So, I am writing because of the work they did and what I felt like was going above and beyond what they probably had to do but even post fixing my vehicle I have called them at least two more times with questions or concerns NOT related to the work they did but because I feel like they are now my trusted car center. I don't normally write reviews but I really feel like it is important that I mention both the service and the level of work/care that they put into my vehicle. Went back immediately the lady at the counter had one of the guys come and look at it he said he could wet sand it and it would be fine. The lady at the counter says if the problem comes back there is nothing we can do. Well once again,picked up the truck looked great but now all the scratches are back. Seems like she knew that the we sanding wasn't going too work. Whatever you do don't use this body shop very disappointing.

I brought my truck in for two items: repairing a dent and buffing scratches out of the hood. This was discussed during the estimate process. After I dropped the truck off, the owner informed me that removing the scratches would now cost an additional $125, stating he normally charges $190 for that service, like he's trying to work something out for his incompetentcy. When I questioned why the work that had already been discussed was no longer included, the explanation was that the estimator "made a mistake." Unfortunately, that mistake was then presented as an additional cost I was expected to cover. Instead of agreeing to the added charge, I declined and handled the scratches myself. I purchased a bottle of Turtle Wax Scratch & Repair Compound for $15, used two microfiber towels, and the scratches were completely gone in under five minutes by hand. No wet sanding was required, even though I had been told that would be necessary. The hood now looks like new, and by doing it myself I saved $110 compared to the additional charge they wanted. My advice to anyone considering this shop is simple: make sure every detail of the work is clearly written and confirmed before leaving your vehicle, because what was discussed during the estimate may not always match what you're told later. I tried this place out and seen the red flags , but I messed up , they charged a customer $150 to…read moreput headlights in his car no special tools needed, that was one, they have older customers, 2 they getting over on them, 3 one thing is wrong and they make up the next, a older guy went off, so my dumb ass let dem change my oil pressure sensor, being lazy and they come to me saying it was hard and $260 out my pockets,ok I said well its good now, bs ,next day my rear seal is leaking, a week ago I just had the dealer dodge check my charger for seals and etc. No problems ,how is my rear seal screws hanging out with oil leaking, so I call down to the shop they wouldn't put the manager on the phone , so I had to trade my vehicle in because it was expensive to drop trans and the dealer notice.
