Recently had my Jaguar taken to Two Guys due to some damage caused by a hit and run. KC and the team were very responsive and did an incredible job on my car. So, I am writing because of the work they did and what I felt like was going above and beyond what they probably had to do but even post fixing my vehicle I have called them at least two more times with questions or concerns NOT related to the work they did but because I feel like they are now my trusted car center. I don't normally write reviews but I really feel like it is important that I mention both the service and the level of work/care that they put into my vehicle. For as long as I can remember, I have been using Two Guys for whatever paint I needed for my cars, but that stops today. I went in to get an estimate to have some plastic panels color match to the car. When I walked and explained to the lady what I wanted, her first comment was "well since you're paying out of pocket". I have no idea what that has to do with anything, but a guy there pretty much told me no because " you can't sand the panels, and the paint would come off". There are countless YouTube videos of guys doing this with spray paint, with zero issues. Maybe they just got too big to deal with customers paying out of pocket, I don't know. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone ever again. read more

Driving in Maryland has thrown a curve ball as I was on my way to work and a seagull decided to drop a huge clam on my hood causing a huge dent, chipping the paint all the way to the metal. I have mixed feelings about leaving a review as the repair was great! The repair is not noticeable, the repair quality was great so I would give a 4 stars, the maintenance ethics now that is where I have a problem and would give it a 2 star. The car had dust all over the inside of the vehicle, as if QA didn't bother to look at the car prior to giving it back to the customer. there was a surface paint scratch which was cleaned up, and damage to the lower door panel which was not there before. when the floor supervisor KC came he was cordial and understood my concern as a customer. I was told to call back within a week if I didn't hear from them first, which I didn't . I left a message, shortly after the manager called me instead saying there was no repair or maintenance done inside my car. yet I have several phone notifications of the car having its windows and front door open. This alone is poor service, there was no damage on the door when I dropped off my car, and now there is, to which the manager called me indirectly a liar! This is poor customer service and for that reason I will not come here again. Be careful if you drop your car off here. the repair may be fixed but what else was damaged by careless practices. read more

My brand new 2023 Nissan Pathfinder was hit in a grocery store parking lot (hit and run). My insurance company recommended Two Guys as one of the places to take it for review. Took my pathfinder there on Oct 31st for a body repair. Although it took a couple days longer than planned (originally told 4-5 days). The work was done well and my car looks like new again. Super, mega, top-notch set of folks we've got here. Your car will come out of this body shop looking at least (and this is conservative) 3x better than when it entered. Dollar for dollar, wheel for wheel, this place is the best; I guarandamntee you that. They were wonderful to work with. As a pilot and iguana breeder, I have a very tight schedule. These folks were great communicators and they were wonderful at dealing with the insurance companies. The price of the job was fair and just! Took a little longer than I would like but quality takes time. It was actually a really funny coincidence, I was stuck between flying to Guam to field-rescue some very rare iguanas and picking up the car on time, but thankfully they called me up (as stated: great communicators) and pushed back the car's finish date which gave me enough time to save the iguanas. I was planning on rescuing four, but the cab driver accidentally crushed one with his car (oops!) when pulling into the refuge center. Either way, they're a great trio! I've already locked in two of their names; one is Crumble (homage to the one my cab driver ran over) and the other is called Gia. The last one has yet to be named, but I'm tempted to name it after the mechanic, Casey, which fixed my car's bumper. Crumble, Gia, and Ron. They'll make a nice clutch of little iguana hatchlings and my car's new bumper looks amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone who has a car that needs fixing. read more

How does this place have any 5 star reviews? It's because they are BS!!!. ZERO stars is the most accurate rating. I took my chevy to two guys collision and got it back with a broken headlight. They fixed the fender and the hood where the collision had happened but the headlight was still OBVIOUSLY broken. And it took 6 days longer than they quoted. They NEVER called me to give me any updates. Not one time. When I complained the short dumpy woman screamed at me and blew cigarette smoke in my face. Avoid this place like the plague. They do terrible work and their customer service is awful. read more

Fantastic customer service! I have had vehicles in with this company on a few different occasions, and have always been fully satisfied. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience even though you're usually seeing them under conditions of having your vehicle smashed. Two Guys did a fantastic job restoring my RAV4 to factory-new condition after a disagreement with a guard rail. They were thorough, taking a little more time than some shops might have, but it was absolutely worth the couple extra days. Let me start out by saying that Two Guys does in fact do decent work, but, their customer service is absolutely horrible. My fiancé and I dropped our car off on January 4th to have the bumper fixed, when we dropped it off they quoted us that it would be complete on January 11th, they NEVER called us to tell us that it wasn't ready when they said it would be. They then said that they would have it finished on Tuesday, January 19th(today) and sure enough, IT STILL ISN'S DONE!! And guess what... THEY DIDN'T CALL US TO INFORM US OR KEEP US IN THE LOOP! In my eyes, customer service is just as important as the work you do, and the work they do isn't good enough to put up with crappy customer service! We will never again be going to Two Guys, and I suggest you don't either. read more

Nephew got in an accident this morning and we were told that we could choose from 2 local shops to perform the repairs. Upon calling Two Guys, my nephew was told that insurance sends over the claim and then he could bring it in. I called insurance and questioned this, how do you choose a place without getting an estimate and seeing how they are. Claims adjuster called and was told oh no, takes 15 minutes, just stop by and they can write the estimate. Immediately hung up the phone and called to make appointment for the estimate and was told by some NASTY women that she had no claim paperwork from them yet and that's not how it works. I reviewed my conversation with the agent and the women from Two Guys kept talking over me and stating "I'm trying to tell you but you refuse to listen to what I'm saying". Really... who drops off a car or chooses a repair shop in general without them 1) looking at the damages and 2) without parts being available to perform the repairs. Heard good things but upon speaking to the NASTY receptionist, good or bad, my car will go elsewhere. I don't need to pay for someone to be rude and condescending to me. read more

