Classic Custom Tint - Car Window Tinting Near Me - El Monte, California

Best price around town. Have been bringing our family vehicles for years. Highly recommended specially since its lifetime warranty.

I chose Classic Custom Tint to have my car windows tinted because of all the good reviews I saw on yelp but were I wrong! Beware!!! if you don't mind tiny bubbles on your tinted windows then go to classic tint. Jose and Jesus were friendly on my first visit. Unfortunately they aren't very professional on what they do, after 10 days, I still see at least 20 tiny bubbles on all my tinted windows, went back and Jesus apologized, offered to redo them, I waited for another 2 hours and left with fresh tinted windows. Another 10 days went by (I made sure to have a lot of sun for the tint to try up) and still the windows are full of tiny bubbles! I went back and gave them another chance, this time Jesus and Jose stopped being friendly! Who enjoys having their windows tinted every 10 days?! It was like my fault for going back to them for the 3rd time!! They weren't happy, checked my windows and still offered to retint my windows. Ok I waited for another week and still bubbles!!!! I went back for the 4th time, this time I wanted a refund but guess what Jesus said? "There is no warranty anymore!" What? So "lifetime warranty" = redo *2 the 3rd time I will have to pay another $80??? He questioned: "where are the bubbles?! He didn't even try to look at them and said "you need a microscope to see them!" "We work in an open space what do you expect ..." I didn't want to argue anymore and left. Jesus wasn't very honest either, told me I was getting the solar guard galaxie on my first visit when he was trying to make the sale but they actually put sun-gard on my windows. I asked them why sun-gard and he said they are the same company!!!? read more

I went with my friend here on a saturday to get her new car tinted. The pricing was reasonable, $130 for all 7 windows and they got done in approximately an hour. I'm not sure which tint material they used because I asked them twice and didn't get a straight answer but they do offer a lifetime warranty on their tint job. The best thing about this place is you won't have to wait in line like you would at California Tint. However, I can't compare the quality between those two places since we decided not to go to California Tint due to their crazy wait time but I'm thinking they must be popular for a reason. It has been almost a month and we still haven't found a problem with their tint job yet, they didn't cut corners and everything seems to be perfect. I checked all around the edges and didn't find any fault in their tint work. The tint film they used didn't affect the radio signal in the car either so it's another plus. read more

My brother and I were referred by a friend and had an amazing experience with Jesus. Great customer service and everyone there was friendly. I went on a Saturday and it was very busy but I dropped off my car and picked up a few hours later. Jesus has affordable prices I definitely recommend this shop! read more

I been here twice and their work is really awesome. Takes about 1-2 hours depending on how many windows you're tinting. The parking is not great since there is other smaller shops around with very limited parking spaces. Personally I will always come back here because I never had a problem with their work. read more

These guys did a great job on my 2013 Accord. The kids were getting really hot in the backseat and I knew in the summer it would just get worse. Great price , the gentleman was really thorough & the tint job is super high quality. I highly recommend these guys to anyone . read more

Guy did a great job. I paid $120 flat to do my car all around and even came with a lifetime warranty. Took about 2 hours. Same type of tint as a $200 place. read more

Inexpensive and are fast at what they do. In addition to being affordable! They have a room you can sit at in case you have work to do.

The place is just as all the other reviews state, its awesome and very affordable for the cost. The guys work hard and are very nice. The guy even touched it up right as i was about to leave to make sure the job came out perfect. I noticed small lil flaws but im hopeing they come out with time since the tint is very fresh. So no complaints just yet on the quality. It does take awhile so come early. I arrived first at 8:40am and got out by 11:50 not bad if you are on a day off. The tints run from 50%_35%_20%_5% on their list. Others are available in between. I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Classic Custom Tint - 2016 charger with 12% all around - Car Window Tinting Near Me - El Monte, California

Jose and Jesus are both great guys. HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and NO GAMES, these guys hold these values. They have a very humble shop that usually can only accommodate 2-3 cars, and there is limited parking, just be patient, your wait will pay off. I have dealt with other shops when looking for more exotic tint films, and have even looked at some Groupon's out of curiosity, and let me tell you the games and BS these other shops play is incredible. One shop in particular that will remain nameless (let's just say they are in the city of Orange with Groupon for 50% off), well 50% off a 100% overinflated price = a higher than or close to equal a regular price job with the same materials from a legit shop would be without any "special", I call it simply a BS rip off that some people are dumb enough to fall for. I have used Classic for over 10 years now, as I used to be a shop owner and gave them my business as well. Customer service, these guys know how to take care of their customers, and they stand behind their workmanship and product they sell. I had an issue with de-lamination of the tint on one of my cars, so I dropped in and they took care of it, no BS, excuses etc., just looked at it, and saw the product failing (not a workmanship issue), and peeled the tint off, and re-tinted the window on the house, no playing games or trying to BS me, just handled their business and took care of my car, plain and simple. THIS is the way a business needs to run, and hence why they have been and will continue to be in business for a long time, as they understand one simple concept that a lot of businesses nowadays don't understand, and that is the customer is king, period...These guys get it. Don't be afraid to spend your money here, I highly recommend them. read more

