The vehicle in question is a plumbing work truck so it had to be left behind at the shop to be available. The office manager also made sure to stay near the office to be ready to meet the technician. At 2:59 PM we hadn't heard anything so I texted the number I had been given - "Where you able to make it by?" the response was "On our way". But, they were not on their way. At 6:08PM I texted again but received no response this time. I called the number and was immediately sent to voicemail. The voicemail was full, so I called again but this time the person answered and then hung up. Needless to say I called their office and cancelled the service. A full day wasted and opportunity to use the service truck to help customers was lost. If you are looking for dependability and professionalism I suggest you look elsewhere. I highly doubt the quality of a company's work when they haven't even learned to be good stewards of other peoples' time.

I asked him about it and he stated it will adjust itself in a week. 3 weeks later I messaged the contact that coordinates this install, I heard no response. A week laster I called the company and made a claim on the answering service, no reply. I then called and spoke with someone and she stated she will put me in contact with the person responsible. They messaged and stated the weather was not fair and to be patient. 2 weeks later nothing. I recommend avoiding this company at all costs. I even drove to the address in Cibolo, Tx where the company address is advertised. It's a residence. I called again today and left a message. I'm guessing I will not hear from anyone. Save your money and go with a trusted name. Poor business practices USA Auto Glass. Shame on you.

1/10 I DO NOT recommend getting any work on your car(s) at…read morethis place. I went here to get a brake fluid flush/bleed, exhaust rattle diagnosis, and also an exhaust leak concern. Dropped off my car morning 3/5 Got called about an hour and a half later to pick up. Talking with staff, I was told exhaust noise/leak could not be duplicated. I don't think they even tried. Noise is still active, at a very specific rpm range, a spirited test drive (hell even just quickly pressing the throttle while stationary can produce it) Exhaust leak is still there too. (It's minor, but there) they didn't even attempt to take off pipes causing leak. Like deadass nothing! Just put on lift, looked at it and said, "yeah, car is car" Also, I think they bled the brake system correctly (for the most part) but THEY caused a couple of dash lights to appear on my car dashboard (Had nothing when I dropped it off) dude I spoke with told me "it was already there" when I dropped it off! The fucking nerve... I researched it today (3/6) and found a quick list of potential causes. Soo long story short, easiest thing for me to check/do was inspect brake fluid level... I did. It was near the low line. I filled it to just above max line. Dash lights (VDC, PARKING BRAKE light) went away immediately after. I checked that they were still active BEFORE I added fluid. (I fixed this at about midnight (3/7) when I got home from work. When I drove it off their place (3/5) I didn't notice problems with the braking force, pedal feel, leaks. But day 2 (3/6) noticed my steering wheel shaking lightly when I lightly pressed the brake pedal (way to work and back) I'm guessing it was caused because low brake fluid level post "repair/maintenance" that this shop caused. Broo, I easily ended up fixing an issue that THEY caused. Like I CAN DO BETTER WORK THAN THEM. That is some severe incompetence. I'd be embarrassed if I worked at a shop (for profit) and my customers fixed my mistakes that I caused on their cars. They charged me $90 for half assing what they did and failing to identify/resolve most of my concerns. Seriously, if you value quality work, excellence, and (your safety) I didn't get their names (didn't care to honestly) Don't go to this place. There are better options in the SAT Metro area I only took a chance on this place because they're like 2 miles away from where I live and I was busy and a bit lazy and didn't want to do the work myself. Won't catch me making this mistake again. Also, I'm not going back again to explain to them their "work" caused more problems than it fixed. But yeah, beware.

He might be able to paint but is a thief and a con man. I invested over 50k with this guy and was returned a truck that wasn't finished and lied to the entire process. I was giving a quote to see if I could afford this endeavor and agreed to a set price. After missing multiple promises deadlines I pulled the project. I should have done it sooner and checked on the truck in person. What I received was a truck that had all original parts removed that I'm sure he sold and giving a after market kit truck that has nothing original on it. From the usable original gauges to tail gate and to the the frame. This truck was almost ready for paint when I sent it out. He likes to say I'm poor with rich man's taste but I'm fact he charged me for all after market parts (to replace the parts he sold) refused to show me receipts and also charged me for work that wasn't even complete! His work is sub par to say the least. Multiple times I asked if we had all the parts we needed and was told yes. 4 years later I get a stripped down truck with no running boards rear fenders not one complete system he said was finished. Rear wiring incomplete a/c system incomplete, brake system incomplete. Lights dash nothing wired. It looks as if Stevie wonder put this together. No offense Stevie fans. Frames bent and he tries to bkane the auto transporter. Lol! I've heard it all from this compulsive liar. 4kink suspension and rear end set out of square. Sold me rims and tires that don't even fit my truck .This guy is absolutely horrible. If this review deters just one person from losing money and getting shorty work I'll be happy.
