A great car buying experience! Brandon from sales was so friendly and easy to work with and Brandon in finance was the same!

If you are not located in Florida, do not even attempt to purchase a car from this dealership. I was bait and switched over text message by this dealer. Oh and you are forced to use their financing as well if you are out of state which they stated was "for your safety and ours as well". Which I found hilarious because I ended up purchasing a different Mazda from a different state and they let me pay for my car with my own financing. read more

Really nice experience if you're looking to get a car, Brandon and Zack are just amazing and very attentive, definitely a great experience

I've been coming to this location since I bought my car here in 2014 from Bob. The service center is amazing with Alesha being an asset to that department. Highly recommended! read more

Classic Mazda - Service waiting room - Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

See all

Where to even begin...I'll just dive into it. The first topic was when entering the dealership was how open and friendly the environment was. No sales personal were waiting outside and became less intimidating. When walking inside I was greeted with smiles and, "What can we do for you today" or 'How may we help". I stated I was shopping for a new vehicle. The second point to make is how wonderful Carlos Perez waa. He was so calm, patient and understanding through the whole process. He answered all of my rediculous questions. Upon deciding on a car Julio Gonzalez helped with the finance and paper work. Now, I should mention (entering my third point) that I never felt pressured or intiminated at all! Would highly recommend coming and buying here! read more

Classic Mazda - Car Dealers Near Me - Orlando, Florida

I took my Mazda in for a full service and the Mazda team did a thorough job at explaining everything that needed to be repaired. I hadn't kept up with the maintenance on my car before taking it in, so quite a lot was needed. Jeff H. assisted me and took time to explain everything, and made sure the repairs were done in time so I had my car for work the next day. Overall highly recommend! read more

I can only rate the service department. I feel the service men are pushy, trying to get me to pay for services I don't need, I don't feel valued as a customer, I don't feel comfortable, the building is older, and their bathrooms are mediocre. I travel an hour further to a different Mazda dealership because of 3 "fair at best" experiences here. read more

This review is for the service department. I have been bringing my car here ever since I got it, and I've been impressed with the service department at Classic Mazda. The prices have been in line with what I've seen elsewhere, and I haven't felt like I've been pushed to making expensive choices unnecessarily. That is very important to me because it's never pleasant to have what you thought was general maintenance turned into a your-car-may-explode-as-soon-as-you-leave-if-you-don't-fix-XYZ. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and I've been kept informed of what is happening with my car whether I've been waiting there or had to use a loaner for an extended stay. read more

Today I went in so they could fix my tire. I got a flat tire while driving a few days ago. When I called and explained the problem the operator told me I had to speak with some in finance. They transferred me but no one answered and I left a message for them to call me back. 3 days went by no one called me. I called this morning and no one answered so I left a message by the grace of god someone called me back to tell me that it was covered by my warranty and just to make an appointment. When I went in the service advisor told me no it's not covered because it looks like sidewalk damage. I explained that the damage to the side of the hub cap had nothing to do with the tire going flat. The tire went flat when I was driving on the road. They insisted it was side walk damage and wouldn't cover it which I am okay with. I decided to stay and just pay for a new tire and hub cap. I waited 3 HOURS. Which then I had to drive back because when I parked at home a noticed that I still had a damaged hub cap when I paid for a new one. I go back and had to wait another 20 minutes for the new hub cap to be put on. Needless to say I wasted my whole day at this place and when I asked if they could wash my car the service advisor said "I wouldn't recommend it from here for the price." After all the waiting and trouble I went through they still wouldn't wash my car for free or a discount. read more

I couldn't have had a better experience leasing my first Mazda here! I was a woman shopping alone which can be intimidating and had recently experienced 2 awful trips to Kia dealerships with high pressure sales, bait and switch models, and tactics like keeping my car keys! I was able to text my needs before arrival, made an appointment & was greeted by my genuine salesperson Trevor the moment I arrived. He was super knowledgeable and helped me decide between 3 models, took test drives patiently and got me exactly the deal I was looking for on the perfect car for me in quick time. Brandon was great in dealing with the paperwork and getting me on my war with my new car leaving my trade behind. Would highly recommend! Thank you! read more

