I was very concerned what would happen to my car, how much time would I be without. And would my insurance take care of the repairs. My insurance company referred me to Crash Champions. Their customer service was amazing. They made sure I had a rental car. They explained in detail what would be needed to make repairs. Gave me an estimated time that my car would be ready. They had trouble getting a part. So my repair was delayed by a couple of days. Jeff stayed in contact with me on the progress of my repair daily. I was amazed at that. It made it able for me to follow the progress. I had heard horror stories from friends not being able to get their cars back for months without getting any communication! I will recommend CCCR to all my new friends and family. I work retail and I will also recommend them to my customers. Sincerely Robin Davis