They did a very poor job on my car. The body work was so poorly done it looked as if there was new dents in it! and there was a big run in the paint! i took it to another body shop to have it buffed out but turns out it wasn't a run in the clear coat it was in the paint. now it has to be re-paintainted! that explains the unrealistic price... i will definetly be going to my regular body shop again, Body by Design on St. Andrews Church Road All the insurance companies may love them because of their cheap work, but when you pay to have a car fixed it should be fixed right! Had my car in for repair after a deer tried to take an uninvited ride in my front seat. Chose Two Guys because it was local and endorsed as a Nationwide Blue Ribbon repair shop. My first encounter was with Chris Guy who did a great job processing my vehicle and arranging for the repair and painting. The problem started when Chris went on vacation near the completion of the work on my car and "Cindy", who announced that she was the owner, took over. She was totally unprofessional in every way, rude, obnoxious, loud, and unreasonable. I have reported her behavior to my insurance company. Many other clients have named her in their unfavorable reviews, so please be aware that her behavior is not Blue Ribbon. As for the work that was done on my luxury vehicle, it was fine, however, I took the car to my dealership for a once over and they found a couple of minor issues that were not repaired. I have used Two Guys at least 4 times in the last 7 years. Each experience has been fantastic. Twice they repaired fender-benders on my truck. Each time, they handled everything professionally - timely, high-quality, courteous. My most recent time was this past summer. After damaging the right-rear quarter-panel, I brought it to Two Guys. They handled the interface with the insurance company smoothly. And they have relationships with the local car rental companies, so someone was waiting for me to take me to the rental shop. My truck was finished early - Two Guys kept me updated via periodic texts and a call or two. When I arrived for pickup, they walked me through the repairs, took care of the final insurance paperwork, and called the rental company to pickup the rental car. Great customer service!! Two guys exceeded my expectations as a collision repair center. My family was in a car accident where we were hit while stopped at a light. It was a traumatic experience and I was under the impression that the car would need to be traded because the vehicle would never be the same and work the same way. I was wrong once I received the vehicle back from 2 guys. It looked brand new! I even had a car dealership comment that it looked like a new vehicle and not 6 years old- the paint job was that good! I'm not going to question their workmanship, but I will question their Customer Service. If it were only one bad experience then maybe I could accept it, but it isn't. The owner, Cindy (Sindy?) is one of the most argumentative, cantankerous & combative people I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.... twice!!! If I could give no stars I would. I was referred here after a safelite technician damaged my car. Charlie gave me a quote and was absolutely wonderful. The estimate was paid in full the same day and my parts were ordered. I was told I would receive a call to schedule my work. After a week of not hearing anything I called the shop to find out what was going on. Cindy answered the phone and was quite rude. I simply asked why no one was keeping me up to date and when my work would be scheduled. She proceeded to inform me a part was on backorder. Ok, that's fine but when I asked her when I could expect the work to be done or if I would be kept informed she told me that I could have the f***ing work done somewhere else and she would no longer do it. Keep in mind I never raised my voice. I never cursed or disrespected her in any way. I simply asked a question. She had already been paid in full for the work. I am just thankful that safelite has to fight to get refunded and not me. read more

I just finished talking to the owner of the place and she hung up on me twice telling me she was too busy to listen to me... Last week my truck was totaled and the guys in the shop were real nice and told me to call this place that buys crashed vehicles and I tried but the number didn't work so on my way to the junk yard to see if I can get someone to pick up the car I pass by two guys to pick up the stuff from the truck. The young lady at the front desk was about to give me the keys when the owner of the place starts yelling at me asking what i wanted out of it and when was i going to take it out of their parking lot etc etc. Mind you the truck had been there a total of ONE day and she was already freaking out. So i told her i would have it out by the end of the week. I would have had it not been for the fact they don't open on Saturday. So the owner calls me today, Monday, to return my message and she starts yelling at me saying that i said i would have it picked up Friday etc etc. I tried explaining to her that I did not say that but that's its OK i just want to know how much i owe her. And she says 50 dollars a day for since the day it was brought to them! Its a little much and after just having my car totaled with insurance not covering it you would think that she wouldn't be so mean but the art that gets me is she did not even let me say any of that instead she hung up on me, I called her back to find out why she was treating me like that and trying to explain i never wanted anything more than to pay her what i owe and be done with it but I couldn't even get the words out because she kept cutting me off so i asked to see if i could speak to someone else maybe a manager and she tells me she is the owner and then tells me she doesn't have time to talk to me and hangs up again. I have never been treated like this in my life. I do not know if its because I am a female or maybe I look like I try to take advantage of people. Or maybe because I am Hispanic I do not know what I do know is this woman is mean! Talk to the receptionist if you can or the guys but whatever you do stay away from the owner lady. read more

I'll start off by saying that I am one to leave good reviews when warranted. My experience was somewhat similar to the post written by Bryan D., as far as the lack of communication goes and the extended repair time. My car was there for about 7 weeks (3 weeks longer than expected) and I constantly received automatic text messages that said my car would be ready on the scheduled completion date. I understand that weather and supply issues can cause delays, but I had to call to get updates on the status. They did cover the cost of our rental car though, once we exceeded the 30 days that our insurance covered. I wouldn't recommend that you take your car here for repairs but if you do, I hope you have a better experience. Look the car over real good before you take it back. I missed a couple of things on mine. It was nothing major, but I don't want to bring it back and have to deal with the pain all over again. read more
