He made me an appointment within the next few days. I had a long drive over the weekend and was nervous about pieces falling off, so they even found time to squeeze me in that day to make some accommodations so I could use the car. They helped me schedule my drop off, get a rental, and had my car back in less than 2 weeks (it had some serious damage). Everyone at Ray's was so easy to talk to, very reassuring, and clearly cared about my car and the services provided.