Strangest and most unwelcoming dealership we have ever had the displeasure of visiting. My wife and I, retired Navy veteran, had a free morning to preview the mid-sized SUV's. We stopped at Subaru, Hyundai, Kia and Classic Mazada after breakfast at a favorite restaurant. We walked in and two mean were seated at a central desk while a third was even closer. Spotting the larger SUV we walked over to take a look. Nobody came, nobody greeted us, nobody acknowledged our presence. We walked all around, asked the guys at the deck directions to the bathroom, came out and hovered some more. We have yet to even hear a; 'Good morning!' If this is how they treat a customer, (a cash one at that) just imagine how they'd treat a mechanical situation? Finally we walked out, no good byes, no please come back... Crickets, lots of crickets, sleeping crickets! read more

One the best dealerships I've ever been too great team good people. In and out everything fast and easy.

Purchased new Mazda6 at Classic Mazda and it was a very good experience, although any negotiating is pretty much out the window at this point. So, you just hope to be treated in a way that they don't take advantage of you. We had looked at other Mazda and Honda dealerships around Orlando. During this tough market for a Buyer, I felt we were treated fairly and the costs were transparent. No hidden add-ons or increased usual costs, which was great. And no "market adjustment" like I've seen at Kia, Hyundai and others. They actually offer to add the $3-4,000 of add-ons that other dealers put on (and won't let you out of). But these at Classic Mazda are "offered" (with prices for each) and not forced on you. And you can pick the particular ones you want. Good interactions and professional from Carlos, whom we first met walking in and helped us look at car in showroom, Tyler, our internet sales associate and, finally, Julio, our finance person. We never directly interacted with the management, but the people are well-trained and the business was very efficient, clean and looked brand new - so they must be doing their jobs. And they did negotiate a little and gave us a fair value for our trade-in, so that was very good of them also. I'm hoping the service department is just as good. I always wanted a Mazda and dang they drive great! read more

My experience has been absolutely terrible! I purchased my 2018 CX3 about 5 months ago, and the car only has 10,800 miles, but the leather-wrapped steering wheel is already starting to peel where grip the wheel at the 12 o'clock position. Little bubbles started to form, and the biggest bubble popped leaving a tear in the wheel. I took this to classic Mazda where the customer service was atrocious, they made me drive to the dealership only to have me send them a picture that I had taken previously, wasting my entire morning. They then called me back stating that it was probably external influences that caused the damage, and they would not honor the 3 year/36,000 mile warranty for defects like this one. I do not wear gloves or rings, so the only thing in contact with the steering wheel is my bare hands. If my bare hand can cause damage like this to a steering wheel that is "not defected" then I can only imagine what would happen to a defected steering wheel. To top this all off when talking on the phone to the Service manager, the phone line got disconnected, and when I tried calling her direct line, and front desk I could not get a hold of her again. This leads me to believe that she did not want to deal with me, and hung up, as to end the conversation. With customer service like this, I have no idea how this dealership is still open. read more

A copy of my email to the general manager that has still not been responded to, a week later... I wanted to contact you to let you know of the experience I have had with your dealership. I came in on July 7th to test drive a particular CX-5. I really liked the car and Brian went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the interior color, since it was very light and there were grease marks ALL OVER the leather on the driver door. He had the detailing guys show me how they clean it. Came right off. That's where the good customer service ended. By the time someone actually gave me numbers, I had already been at your dealership for 2 hours. I filled out the application with my co-signer and for some reason it kept saying "pending"according to your staff. I then sat for an hour waiting for any change. The only communication to me was that there's an issue and they can't get ahold of anyone, probably because it's a Sunday. If you're open, you should be fully functional. I then decided to leave, because I was not willing to wait any longer. About 5 minutes after I left, I received an email that said "credit received". Because I didn't know what this meant, I called your dealership. The man who answered said, oh that means you're approved. So I decided to come back. Imagine my surprise when I get back and they tell me they still don't have an approval and that was not correct. I was contacted the following day to let me know that it was not approved but I could check for financing options. I specifically asked Shane of this would result in further credit pulls, and he told me IN WRITING that it would not. Imagine my surprise AGAIN when I receive multiple emails that my credit has been pulled again, not just once, but TWICE. Although we were approved for financing, we decided that it would make more sense to try and go forward with a "one pay lease." I contacted your dealership on Friday to see if this was an option and was told that it was but they would need to contact the bank to see about revisiting the application since it had not been approved initially. It's now been 5 days and I have not been contacted at all. No approval. No saying sorry it's not approved. Not even an update that you still don't have an answer. Needless to say I won't be recommending your location to anyone. An update would be appreciated. One star because I have to. I've still not received communication from anyone. I tried to wait because they pulled my credit so many times I did not want to go anywhere else. Purchasing in cash elsewhere. read more

