No explanation, no follow-up, just a suit that looked slightly crisper but still had the same issue I came in with. If you're looking for basic pressing, ZIPS might suffice. But if you need actual garment care--like stain removal or attention to detail--you're not likely to get much beyond the bare minimum. This is the second time this has happened. What caught my eye was it was more mom and pop versus the big commercialize business. It's not the fanciest of dry cleaners but the little ol Asian lady was so cute! Reminds me of my own mom LOL. She is super nice and although her English was not that great I still understood her. We drop off my husbands suit on a Thursday and it was ready by Monday. They close Sundays. Not only did she starch to fit what he liked, she fixed his suit button, NO CHARGE!! He had a few loose buttons and she said "No problem, I fix for free" hahahah I love it! Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else for dry cleaners. The rate was super affordable and like I mention turnaround time was quick. Parking can be tricky if you coming to downtown Zionsville during busy times, so it can be tricky getting into the parking lot. Other than parking, this place is great!

I brought in a 2-piece suit (slacks and jacket) and two dress button-up shirts. (4 items total) The person who checked me in was apparently a manager. Since I was a new customer they took all of my information. I dropped the items off on Oct 2, and was told they would be ready Wed Oct 4. I never got a text or call or anything. My boyfriend took the dry cleaning ticket they gave me to go pick it up, and the lady at the counter said that it was entered into the system on Oct 2, but then it was canceled in the system on Oct 6. Then she searched for the items and was unable to retrieve it. She called the manager who was on the order as being the person who took it in and the person who canceled it. She brushed her off saying she was driving and would handle it in the morning. So now, I have to call back tomorrow morning and find out what is going on with the suit. We were told they would comp the charges for the cleaning, but if they don't produce the 4 pieces I dropped off, they will be doing more than that, because my boyfriend will have to buy a new suit before the wedding. I'm really unhappy with this first experience. I hope they are able to make it right. UPDATE: I gave them 1 star back as they found our items filed under someone else's name and did not charge us for the cleaning and added a credit to our account for "next time" (although I doubt with so many options out there that there will be a next time.)
