I bought a new latch thinking that was the problem but the problem is that the trunk is not aligned properly. I took it to 2 other auto body shops to have it looked at and both places told me that Dean and Mike did a terrible job and did not replace any of my parts, instead they just did a quick fix. This place does not do thorough work and will take advantage if you don't know much about cars. Would not recommend
