owner, Kayla is the one who offered me a used box from someone else's hair.
