My car was involved in a minor hit and run. It left my passenger side door damaged and scratched with the lower trim deeply dented. These guys worked with my insurance and did A FANTASTIC JOB. I dropped my car off pretty dirty, praying the dent would come fixed correctly with the paint looking the same as the rest of my car. I got my car back DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT! With a 10/10 repair. read more

They did a great job with fixing my fender and replacing necessary parts. Someone had hit my car - classic collision was the shop approved by their insurance. Prompt service, with fairly regular updates. Roberto was very responsive. The repairs took about 8 days. It can be a little expensive if paying out of pocket. read more

I got pretty much the entire rear replaced on my Tesla Model 3 due to a bad dent on the left side from a hit and run. I was on a time crunch to get my car back within two weeks, and thankfully the team got the job done flawlessly in much shorter time. The car came back feeling brand new. Shout out to Albert for the communication throughout the whole process, which made it much less stressful. 10/10 recommend this location. Everything is transparent and efficient. read more

Needed a bumper replacement on my Tesla model 3 after an accident. The experience at Classic Collision was a 10 out of 10 - timely, seamless, and the bumper replacement is outstanding. Really surprised with my experience here. My younger sister got into a fender bender, so I immediately found this shop. It was local, had good reviews, and had photos of previous work. It checked all boxes, but once the repair was completed, is when it all went downhill. Classic Collision damaged my Tacoma and tried to hide the damage by buffing the marks off the dent. I noticed the dent immediately after driving home from pick-up. I drove back and noticed someone burned the clear coat off my truck and even damaged my paint in an attempt to hide damage on my 2025 Tacoma. I will give props that they immediately took responsibility and fixed the truck. But AGAIN, on pickup from the PDR for the dent Classic Collision caused and from the repaint due to them trying to hide the damage and causing more damage to my paint. There was overspray all over my hood, new scratches, and a big ol' nick in the paint on my passenger side door as a parting gift. It was a waste of time and constant back and forth. I didn't leave the truck again so they could just cause more damage while "fixing" the damage they caused. What a joke! BEWARE: look over your car, take pictures before drop-off, on pickup, and look at the vehicle in multiple lighting. The shop will try to hide damage. read more

I unfortunately got backed into when my car was parked and had to take it in for repair. Classic Collision is a Tesla Certified repair center and did an amazing job with the work. They are very communicative over email and really made the process as quick as possible for me. After going through the other person's insurance, Classic Collision offered that I pay a deposit, then they would order the parts, and had me wait to drop my car until the parts arrived. I didn't have to be without my own vehicle for too long- just a week! My car honestly looked like new upon getting it back. So impressed. This shop is located right next door to an Enterprise car rental, which was really convenient for getting a rental while my car was getting repaired. read more

My car was unfortunately hit whenever it was parked, and I was sent to classic collision through insurance and I absolutely loved the employees there as they were so friendly. I brought in my car in on a Wednesday and it was done on a Friday. It was so quickly done, but it was so efficiently done as well. When I got my car back, it was vacuumed and washed so it looked beautiful and that was no charge so I appreciated that. I also had a bolt unscrewed and they screwed that in for me for free so I also appreciated that too. Highly recommend this place. read more

A friend highly recommended this auto body repair shop, calling it the best in town. The staff is friendly, the waiting room is clean, and the walls are lined with awards showcasing their expertise in working on various cars. I took my truck here after an accident for body repairs, which they did well, billing my insurance around $13,000. However, after picking it up, I noticed a loud cranking noise when reversing. When I brought it back, they initially claimed the noise was from my tires hitting the bumper because they were "too big"--even though they were the stock tires that came with my truck from Toyota. Then they said it was due to the aftermarket bumper not fitting correctly. Turns out, they had actually installed a Toyota bumper that matched my truck, so that excuse didn't hold up either. Eventually, they admitted they had installed the bumper incorrectly and fixed it. A few days later, I noticed a section of the bumper was hanging off. When I called them, they said they'd have to reopen my case and charge my insurance for a new bracket or bumper. I told them this was their mistake, so they agreed to fix it. After picking it up, I thought the issue was resolved, but today I noticed the bumper is still not properly installed. With all their awards, you'd think installing a Toyota bumper would be the easiest job for them. Since the first time picking it up I went back 4x for them to fix this I'm not bringing my truck back for a fifth time. My insurance was billed again due to their mistake not being fixed. Instead of correcting the issue, they just charged my insurance more. This company is a scam and should be reported to the BBB. To make matters worse, an employee gossiped that I should be grateful for a "free" bumper--but if I didn't need one, why would they give me one? Oh wait, it wasn't free--it was billed to my insurance read more

I found the service was prompt, courteous, complete and very very both professional and kind. Roberto Carmina and the team were great!

