Rene got a replacement door in 2 days, installed and _perfectly matched_ the (aged) 3-stage metallic silver color. A few years before, we had a bad interior roof leak. Rene diagnosed that the front window gasket was leaking. Unfortunately, it had rusted the front of roof so badly it needed to be rebuilt. Aiiieee ya! With that curvature in two directions and the lip for glass it should have been impossible. Not for Rene's team! Their prices are quite reasonable. Rene and his team are fast and darned good. When I brought this up to Mathew, he refused to take responsibility and wouldn't stand behind his work. Any professional shop knows that proper prep is the most basic step in refinishing a replacement bumper, so this was disappointing to hear. Now I'm left with a bumper that needs to be completely redone, at my expense, because of poor workmanship and a lack of accountability. I would strongly recommend taking your car elsewhere if you want the job done correctly and backed by a shop that honors its work.

As it turns out, the guys in Seattle botched the job. The first issue I had was that my windshield wiper sensor didn't work. I stopped by the shop to ask if they could help, and they told me to stop in any time. I showed up the next morning and Juan spent over a half-hour re-installing and sealing the sensor- got it working like new. When I asked where to pay, he told me no charge and he'll see me when I need something else taken care of. And then I did. A few weeks later I was driving in a major rain storm and water started streaming in from the top of the windshield. I brought the van in and Juan quickly identified the issue. I was expecting to pay several hundred dollars to remove and re-install the windshield, but he was able to re-seal without removing the glass - the bill was less than half what I was expecting. This shop does quality work and will do the right thing for their customers. They deserve to be on your list of go-to service providers!!
