Steven does the best french tip acrylic!! I definitely recommend this place. Steven is also very sweet and he works fast!

I used to love this place but I went to get a mani/pedi last week and it was rushed but also my toes are sore and my feet are rougher than they were when I went in. My nail polish never dried because I did pay the extra $ for gel top coat. When I returned, I was told that polish is made that way now???? Kelli was so rude, instead of an apology and volunteer to repaint them. It's rare that I get to pamper myself so I expected a little more effort. I chose not to have them polished again even though Steven offered to do them. My niece, who has spent thousands at this place, when she had acrylic, said the same thing about her pedicure and said Kelli was rude as well! Needless to say, I will not be returning! read more

Great atmosphere. Quality work. Very clean. Relaxing. And prices comparable. I suggest making an appointment rather than a walk in. read more

Terrible experience, went to get a pedi and left with a toe nail ripped off and bleeding. I will never go there again!

I went in today to get a gel manicure and pedicure. The man told me where to pick my color. The woman who did my nails told me to pick one in the back and I felt very rushed. I wanted a lighter color and she said we don't have that. She was impatient and rough. What should've been nice and relaxing felt rushed and impersonal. I didn't stay to have my manicure done because of that. I have been here before and felt satisfied, but I won't be coming again. There were only two other customers there today so I don't get it. read more

I was extremely disappointed last time and today. Normally it's not like this, so I gave them another chance. . Had a pedicure and she cut my big toes so low and then couldn't polish them very well due to that fact. The whole tip is gone. It looks horrible. I guess I need to find a new place. This is why it's a crappy job, in and out in 25 mins. read more

Kelly did my nails. Absolutely no customer service, don't talk to you at all. they do not touch your cuticles or clean under your nails. It hurt I cried while she was doing them and she didn't notice. I normally do my own nails and was feeling lazy so I had them do only the acrylic and it was $50. She didnt ask me any questions about how I was liking them or anything. They're all different shapes and I had acrylic all over my hands. Very bad experience did not feel taken care of. read more

I sincerely think Stephan is extremely talented and an excellent nail artist The only thing I would suggest,is that maybe slow down a tiny bit , I had a lot of dried residue left on all my fingers, the nail art itself was beautiful, I absolutely loved them ...So a finished job would of been nicer... But I will definitely be back for the nails,I'll just remember to ask to be cleaned up ...(He might of felt rushed , Kelly was encouraging him to be faster the whole last half hour),she should be a little more patient The 5 stars are for Stephens nail art read more

I know I was really thrilled about this salon doing a good job at nails and there's no denying that they did however something else came up for this update to become necessary to let other people know my experience. The day after receiving a regular pedicure, I noticed my toe was a little sore and swollen. After not putting too much thought into it and thinking she just filed it a bit more than normal I ignored it. Fast forward to a week after that and here you have it folks my toe was and still is BEYOND infected. Never in my life have I had an infected toe or nail-bed before but after going to the doctor and confirming it was indeed caused from unsanitary use of pedicure tools at this nail salon I felt upset like I needed to say something I now may have to get my big toe nail removed tomorrow because anti biotics are not helping after which seems like forever and I'm so scared and in so much pain. If you do choose to go there please PLEASE make sure they sanitize their tools in front of you because no one deserves to go through this on going discomfort :,( read more

I have been going here for the past 15 years. Amazing services, kind workers, and always a beautiful job.

I am giving 2 stars because I got a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was great! But when it came to the full set they completely mutilated my cuticles almost every finger was bleeding and hurt for a few days after. As well as saying I would like them shorter and being completely ignored. They were very rude as well. I consider myself very friendly. I still left a $20 tip but I will not be going back. I almost fear getting my nails done now and have had my nails done on and off for at least 10 years. read more

I really like this place a lot! I will definitely come back here! My mom and I came in for pedicures. We made an appointment for 1:30 which I recommend because you never know how busy they'll get. I really liked everything about the pedicure. They really take their time and take care of your toes and feet and legs. I wish i could remember the lady's name that worked on me. She was so sweet and very caring. She did a really amazing leg massage and foot massage and took her time i absolutely loved it! I got yellow for my toes and asked for a sunflower design and she did the best she could and it actually came out really nice. She was really sweet so yes i highly recommend this place. I want to come back and get my nails done! read more