I had such a great experience here! The team was incredibly kind and respectful. A lot of times, people assume girls don't know much about cars, but it was nothing like that here. They treated me with total respect and never talked down to me, which honestly meant a lot. My spare tire (not sure what it's officially called!) had come loose and was making a loud banging noise in my trunk. They took the time to fix it and put it back where it belonged. Alberto was especially amazing -- super quick to help, patient, and kind. He explained everything clearly without making me feel bad or embarrassed. I was even scheduled close to their closing time, but he still went out of his way to help me after hours. Students are treated really well here too. They are accommodating, professional, and genuinely care. I would absolutely recommend Classic Collision to anyone looking for honest and friendly service! read more

I was recommended this body shop by my coworker, and insurance, and the overall process was great. It was very easy to call and get in contact with someone at the front desk. My technician Albert, was extremely helpful and kind as he guided me through the process. He made it very clear the estimated price, final price, my cost, insurance's cost, and the fixing process. The estimate he gave me for the body work was 5 working days, but they finished in 3, and I was able to get my car early. They also made sure I was set up with a rental, and guided me to the rental office. The office itself is very nice, they have complimentary snacks and coffee which I thought was very nice. Everything was smooth and quick and from start to finish, I was able to get my estimate appointment, car drop off, and pick up very quickly with as little time wasted as possible. I appreciated how smooth it was since it was a busy month for me. At the end, my car came out looking brand new, and they even washed it for me. Thank you Albert for your work! Definitely recommend! read more

I had a fantastic experience here. I found this place on Yelp and took my car in because my back door wouldn't open after a previous repair shop worked on it and messed it up. The people here were kind, professional and quick. After I dropped my car off, they were able to fix the issue in a matter of hours, and it ended up costing less than they thought it would, so they knocked down my original quote. I would 100% come back again. Highly recommend. read more

I can't recommend Classic Collision enough. I've taken my Odyssey in 3 times now for repairs, and each time I go in the staff is extremely professional and friendly. Jaime in particular has been amazing. I had a crumpled front left dent in my bumper that was totally repaired back to new as well as other dings and scratches. The bumper repair also included fixing the bottom left foglight casing and light itself, all of which were repaired back to new. I will absolutely be returning to Classic Collision for all my future repairs. Not worth going to anyone else! Thank you Jaime and CC!! read more

They basically dropped the ball on my case with Progressive completely and I had to call them weekly for a month with hardly any results. At the end it appeared that they hadn't even bought the parts that they said were delayed. Very bummed. They were nice in attitude (that is the one star) but the service was disrespectfully dismissive And downright incompitent. read more

A few weeks ago, my car was damaged in a collision with another car. I reported it to my insurance company and the guy who hit me's company. I then saw that Classic Collision in Goleta is a USAA-approved auto body shop. I checked, and the reviews were good, so I went with them for the repairs. I must say that I was greatly impressed with Jamie Alvarez, who did an outstanding job providing excellent customer service. He greeted me very warmly (after I first met a kind Gilbert) and went out of his way to ensure that I was kept informed and completely satisfied through the process and with the work done. Having spent decades in the customer sales and service industry, I would hire Jaime in a second. Thank you again for a smooth and easy repair. read more

Classic Collision - Classic Collision in Goleta. - Auto Glass Services Near Me - Goleta, California

This shop was recommended as an authorized repair facility for my car. We had a small incident which we agreed to pay out of pocket. The repair time was estimated as 6 days and it ended up being 10 days. The repair was done satisfactorily. When I arrived to pick up the car I was informed that the rear quarter glass had been broken by Classic when it was removed and it would cost an additional $800. to replace. Nowhere in the written estimate or any follow up paperwork was this noted plus the window was not near the original damage. I think this is the responsibility of Classic to fix at no charge to me. I have reached out, my attorney has written a letter and still no response. I will follow up through a court action. read more

Well first of all these guys took 7 months to fix a simple hit to my back tire!! I took my car to classic collision and they failed to keep open communications with me, I had to constantly call trying to figure out the latest update on my vehicle. They mis-quoted a finish date for me multiple times (I missed airplane flights due to this), I would leave messages for a call back only to not hear from them for weeks at a time sometimes, they have no accountability by constantly blaming the insurance company, sorry ass customer service! There's no reason any vehicle repair should take 7 months!! read more

We are extremely pleased with our experience with Classic Collision in Goleta. Albert was very helpful and professional in dealing with our collision estimate and repair. A Jeep backed into the hood of my car and left a small dent in my hood. Classic Collision was on the recommended list from my insurance company. My estimator, Reza, was very nice, but it took 6 months to get a new hood, paint, wrap and install it. There was no communication unless I called and it didn't seem like anything got done unless I called to follow up. It was a very frustrating six months and although they did a decent job when I finally got my car back, I wouldn't use them again or recommend them. read more

Jaime was my point of contact for the entire experience and his customer service was exceptional.
