We have had Tom clean our carpets several times and have always had a great experience. He does a great job, shows up on time, and is professional and easy to work with. We would highly recommend him! read more

Tom did an amazing job cleaning our very dirty carpet. We were evacuated because of the fire and while we were gone, an animal got into our home and lost a fight with our one of our cats. The stains are from that animal's blood. I thought that we were going to have to rip the carpet out but thought I would try On the Spot first to see if they could get the bad stains out. As you can see, it is 90% better!!! His machine is quiet and doesn't leave the carpet wet. Highly recommend! read more

On the Spot - before & after! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

I have had Tom of On the Spot Carpet Cleaning clean our house carpet more than once, the first time about 4 years ago, and just this month again. (We don't clean our carpet that often, and Tom is the only one we have used for our home). He is a totally trustworthy and hard working guy. We have serious dog dirt on our white carpet, and Tom gets the dirt out using all the tricks from his experience, so our carpet comes out looking great. He moves the furniture around and gets to all the nooks and corners. He doesn't use any harsh chemicals and the house smells clean afterwards. He cares about the environment uses hot water from his van (and nothing from your home). He is a very personable guy and really easy to work with. Above all, I trust him to do a great job and comfortable he is the one going through all the rooms in our home! Bottom line, Tom really gets the job done and he is the one I recommend to my neighbors and friends. read more

If I could give Tom NO stars I would! He called me 15 mins before he was supposed to show up saying he'll be 1 hour late. I said when I booked the appt I needed him to be on time because it was a move out clean, and I had a schedule I needed to stick to. When he finally did show up he had an attitude like he was doing me a favor by doing the carpets! If I had more time I would have told him not to bother and gotten someone else. The carpets we so badly done by him that the management company thought they weren't done at all until I showed them the bill. They were shocked how much he charged for 2 small bedrooms which looked like they weren't cleaned. He was supposed to contact the company right away to redo the carpets (which he guaranteed if the customer wasn't satisfied with the job), but the company said they didn't hear from him until almost a week later. By that time the company had gotten their own person who did an excellent job at half the price Tom charged. I ended up paying twice to have the carpets cleaned since Tom did such an awful job. I would never hire or recommend him to anyone! read more

Toni is am absolute gem. He came to our little studio and cleaned our filthy carpet to perfection. After he was done the carpet looked like it was brand new and smelled wonderful. We could not have asked for more. We are super happy and we know that because of Toni we are going to get our deposit back. Ohh.. additionally, Toni was very professional and punctual. I mean we could not have asked for more. Thank you Toni!!!! read more

Tom did a great job on our carpets. Our stairs were really dingy and needed extra attention and we had several areas that we're torn and needed repairs. He worked very hard and when he left, they were repaired, clean and practically dry. The carpets look new! We're satisfied customers who will call him again and tell all of our friends and building owners! read more

Tom Rossi is the BEST carpet cleaner I've had in 42 years of carpet cleaners. He's fair, punctual, considerate, kind, and thorough. He CARES about your carpet. He returned twice last year to tackle resistant carpet stains and refused any payment because he actually stands behind his work. Don't accept counterfeits. There's only ONE Tom Rossi. The one you can trust. He holds a standard that's rare these day: customer care and quality work. He returns your call, doesn't try to upsell, shows up on time and works hard. When's the last time THAT happened with today's service providers? Let's all support pride in workmanship and human decency. Tom does. read more

For anyone looking for a conscientious, reliable, environmentally-aware carpet cleaner, Tom at On-The-Spot Carpet Cleaning is your man. If anyone has pets, health concerns, is environmentally aware and concerned, and wants an excellent job, please call Tom. You will be glad you did. read more

Super Happy with my carpets!!! I have a very busy house hold with lots of boys and dogs and I entertain a lot. I can't believe the difference in my carpets. Thank you. read more

We just bought home and the carpet though in pretty good shape was very filthy and full of stains. It was also buckling up in a lot of places and badly needed restretching. I couldn't find any carpet cleaners who would clean and restretch my carpet. Tom gave me a very reasonable quote for both. He worked on our carpet all day yesterday and when we came home our jaws dropped. Not only was the carpet perfectly clean and and stain-free but the lay of the carpet he left was this beautiful and ornate diamond-shaped pattern. Very impressive. We did find a few bleached spots left by the previous owners but those can't be helped. Tom was easy to work with, straight forward, and we are pleased with his work. read more

While I didn't personally meet Tom as I am an out-of-town landlord, his excellent work in cleaning some heavily stained carperts spoke for itself. Thanks! read more

I had been looking at replacing my carpet because of how badly the pet stains and general dirt trail was through the room, but decided it was worth a try to see if I could buy some time before I went through the cost/trouble of replacing the carpet. Tom came out first thing in the morning to accommodate my schedule. That alone was awesome. When he arrived I explained that I realized the rug was a mess and that I didn't expect him to get out everything. Tom was skeptical of my comments and upon finishing the work, my rug looks BRAND NEW, no joke. That machine has some power and I am STOKED on the job he did. A very friendly, and dog friendly, guy! Thanks Tom! read more

Tom gave me the best estimate of all, came the next day, was friendly and professional, and did an excellent job. I highly recommend his services! read more

Tom Rossi is TOP NOTCH. He came to clean the carpet in a rental home I was about to move into. I was convinced that I was going to be disappointed by the results because the carpet was pretty much a lost cause. Just trashed, stained, saggy.... a mess. He did an INCREDIBLE job! I was absolutely blown away. Also, no horrid chemical smell. He knew I had kids and dogs and needed something non toxic. Not only that, he was prompt, efficient, detail oriented and a pleasure to have around. A complete professional. I will absolutely use him again and recommend him to everyone I know. read more
