Very quiet place that is refreshing from the busy noisy places that I do go to for nail service. They are so nice to you when you walk in. My dad got his first pedicure here. He loved it. They are not rushed and this place is perfect for the older clientele. read more

Friendly professional staff . Great job every time. The store is decorated beautifully and it's very relaxing there..

Don the owner is rude as hell! I showed him a picture of a set i got before and he said he could do it but put somebody else on me instead of him while he sat there and did nothing. He and another employee argued me down about the length of the nails I wanted and we only got to the part where they put the fake nail on. He told me that they will not service me and that I can go else where and they didnt even want to finish my nails. Also tried to over charge me as well. i usually pay 50-60$ for a full set but he was charging me $90 this time. The vibe was rude, you could tell when you walked in. Horrible customer service. I see why they barely get customers anymore. read more

I completely understand the rating now. I went in for a removal and new set. my hands sat in a bowl of acetone for over 2 hours and at the hour mark I took my hands out because my skin was getting weirdly warm/hot and when I told the one tech who checked on me she told me to put them back in. I waited until my hands felt normal again before I did and continued that pattern until someone finally came over with a drill to start the removal. I asked for a nail design and was told and I quote 'no' no alternative no explanation nothing just a flat out no. I paid for my removal 20$ and left. I'm on my way to another salon and hopefully there's better service. it's been 20 minutes and my hands still feel weird. read more

I've come here since 2018 and always had great service and GREAT prices!! Knew for reg gel fill in with acrylic $40, wanted a design, $50-$60 depending on how fancy or how many nails. Nails and a pedicure without design - $85. Lately every time I go I pay a different price always higher and higher even if I get something less elaborate on my nails like plain French. When I'm paying $160-$180 for a pedicure and a gel fill in on acrylic nails it's either time to find a new place or either start doing my own nails at home read more

I went here with my mom after being recommended by a friend. When asked which pedicure we would like we told them the classic. We were later charged for the deluxe pedicure. But during the pedicure the lady wasn't really paying attention and cut my toe nail into the quick all the way across. A different lady came over to paint my toes and attempted to file the toe nail down even further and then put glue on it to stop the bleeding. All of my nails have large bubbles in them and paint on the skin. Needless to say $220 was not worth the services. read more

Classic Nails & Spa - This place is horrible I do not recommend it - Nail Salons Near Me - Lexington, South Carolina

These people did not know what they were doing. The lady who did my nails was so unprofessional, and obviously not well trained. She did not do the filling correctly and made the nails look absolutely horrible and then cut each one of my fingers and cuticles to where I was bleeding. Almost on every single finger. In my French tips there are multiple bubbles and none of these nails are straight and square like they are supposed to be. I spoke with the manager there and he was extremely rude and did not give me the owners name, and kept dancing around the fact that there is no owner and kept telling me that there is no owner, who is there or can speak to me. I would not recommend this place at all, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on them as well. read more

SAVE YOUR MONEY! I had a horrible experience, the lady who did my nails was nice but she did not do a good job whatsoever. I asked for a pink polish on my toes, the pedicure itself was fine but the pink is very faded, it's like she didn't put enough polish on. There are missing patches where the polish should be covering. After that, I made the mistake of asking to get my fingernails done. I asked for short, rounded, bright white acrylic nails. There was so much she did wrong that I was too overwhelmed to bother getting it fixed. They are not bright white, again very faded. The nails are very uneven and the shape is awful. They are pointy if anything. And they are super thick, to the point to where they curving away from my fingers? Again horrible experience, I could've definitely done a better job at home. Hell my 8yr old little brother could've done better. Will not be back and will definitely not be recommending this place to anyone. Highly disappointed. read more

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE. This is my first time writing a review after going to so many different nail salons through the years. My mom kept telling me about how she had a good experience with them. I have always gone to Blush Nails & Spa and never have had an issue. My mom and I walked in to Classic and there was the owner, asleep on the front desk. He woke up and told us to pick a color and so we did and we got sent to different ladies. My mom's nail technician did a great job with her. Mine was this extremely rude and aggressive older lady with tattooed eyebrows. She was very rough the entire time but I brushed it off expecting a good nail job. She was watching videos on her phone through the entirety of the nail job. I mean that was bad but not the worst part. The worst was that AFTER the nails were done, she tried to go over and "fix" the paint polish. She got some clippers and TORE my nail off. When I spoke to the sleeping manager/owner/worker (whatever he is) he said that I had a hangnail and that she was simply trying to help. I didn't have a hangnail but IF it was a hangnail, she would've taken it out from the beginning!! He also told me that if I wasn't happy with their job, I should go somewhere else. Oh buddy I AM. But not without putting you and your AWFUL employee on blast. I am extremely disappointed and let down. I am only doing 1 star because my mom's technician was great with her. Overall an awful experience. I DON'T RECOMMEND. read more

