My nail lady is fantastic. So so good. The owner though is horrible to customers and the workers who are here to work. Right in front of 2 girls about 7-10 years old she became irate at a nail tech and was yelling for at least 10 min. The whole salon was so uncomfortable I finally had to yell out for her to stop w the aggressive rant non stop to a nail tech. It was horrible. The kids faces were horrified. Im kinda scared to see if im going to get an infection in my toe or not While drilling the nail polish off my toe I also got a lot of my actual toes drilled as well which was kinda painful. When cutting my nails I was cut several times to where I was bleeding quite a bit, in order to stop the blood, my nail lady put some kind of powder of top of the cut and then nail polish and cured it in the light. Granted I should've said something while it was happening but from far away I couldn't see just how bad the cut and nail itself was and figured since my feet are kinda swollen from being 6 months pregnant that they were just sensitive and it wasn't as bad as it seemed, but when I looked later after, I realized just how bad the job was. read more

The gal had something playing on a device at her station and was on and off her cell. She was totally rushed and not friendly at all. This place is a scam. I asked at the beginning of the appointment that I do not want gel and without me knowing they put gel on. Kim, my nail tech was rough and hurt me throughout the pedicure. You could tell she didn't care and just wanted to get done. I would have tipped $15 for a $45 pedicure, but since they scammed me into forcing me to use gel I only gave a $5 tip on a $60 bill. I was so disappointed, I will never go back to this salon, and I will tell everybody I know in town to avoid this salon. read more

If you want the worst pedicure, just stop in. (Don't know the lady's name).. She set her timer so she would not go a second longer than she should and rubbed my left leg for 19 minutes while she daydreamed about what she is going to make for dinner and what her grocery list consists of, then the right calf for 1 minute. And done!! Oh, and she offered a manicure... as I was thinking about what color I wanted, she had soaked my nails in water, pushed back my cuticles, and clipped my nails with her scissors. Done! Yea, no color honey. All for the low price of $70! And I was forced to look at the receipt where it says "tip"... That was the 2nd and last visit there. read more

I asked the ladies who were already in the middle of their pedicures if it was "ok" and they said that they come here often. I'm guessing that there may not be a lot of nail salons here in Sonora. I was in desperate need of a pedicure so I had to give it a chance. One employee was soaking her own feet in one of the chairs while she was watching something loud on her phone... so rude! She was also eating chips and walking around after... not very professional. Horrible "music" was playing on the overhead speakers too... just a FYI! I had my AirPods thank goodness! What I wanted vs. what I got Gel nail edition. I tried telling them nevermind on the ghost after 4 failed attempts but the one doing my nails didn't speak English so I had no choice. I wanted to feel good about my nails but it looks like my 5 year old did my nails. They even started laughing at my nails while right in front of me. They were Pointing at the ghost and laughing. Used clippers and files that had obviously been used by others and had skin and nail on them. They completely destroyed the shape of my nails. Embarrassing. Gross. No communication. DO NOT GO HERE!!! I called the salon today to see if they had any openings for a full acrylic set. They said yes and had me come in at 4:45. I came in at the time that they had told me to, and when I told them that I had called earlier and made an appointment for 445. They said that they did not have any appointments for 445 that day. they ended up taking me anyways, right when I sat down the lady asked me what shape I wanted, which was fine, I had told her I wasn't really sure I'm deciding between almond and square. She asked me again, not even a second later, what shape I wanted and I told her just to "give me a second to think about it I'm not really sure I'm still deciding i'm so sorry." and literally right after I said that she said that she's just gonna do almond because that is the prettier shape, I told her I'm just going to do square and she made a weird face at me after I had told her that. She continues to do my nails, very aggressive, I was bleeding in about six different spots, using USED!!! dirty nail files and drill bits on me, made my real nails, super thin and did not make my acrylic nails, even or even remotely looking close to square at all. And the whole time she was doing my nails she was on a phone call with somebody else arguing with them. It's very sad that these girls have gone 100% downhill these past few years. I used to love Lisa's nails, but they don't care about their clients anymore I really think they only care about money. while I am at home riding this review, Some of my nails are still burning and I have no idea why I have acrylic and nail polish all over my fingers and dry blood from the spots that she cut me in. and then paid 50 dollars for probably the worst service I've ever received from a nail salon. read more

Had an appointment for a pedi & mani. Waited 30 minutes. When one of the employees finally came over, she asked which pedi I wanted. I indicated the $50 one only because of the callous removal. I told her I didn't want all the massage, oils, wax, etc and to just work on my feet and toenails. She spent no more than 10 minutes on my feet and then did everything I asked her not to do. I reminded her I also wanted a manicure, but no polish. That took her about 10 minutes. $65 later, out the door and back home to spend an hour fixing the fingernails as they were snagging everything. Also, cutting all the sharp edges on my toenails. She did not push cuticles back or trim around the nail beds. What a total waste of $ and 2 hours of my time. read more

I went to lisas tonight with my daughter we both got pedicures and i got a full set. The man who was doing my nails was very rough and and cutemy finger with the file and also filed the top of my finger. When i confronted them they just ignored me. I spent over 100 dollars in there.