I have never dealt with this dealership and I do not even live in the state. I contacted them requesting a call back if they acquired a certain type of car that I wanted. They eventually acquired the right car and contacted me. We discussed via text details about the car purchase. They would not do business with me because I refused to finance with them. I'm a "ready to buy" buyer with cash and a trade-in. Heads up to those fortunate enough to have their own financing, cash is no good at this dealership. BTW, I have the text conversation as proof that I'm not lying. read more

They decreased the trade in value of our car by $4500 from one visit to the next 10 days apart from one another depending on the sales manager with who we spoke. When we called in advance to speak to someone about them honoring the original trade in value she said come on in, won't be a problem. Very bad business practice and they will not be earning our business. read more

About 3 years ago I bought my first brand-new car from this dealership. Three years later and I'm still pretty neutral about this place. I've never had a bad experience, but I've never had an exceptional experience either and I take my car here for all my repairs and oil changes so I've gone back fairly frequently. Was immediately approached when my mom and I walked up and we received good customer service. Knew exactly the car I wanted - a manual Mazda 3. Was not shown the most expensive model on the lot, granted there were only 2. I was originally shown the used base model that didn't even have power windows or locks. Definitely not for me. Asked to see the only other manual on the lot. Tucked away in the back, with zero mileage, never even driven by anyone else. Took it for a test drive and knew it was for me (helped that I had done my homework on the car before arriving at the lot). Told them if they got my payments within my range, I'd take it. After a lengthy paperwork process, I was on my way with my first brand-new car. Classic Mazda Pros: + good inventory + friendly staff - especially the people in the repairs/service department + above and beyond service to get you the monthly payment you want + great at keeping in touch with you via email and direct mail with service specials Classic Mazda Cons: + service can be a bit pricey + they have never contacted me about the power steering recall, another Mazda dealership did and will be getting my business read more

UPDATE: Spoke personally with the General Manager after he responded to the issues I had posted in my review. I must say, he seemed generally concerned and he very thoroughly researched the issue I was having with my clutch hose. He admitted that it was not properly bled and that was the fault of the mechanic's. We spoke for a little bit about my model of car as it relates to common clutch issues. He was knowledgeable, informative and as genuine as you could be in such a situation. He offered me a refund of my diagnostic fee and some of the labor which I thought was very fair considering they half-fixed the problem. Although I will not be returning my car there for repairs it means A LOT to me that someone follows up with negative reviews and makes full effort to remedy a customer issue. Oh, and I also finally received my warranty information! Update from one to three stars. read more

Best car buying experience! Everyone was so helpful and nice. Special shoutout to Bob Newland! Love my new VW Passat! Thanks! read more

