Their thorough and honest evaluation uncovered a long list of mechanical and cosmetic issues that the dealership failed to disclose -- and ultimately saved me from buying a ticking time bomb. They found replaced front fenders, bumper, and hood with overspray and missed paint areas, missing mud flaps, wheel center caps, and antenna, a broken mirror, and brake pads barely passing at 4/32. Even more concerning were leaking front axle seals, an upper oil pan leak with residue on the lower pan (which requires the engine to be pulled to repair), and two open recalls that hadn't been addressed. The customer service is better than I've had in quite sometime. Lisa answered all my questions and was quite accommodating with my schedule. The service tec Rod does the little things that are just not found anymore. When replacing the center cap he points them to the tire valve stem. May not sound like much but on a cold night and you need air in your tire knowing exactly where the stem is will save you time. All in all a great experience and I highly recommend them, so much so that I drove 36 miles which translates to an hour each way. Should I need another wheel repaired they will be my first stop.

I brought my truck in for two items: repairing a dent and buffing scratches out of the hood. This was discussed during the estimate process. After I dropped the truck off, the owner informed me that removing the scratches would now cost an additional $125, stating he normally charges $190 for that service, like he's trying to work something out for his incompetentcy. When I questioned why the work that had already been discussed was no longer included, the explanation was that the estimator "made a mistake." Unfortunately, that mistake was then presented as an additional cost I was expected to cover. Instead of agreeing to the added charge, I declined and handled the scratches myself. I purchased a bottle of Turtle Wax Scratch & Repair Compound for $15, used two microfiber towels, and the scratches were completely gone in under five minutes by hand. No wet sanding was required, even though I had been told that would be necessary. The hood now looks like new, and by doing it myself I saved $110 compared to the additional charge they wanted. My advice to anyone considering this shop is simple: make sure every detail of the work is clearly written and confirmed before leaving your vehicle, because what was discussed during the estimate may not always match what you're told later.
