Kayla is very well versed in all things skin. I booked a microdermabrasion treatment and facial before leaving and I was fully confident she would be the Lady for the job! Kayla did spot testing before beginning to ensure I wouldn't have any discomfort or negative reaction due to my very sensitive skin. I was honestly expecting a call trying to refund me or give me credit for a future service which I planned to deny because I had a service provided, it just wasn't to my standard. I felt people should know the situation if they went in so they weren't blindsided with sketchy cleanliness like I was. It's now Dec 31 (I figured I'd give them a couple weeks with the holidays) and I never heard anything despite them having three ways to get in contact with me, two of which they used before my service so we know those work. So that response seems to me to be a bandaid trying to cover my review and make them look better. For that shady customer service practice alone, I'm taking another star off.
