During our pre-cleaning walkthrough, DJ (the owner) explained all the work that would be done and showed me areas of dust that would be cleaned that I never even knew existed! He also introduced me to the staff that would be providing the services, so I felt even more at ease leaving my house unattended during the cleaning. A few short hours later I returned to find my house spotless and my tile floors sparkling! I don't think my bathroom has ever been so clean! I needed time to pull the rug out from under my heavy bed and wanted to do some spot cleaning first, so we scheduled for a few days later. He arrived right on time and was upfront over the phone that he might not be able to fully restore the rug, which I appreciated. When he finally did show up he had an attitude like he was doing me a favor by doing the carpets! If I had more time I would have told him not to bother and gotten someone else. The carpets we so badly done by him that the management company thought they weren't done at all until I showed them the bill. They were shocked how much he charged for 2 small bedrooms which looked like they weren't cleaned. He was supposed to contact the company right away to redo the carpets (which he guaranteed if the customer wasn't satisfied with the job), but the company said they didn't hear from him until almost a week later. By that time the company had gotten their own person who did an excellent job at half the price Tom charged. I ended up paying twice to have the carpets cleaned since Tom did such an awful job. I would never hire or recommend him to anyone!
