Really surprised with my experience here. My younger sister got into a fender bender, so I immediately found this shop. It was local, had good reviews, and had photos of previous work. It checked all boxes, but once the repair was completed, is when it all went downhill. Classic Collision damaged my Tacoma and tried to hide the damage by buffing the marks off the dent. I noticed the dent immediately after driving home from pick-up. I drove back and noticed someone burned the clear coat off my truck and even damaged my paint in an attempt to hide damage on my 2025 Tacoma. I will give props that they immediately took responsibility and fixed the truck. But AGAIN, on pickup from the PDR for the dent Classic Collision caused and from the repaint due to them trying to hide the damage and causing more damage to my paint. There was overspray all over my hood, new scratches, and a big ol' nick in the paint on my passenger side door as a parting gift. It was a waste of time and constant back and forth. I didn't leave the truck again so they could just cause more damage while "fixing" the damage they caused. What a joke! BEWARE: look over your car, take pictures before drop-off, on pickup, and look at the vehicle in multiple lighting. The shop will try to hide damage. read more

I unfortunately got backed into when my car was parked and had to take it in for repair. Classic Collision is a Tesla Certified repair center and did an amazing job with the work. They are very communicative over email and really made the process as quick as possible for me. After going through the other person's insurance, Classic Collision offered that I pay a deposit, then they would order the parts, and had me wait to drop my car until the parts arrived. I didn't have to be without my own vehicle for too long- just a week! My car honestly looked like new upon getting it back. So impressed. I was recommended this body shop by my coworker, and insurance, and the overall process was great. It was very easy to call and get in contact with someone at the front desk. My technician Albert, was extremely helpful and kind as he guided me through the process. He made it very clear the estimated price, final price, my cost, insurance's cost, and the fixing process. The estimate he gave me for the body work was 5 working days, but they finished in 3, and I was able to get my car early. They also made sure I was set up with a rental, and guided me to the rental office. The office itself is very nice, they have complimentary snacks and coffee which I thought was very nice. Everything was smooth and quick and from start to finish, I was able to get my estimate appointment, car drop off, and pick up very quickly with as little time wasted as possible. A friend highly recommended this auto body repair shop, calling it the best in town. The staff is friendly, the waiting room is clean, and the walls are lined with awards showcasing their expertise in working on various cars. I took my truck here after an accident for body repairs, which they did well, billing my insurance around $13,000. However, after picking it up, I noticed a loud cranking noise when reversing. When I brought it back, they initially claimed the noise was from my tires hitting the bumper because they were "too big"--even though they were the stock tires that came with my truck from Toyota. Then they said it was due to the aftermarket bumper not fitting correctly. Turns out, they had actually installed a Toyota bumper that matched my truck, so that excuse didn't hold up either. Eventually, they admitted they had installed the bumper incorrectly and fixed it. A few days later, I noticed a section of the bumper was hanging off. When I called them, they said they'd have to reopen my case and charge my insurance for a new bracket or bumper. I told them this was their mistake, so they agreed to fix it. After picking it up, I thought the issue was resolved, but today I noticed the bumper is still not properly installed. With all their awards, you'd think installing a Toyota bumper would be the easiest job for them. Since the first time picking it up I went back 4x for them to fix this I'm not bringing my truck back for a fifth time. My insurance was billed again due to their mistake not being fixed. Instead of correcting the issue, they just charged my insurance more. This company is a scam and should be reported to the BBB. To make matters worse, an employee gossiped that I should be grateful for a "free" bumper--but if I didn't need one, why would they give me one? They basically dropped the ball on my case with Progressive completely and I had to call them weekly for a month with hardly any results. At the end it appeared that they hadn't even bought the parts that they said were delayed. Very bummed. The repair time was estimated as 6 days and it ended up being 10 days. The repair was done satisfactorily. When I arrived to pick up the car I was informed that the rear quarter glass had been broken by Classic when it was removed and it would cost an additional $800. to replace. Nowhere in the written estimate or any follow up paperwork was this noted plus the window was not near the original damage. I think this is the responsibility of Classic to fix at no charge to me. Well first of all these guys took 7 months to fix a simple hit to my back tire!! I took my car to classic collision and they failed to keep open communications with me, I had to constantly call trying to figure out the latest update on my vehicle. They mis-quoted a finish date for me multiple times (I missed airplane flights due to this), I would leave messages for a call back only to not hear from them for weeks at a time sometimes, they have no accountability by constantly blaming the insurance company, sorry ass customer service! My estimator, Reza, was very nice, but it took 6 months to get a new hood, paint, wrap and install it. There was no communication unless I called and it didn't seem like anything got done unless I called to follow up.