So the place is "ok". I am done with the fact that you are charging $35 for a pedicure....a 15min pedicure. Felt like, I got held-up without a gun. Not ok! Asians are known to be crooks when times get hard. FIND somewhere else to get a reasonable pedicure. Ripping people off is NOT OK!! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! DON'T GO HERE! OWNER RACIST! I went to have a dip put on my regular nails and was given 3 different prices within minutes. The prices were from $45-$55. The nail tech stated they had to charge me $10 to remove the old dip from my nails. I asked for a brochure to look at their prices and services. I questioned the nail tech about the prices, and she started to speak in her native language to the owner. The owner came over and stated that he would do the dip on my nails for $45. I explained to the owner that the price isn't the problem. The problem is that the nail tech was trying to take advantage of me and kept asking me to do an overlay when I told her numerous times that I only want dip on my nails. The owner proceeded to file the dip off my nails, and I told him that wasn't the process, and that electric file was hot to the top of my nail. I asked him why he didn't wrap my nail with foil after putting a cotton ball soaked in acetone not it. He got upset and told me that he wasn't going to do my nails at his establishment only AFTER HE RUINED THE DIP ON MY NAILS. This owner didn't respect or value me as a customer. I was the only minority in this place when he tried to embarrass me. He was racist and that I would never come back because that's not how you treat customers. Don't waste your time or money at this unprofessional establishment. The tried to charge me more even though their brochure had a list of the prices. I am unable to give them ZERO stars or negative stars because that's exactly what they deserve. So, I chose to give them ONE star. read more

I had gone to get my eyebrows waxed, the establishment was very neat, put together, and very welcoming. Upon walking in you immediately see the desk, where a lady stood. Using my southern charm I smile, ask for a wax, and she tells me to follow her. They wax you out in the open, anyone getting pedicures could see. I tried showing the woman picture of my eyebrows when I usually get them waxed, she refused, forced my head down and started waxing. She did a nice enough job but had an attitude, was very rude, and didn't even have the decency to smile back. As my younger brother waited for me, he held a piece of candy, which an employee warned him not to throw on the ground because "he had already swept", in a very rude tone. Tone is everything sometimes. From the moment we walked in to the moment we left the only thing welcoming was the interior. read more

I toke My Girls here for a full set and pedicures. The place was over full. The attendants were rushing and the atmosphere felt like it was to get everybody out. They ask if you basic and the luxury pedicures and will still charge you the latter of you get the basic. Same as full sets , if you don't get gel they will still charge you for it. The lady that usually does eye brows and lashes runs her butt off. Super sweet tho. But the lashes are clumpy and burn. Not sure if I will return. I paid well over 500$ for me and my two daughters. read more

Showed a picture. The artist decided to do her own thing. It's cute i guess just not what i wanted. She then charged me an extra $10 for my services according to their menu. Don't go here, the man at the front did my nails and he was very rude to me and others that walked in the salon. He argued with me about what I wanted and told me if I don't like them then don't come back. He took frequent breaks in between each nail, it was like he couldn't keep still I guess he was trying to run the place also but it look a hour and a half for him to do a FILL IN that he charged me $55 dollars for. I got my brows done at what I think is this new Nail Salon. We've never noticed it in the strip before. Needless to say they provided very poor poor hospitality. I came in, the guy immediately asked what I wanted done. Did not greet me. Told me to go straight to the back. I wasn't even sure where in the back I was supposed to go. There wasn't a room. Just a red computer looking chair that lounged back. The waxing station was right next to where all the people were getting their feet scrubbed. I waited there for a few minutes. Then this lady shows up. I ask her is this how you'd like the chair. She said no I want it like this, all rudely. She did my brows very very fast. While finishing up she tells me she messed up my make up on the one side of my face. She then tells me she's done. Does NOT even pull out a mirror. Then last minutely gets a mirror and shows me my brows. As I'm checking them out, I got rid of the excess hair that was just laying around my brows... Then I got up to the front the guys says nothing to me other then that'll be $10 bucks. I asked if I had to sign. He says yes and gives me a pen. I did NOT tip her. I am not ever going there again. read more

Do not go to classic nails and spa in red bank. They do sloppy work and the employees and management are rude to their customers

Received the absolute worst service in my life. The lady was so mean to me and kept rolling her eyes when doing my acrylic nails. She rushed through it and got up halfway to begin someone else's pedicure. I sat there and got on my phone until a man told me to move seats so he could finish. My nails looked horrible and I will never go there again. The only reason I went was because my normal nail place was closed! Go to blush nails and spa ! read more

I have always gotten my nails done at a particular shop on Broad River Road. Well I decided to give this place a shot. I heard good things but I did not get service. First of all, they were extremely busy with only 4 technicians working. They all seemed stressed and flustered. I felt my services were rushed, I was unrelaxed, and my nails look terrible. I did not even get a top coat on my nails, but after waiting for 2 1/2 hours, I took that loss. You can not half ass your job but charge full price. I now will have to pay for a polish change. I will not be returning to this shop. I was speaking to a customer who seemed to be a regular who stated they are usually pretty good. Well my first impressions did not say that at all!!.. read more

I'm not sure how this place has good reviews. When I went here last week all I could notice was the unclean practices that take place. For instance they were using unclean tools that had other peoples nail powder on them. I also witnessed the manager do three eyebrow waxes by using the same stick to spread the wax on all three people. That may not seem like a big deal but all professional wax artist know that a clean wooden stick should be used every time it has touched someone's face then is re-dipped into the wax pot. That day I brought a friend to get her nails done and Blush nails across the street was busy so I took her there. Big mistake! Not only did the owner insult us and tell us that "we are indecisive customers" When I had asked her what kind of designs should could do she told me that she didn't care what design I got but she wanted me to know that if I didn't like it "she was not redoing it". I will NEVER come back here not just for the customer service but out of fear of infection in the nails. read more