I had a full set of acrylics ($55) done today (by Kelly I believe). They came out beautiful, neat, and well done. Also done quickly. Only took about 45mins. So I was really impressed that they were done so quickly and still looked great! My only complaint is because of the fast speed I was nicked pretty good by the emery board once and have a couple other small cuts. I can live with it but next time I will just request they be a bit more gentle during that part. I also had a pedicure ($47, it was their 3rd selection which has more treatments) done and it was amazing! They took their time, were gentle, and my toes look great! I liked that they did use new bags each time for the foot tanks. An older review stated they didn't. Definitely will be back! I suggest making an appointment like I did as they do get busy fast! read more

That place is great they always do a good job but don't get Kelly she is rude and she doesn't know how do do your nails without making you bleed and she is very sloppy and I ask for plain red bows and she put gems on them and then when I asked for her to take them off she said too bad and she chipped my nail and refused to fix she also blew her nose right in front of me when doing my nails and didn't throw it away or wash her hands so I recommend Stephan or anyone else just not Kelly. read more

Katie is the best of the best! When she did my gel manicure and pedicure it lasted a month! Today she did a gel pedicure and acrylic manicure. I used to go here all the time, went regularly for 3 years and always got the same thing, full set acrylic French tips, other than the owner kelly being rude a couple of times I had no other complaints. Went in a month ago to get french tips, same as always. Only this time I was told it was going to be $60 and they were going to " paint on the white" after the young girl had done the entire set with pink only acrylic AND I had already picked out the white powder! When I complained and asked why they were suddenly trying to tell me that white tips are always painted on when they absolutely are not and never have been, the owner kelly yelled at me in front of all the other customers and got angry at me for calling them out on trying to scam me. Bottom line is it cost me 65$ and 2.5 hours out of my life to get my nails done. Kelly threw a fit and to call them unprofessional is an understatement. The salon is dirty also and they never use new files. After I complained, the girl that put all pink on my nails actually sat and recorded me on her phone and another Asian woman sat 2 tables in front of me and stared at me, doing some kind of weird neck stretches the whole time, like she was trying to intimidate me. Disgusting shop, disgusting owner, don't waste your time or money. I found another nail salon that does an amazing job! read more

Avoid like the plague. Unsanitary rude, rushed and they do not fulfill the services offered. My wife and I get pedicures and manicures frequently. We thought we would give this place an opportunity. We made 11:30 appointments were not seen until 12:30. I was placed in an unsanitary out of order chair without a foot bath bag. They did not provide services I paid for despite being vocal about it. My wife's manicure was terrible, he cut her skin and left her bleeding. I emphasize avoid this place. There are better alternatives in both Sonora and Angels Camp. read more

I enjoy getting my nails done by Stephen, but his co-owner Kelly rushes you, does a poor job and has terrible customer service skills. Today I had my nails done by appointment, was rushed, criticised for picking a new color after she asked if I was sure about the one I had originally picked and then left a bunch of dried product on my fingers. I do not feel satisfied and well taken care of, especially after having paid $60 of my hard earned money for that kind of service. If you do decide to go to Nails Art, I highly recommend her husband who is kind, thoughtful, and does an excellent and detailed job. read more

I have no idea why the reviews here are bad. I love this place. My nails look amazing every time and ive never left upset. I swear I can go extra days before a fill here, where as other places I have to go in every week. I have been coming here every fill since the first time I came in and that's saying something because I'm super picky about my nails. I've never had uneven nails, they listen when I tell them exactly what I want. The massage is great and the service is quick. read more

The salon was very busy and I understand this happens. With that said, we were rushed through our pedicures. One gentleman did the first part roughly. The second women came and did a quick rough message and applied the polish. I had to ask for a topcoat. The salon people were in a hurry to refill the chairs. The polish application was not done well. I actually feel I should go back to have my toes redone. The salon person Kelly, talked loudly through out the shop almost the entire time we were there. It was the most uncomfortable pedicure situation I remember experiencing. The price was moderate , the shop was clean. read more

AVOID this place! If i could give 0 stars I would. Came here to get gel manicure. The man used acrylic grinding tools aggressively to the point my finger bruised and I told him to stop and let. On top of that, none of their tools were sanitized. He used them and put it right back. GROSS. In the picture I already went and bought a strengthener polish and cut my cuticles, but you can clearly see the bruising on my nail which is on several fingers. I never even heard a sorry, he continued to tell me that I did in fact have acrylic on my nails when surely I know there isn't because they're my fingers. read more
