He communicated well and repaired both vehicles to our satisfaction. Furthermore and importantly on my daughter's older vehicle he worked closely with us to keep the bill down and at our request skipped a couple of minor cosmetic things we didn't need addressed. In short, I would encourage anyone to use these guys. They are very good at working with you.

He got back on the road, thank God, but knew his Mercedes Benz was definitely messed up. It was barely rolling good enough to get him the rest of the way home. We were just so thankful my son was okay, with the exception of being really sore! Anyway, we were worried sick b/c it costs a lot of money to work on these type cars, but we had no choice but to get it fixed. After no sleep that night, I began looking for alignment shops and up popped "Woody's Body Shop". Bingo, good deal. I think at this point my husband & I were just accepting that we would have to shell out at least a couple of thousand dollars. I called Woody's and the sweetest voice answered the phone. I proceeded to tell her of our misfortune. She was very compassionate & set me up an appt. We got the car there and I was about to cry when we left because Jeff Woody gave me the best estimate EVER and assured me it would be repaired in a timely fashion. I could not believe the price! He could have told me anything and I would have trusted him b/c he knows his business and that's what he does for a living. In a day, the sweet voice called and said your car is ready. Wow! This is amazing! So...we proceeded to go to Woody's to pick up the Mercedes. We pulled in and I saw the car sitting out front, but something looked aweful shiny! They had buffed out the headlights and they looked brand new...just because. Anytime, from now on, only Woody's will do work on my vehicles. What a wonderful experience meeting these people! Kudos to these wonderful people!!! Ken & Simone Dodd

I will never go back. I had my car repaired there after hitting a deer. Had to take it back after…read morethey didn't do the repairs right the first time. Head light wasn't installed right , the front bumper isn't engaged to the clips, front bumper guard isn't secured on one side, the wheel well skirt body clips weren't installed properly, both front fog lights are loose. Literally was missing a body clips in the replacement head light because the fender didn't line up and they tried to force it into position. When that didn't work, I told them I would bring it back for them to have it as long as they needed to fix it right. They literally used a drill to elongate the hole to fit the body clip and tried to deny that they did. I found the plastic shaving from where the drill bit contacted the headlight assembly plastic and the metal shaving they didn't get cleaned up. I have taken pictures. Also went to the dealership. All the cars on the lot have the gap right took pictures and the bumper in the clips. Also guess what, the fog lights don't move on any of them either. Showed it to the mechanics and they agreed that it isn't correct and the hole has been drilled. They literally tried to brush all my complaints off, & say they say me pull on the wheel well cover insinuating I was creating damage, along with saying I shook the fog lights. Like that made them loose. The fog lights on the cars at the dealership you can push on and they don't move. They do fast crappy work and most people wouldn't notice if they don't know cars. This is the second repair I have had to take back to them and they try to blow smoke up your, you know where. Now for my background, my father was city mechanic for 30 years, I'm ASE certified, I now currently a mechanic on Jet engines, worked F-16 aircraft before that, and before that worked on cars as an ASE certified mechanic. If you want your car fixed right, and not have it screwed up then don't go there. They couldn't even fix the littlest of things. Attention to detail matters, and they don't pay attention and try to make you feel like your the idiot when you bring the issues of their repairs up to them. Lifetime guarantee on their work doesn't amount to much because they don't do it right. Now, since they drilled into part of the headlight assembly when elongating the hole on the front fender instead of doing the work right. I will have to get a new assembly and a new fender and get someone else to fix all their poor work. I hope USAA bans them after they reevaluate the work and look at their billing. They are just an assembly line for insurance collision claims, trying to go as fast as they can, with not attention to detail.

My insurance was very helpful in getting me a name to call but apparently they also reached out to Joe Hudson's as I didn't have to call at all! A lovely woman, Leslie, made my appointment and assured me that all would be well, that they could take care of the 'boo boo' my car got. When I showed up at the designated time, I was met with kindness and humor given that it was early in the morning. They were very efficient in getting all of the information needed about my car & new pictures taken. Leslie also noticed a bit of damage that I hadn't originally seen in that the hood of the car was also askew. They were very careful not to give me an estimate on time as it is winter and due to weather parts could be delayed. She assured me though that it really shouldn't take more than 2 weeks. She was absolutely correct. It took exactly 2 weeks and a day. While they had my car, they sent me regular texts about how far along they were & what was going on each day. It was so very helpful knowing what & when things were happening. As expected though, and due to unexpected snow in Florida, a couple of my parts had been delayed or the car would've been done sooner. When I went to pick it up, the guys were up front. I'm guessing they were there to give the ladies time for a break. They were so very helpful and everything went super fast. They assured me that if ANYTHING was wrong, they would gladly take it back to fix what should have been fixed. I don't understand the bad reviews to be honest. My car looks fantastic, sounds great and everything works as it did prior to the accident. I couldn't be more happy. Its not like I have very low expectations, they did a grand job. I think that people pull in with a wreck and expect a brand new car. Body shops don't work like that. This one however went totally above and beyond and I couldn't be a happier customer. Thank you Leslie & all the wonderful guys at Joe's!!