First off, let me just say, STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER!! They have sales people that don't accurately know what is included with the vehicles. Thank goodness for the return policy! So here is my story. I walked in and test drove a Mazda CX-5. The sales person was very polite and it was a very low pressure environment. I asked the sales person if Automatic Lights and XM radio were included in the car I was looking at. She told me that both of those things were included. I continued on to purchase the car and then we went out to the car to go over the features. When I asked how to select the XM radio (the option was greyed out and not selectable on the audio menu) she told me that I probably had to activate it before I could turn it on. I explained that you have to get to channel 0 on the radio to get the Radio ID to activate the service. She then went in to get help and came back out to "activate" my radio with an app on her phone. When this didn't work she went back inside to get more help. Turns out that that the car did not include XM radio, and as I would find out later, also did not include automatic headlights. When I told the sales person that this was a big deal to me, she told me that no one really uses XM and that I could download the XM app on my phone and listen through bluetooth. I then went in and talked to the Sales Manager who told me that "the salesperson is new" and "This model year has only been out for a month". I don't accept either of these as valid excuses. I don't care if it is someones first day on the job with a car that just came out that week; I expect the sales people to know what they are selling or look it up if they don't know. The only solution that the Sales Manager offered to me was returning the car. He said that he would sell me a car with the technology package at an extra $1000, but he would not discount it at all. I took the car home and called the next morning and spoke to the General Manager. He told me basically the same thing. I could either return the car or get a more expensive one with the technology package... Only this time, he mentioned that to get the Tech Package, you also had to get the moonroof package, so it would really be $3,000 more. Basically, the dealership used their poor salesperson to try and make more money off of me. I ended up taking the car back and getting a full refund. I then went to another dealership and paid more for the car that included the features that I wanted. I was fine paying more, but not to the dealership that isn't concerned when something like that happens. In the end, this dealer seems great and no hassle on the outside. In reality, you are in for a world of lies, apathy and general poor customer service. read more

Now I am no car expert and really don't care to be honest, but what I do care about is customer service and quality over quantity...and that's exactly what Classic Mazda East has to offer. Plus, the new Mazda 3, CX-7 and CX-9 are pretty sweet cars...based purely on appearance and fun features of course. What makes this dealership in particular so awesome is the general manager, Chad Rogers, who will do just about anything (with in reason of course) to get your business and make sure you're satisfied with your whole experience from beginning to end. Plus, he takes care of his employees and tries his best to know what's going on with his company as a whole as well as each separate part....which is fitting since the Holler-Classic Automotive Group motto is "the names you know, the dealers you trust." In addition to the car buying part, the service area of this dealership is rather dependable and reliable. I haven't personally used their services, but a friend of mine had to this passed weekend and was very happy with the quality of work as well as the price and the people. This is not always easy to come by when it comes to car service places. Overall, I'd go here if I needed a new car or servicing done on my current car. read more

This is my go-to place ever since I purchased my very first Mazda here in November of 2014. The customer service is great & they know the importance of your time & don't neglect to communicate with you. I will admit that I drive 45 minutes (20 miles) to get my regular check-ups for my dearest Coconut (she's a white hatchback). While that may seem silly, it has always been worth it. For many people, your car is your baby & you don't take it just anywhere. I know I can trust Classic Mazda & the drive is worth it. The waiting room is clean & has a tv, snacks, water, & magazines. Now if only I could get a pedicure while waiting there.. All jokes aside, Classic Mazda is the place to go whether you're getting your car worked on or purchasing a car. read more

We drove over from Holler Honda next door after experiencing exceptional customer service only to be totally ignored by every single sales rep in mazda. We stayed inside their lobby for about 30 minutes checking out the black CX7 and looking for someone to come up and greet us. Everyone was too busy chatting and doing their own thing. I heard a sale lady arguing with a couple that were negotiating. "well, how much are you going to put down? that's it?" Way to go with talking down to your customers! I will admit, I like the CX-7 a little bit more than the CRV we were looking at next door, and it is a much better price, but we will not buy from this Mazda Dealership. If this is the first impression, imagine if you need service on the vehicle later?? We ended up walking out without ever speaking to anyone and moving on with our rainy car shopping afternoon. read more

It's a mix. Purchasing the car was just fine. It's always stressful making a large purchase like this so I won't fault them on that. They did their best getting me a car that works best for me. They even close came to matching my USAA car buying service price. That said, their service is hit or miss to say the best. For simple things like an oil change, they do just fine. However, I'm writing this from the dealership to get a dent taken out. I was told to be here at 7:30 in the morning. Once I got here however, I was informed that the dent guy does not show up until 9am. That means I was asked to show up an hour and a half early because....why? There is not line for the guy, heck, he's only here for one hour every Monday 9-10. This just screams to me that my time is not that important. They blame the call center but who gave the call center the hours that customer's should show up? Somehow I doubt that the call center just made things up. In summary, good sales team that works to get you what you want but I would not count on their service side. Just get the basic warranty. read more