Well I'm an avid yelp user. I live in Hesperia and work in Industry. Searched places near home... Nope. Searched places near work... And this is where I ended up. Jesus handled my wheels with care and even met a customer there which that was her second time there. That alone says a lot. Just be prepared to sit around for a while. All 5 Windows minus the windshield for 140 out the door. Can't beat that. Plus lifetime warranty. Thanks guys. read more

Classic Custom Tint - Car Window Tinting Near Me - El Monte, California

The shop is located on Ramona Boulevard, it's a little hard to spot, I actually drove past their store front... or maybe I'm just blind that way. It is definitely a gem. If you're unfamiliar with the area it might seem intimidating at first, especially if you don't know where to go. It doesn't help that the entry way is sometimes congested, but that's not anyone's fault, if you really think about it, it's more of a testimony of how the Auto Center is trusted by a lot of people. The conversation regarding my car's tint was quick and straightforward. I was even warned that ANY tinting in the front windows is technically not allowed. But like any good citizen in search of a good tint, I chose the tint that wouldn't get me in so much trouble. 20% and 35%. No limo tinting for me, thanks. I was given a timeline of two hours, but I believe, especially the way these guys work, that it was done faster than that. They are very efficient and quick. I came back two hours later and voila I had an awesome tint on my Bessie (PriusC). The job was very well done and if there should be anything amiss, I was told that there's a lifetime guarantee. What? Win! From what I understand, they charge a flat rate for all cars. If that true, then the price they charged me was quite a bargain compared to other places that I've looked into. If you're in the area and are in search of a good tint, I recommend this place. Cheers! read more

Just called to ask if I can get my windows tinted by walk in or appmnt and the guy was a fuckin dick terrible customer service. I asked if I can get there by 3 and if he can do it today so I don't waste my time driving and he had an attitude so I figured I'd take my crystaline business somewhere else. Thanks read more

I did a walk-in on a Saturday and they were willing to do it that day. Good price for the area @ $140 for all windows except the windshield (no eyebrow). SolarGard tint is decent and CCT offers all the tint % ranges you could want. Not sure if they stock any other tint brands (maybe 3M I didn't ask) so you may be out of luck. They tint all the way to the edge of the window by default and it looks to be a great job in that regard. It took about 4 hours to actually get my car back, they must've been held up by the two other cars ahead of mine. I would get there early if you want your car in a little over 2 hours. I was also able to spot a single piece of lint after a close inspection of all my windows, but it's not noticeable from the driver's side so I'm living with it unless it causes bubbling later. Lifetime warranty on SolarGard and their work, so no problems there if I wanted to get it fixed. Support a small business here in El Monte and go for it. read more

Past due review, I got there right at opening time, i dropped off the car and i was told that it would be ready 2pm. Almost 3pm and they had not called me. I called, car wasn't ready, and that it had some kind of clear protection on the rear window, additional $50 dollars to remove the clear film. I got to the place around 4:30pm and didn't leave until 5:30pm. I ended up paying $180+ dollars, they worked on my car LAST because i dropped it off. I had to cancel some plans I had for that day since my car wasn't done at the time I was promise. Not what I expected! SMH. read more

Oh high there ! My ass has been waiting here since 7 . Online it says your open ? Are you coming in today ? On google it says 8:30 am . Well that passed . Then ok help it says you open at 9 . Well that fucking time passed too ! Were you planning to at least leave a sign for your customers that you won't be in today ? Because I don't see one . And that's just rude and wasting your customers time just here waiting for you . This is my third time coming just to find out by some mechanic that you ain't coming in today . And a customer next to me told him that you told him to come in today at 8 just so you won't be here ?! Wtf ! Yeah I heard you do a good fucking job at tinting . But fucking be more thoughtful in leaving a sign for your customers and fixing your hours online ! read more

I've been bringing my cars here for years. These guys do a great job for a great price! Friendly and professional service. When I took my car today for just two front windows they were able to take my car right away. I was out within an hour. I got lucky with timing tho. I don't live in the area anymore so I had shopped around for places closer to home. When the other places gave me quotes I thought it was a joke. Way more than I was used to paying. I came back to where I knew I'd get a good deal, great work and great price. Once again I am not disappointed! I recommend these guys to everyone! read more

Left my car yesterday morning at around 10:30 and picked it up at 5, due to the cars ahead of mine. I'd say they did a pretty great job. I had 35% for front sides, 12% back sides & back window. read more