After two separate, atrocious experiences and subsequent reviews of car dealers in my Yelposphere, I finally get a good one - a really good one. Suffice it to say there was almost none of the BS and the process was, while not without a hiccup or two, as easy as a car buying experience can get. My salesman, Gordon, kept calling me Sir, which is a nice, but too gracious a courtesy -- he's the Vietnam Vet, after all. Anyhow - super nice guy. Really good inventory, upfront pricing, and pretty fun/funny sales manager who didn't seem at all like he was trying to pull a fast one - and seemed generally interested in earning a customer for a few cars to come. Okay... it wasn't perfect... it took some nudging to get them to call me back about a price match, and they could have cold - instead of room temp - bottled water (alright, that one's a bit bratty). And... oh please, they don't lie about to or try to hide it, but get rid of the $699 dealer fee tacked onto the price you place on the car (price on car = X; actual price of car is X + $699). It seems so unseemly and unnecessary - even if the price of the car ends up being the same in the end (because you underprice the vehicles knowing you're going to make it up with that fee) - it seems like a little bit of tackiness in an otherwise streamlined operation. Let the price be the price. BINGO. Anyhow, still recommend. read more

I took my car into get an oil change and tire rotation which I had a coupon for that they sent in the mail. They then told me that my tires needed to be replaced. That's all fine. I initially attempted to purchase my Mazda here, but the sales guy I talked to really rubbed me the wrong way. I was initially just asking about pricing and their inventory. Their MazdaSpeed3 inventory was very lacking, and there is no give on price. I then talked about trade in value with one of the managers there, but would only offer me below fair condition trade in value. I had argued that my 4 year old trade in was at least a bit below good trade in value, but they would not budge. They also wanted my email address, but I didn't feel we were at that point to exchange information. The sales guy basically told me they could not sell me a car without providing my email address. I found this hard to believe they would refuse to sell me a car without my email address so I left. I ended up purchasing my Mazda at another dealer. On the service side, its not bad. I bring my car here because the other dealer is a bit far. I did bring my car in for a 30k mile service early in the morning when they opened but didn't get called back until around 3. I don't think Ive waited this long for a 30k service at other dealers for my other vehicle, but the service people were nice about the delay. Ive been taking it here lately for oil changes as I find it cheaper than some of the quick lubes for full synthetic. read more

They offer a service that they can't provide. When I leased my car I was told that for service and oil changes a loaner car would be available if I needed it. I can't take time off from work to just sit and wait, so I always request the loaner. I've had to change the appointment 5 times, my car is 1K over the limit and still no oil change, and their response is to just keep changing the appointment to a later date. Don't promise a service that you won't be able to provide. read more

I literally have mixed emotions about this place. When I bought my Mazda 3 on October 2011 after my horrific car accident, my salesperson was awesome. We literally dealt with each other for a couple of months until we found the right car for me. It was New, just 5 miles that I basically test drive. She was super nice with me and my parents and I felt she cared because my first option was a Chevy. Anyways, in November I received a re call letter stating that my warranty was being extended because the panel on the dash was lifting. I get really sceptic with dealerships but being that I had a great experience the first time I was like "let's do it!" Omg!! I should have let it stay like that. When I got it fixed I was happy but then at night I realized that the light from the stick shift wasn't lighting up, my charger wasn't working or my aux port. I called and took it back they fixed the ports and said that they don't have the light in stock and that it would fall on me if they order it bc coincidentally my light burnt out the day I took it. The next day my alarm goes off randomly and my car won't start, I called and one of their guys in the service department basically told me it was bc of the bad job the people did when my out of factory alarm was installed. What!? I've had this alarm installed for 6 years and have not had any issues. No customer service from this guy named Gary, every time I told him something he would blame it on me or my car. The service manager called me after several times I called but now I don't feel safe taking my car over there for them to check it again, what if they do something else and blame it on me or I have to pay. I had my own family mechanic that's worked on my car for years fix some issues. It is what it is at the end, if they couldn't install the alarm back how it was they should've said something instead of blaming other. Just beware with the service department at the this location. read more
