The staff does a great job with the cleaning, but when you pull up for interior/exterior washes, they lean too heavily with the variety of deal and upsell. I've had a couple of staff members look upset when I asked for what I wanted instead of their higher quality services. Though the service is great, the value has skyrocketed in recent memory. I understand for the detailing they provide, but for interior and exterior washes, a little too pricey. The little coffee shop located near the waiting area has dipped in quality, too. This is what $50 got me here. That is dirt dust that can be vacuumed off and wiped down that was untouched. The trunk was open to vacuum and armor all and none of it was done. Not the mat, the sides, the door not even the pull out cover. $50 for something I could've done at home. Wish I had time to go back and speak to management today! I updated the photos and added five photos of me, cleaning it myself at home on the bottom tray of the trunk. I cleaned half of it simply just wiped it down with a home spray and you can see the difference. This is about the type of wash and what it did to my car. The car wash is fast, convenient and as I mentioned friendly staff. I had a membership and over time it really messed with my cars paint and one time tore off the factory roof rack rails (which they took care of). Very rarely was my car completely clean, the interior got a lot of scuffs and scrapes from their vacuuming. The exterior received the brunt of it all, small scratches, swirl marks and chipped door handle paint. So when I recently got a new car I made the decision I'd take care of it myself. I just recently got a car wash done two days ago lovely stuff when they agreed to and meet you the guy that I met there was a lovely kind young man Joseph he convinced me to do a wax, which is amazing. I haven't done one in my car. I was like you know Joseph let's do it. I did it. Everything went smooth. Every time I go there for all my car washes at this time I got home and I noticed there were still dirt on the door, which I normally don't see, and then there was dirt behind the handle I just feel like if this was something that it was very noticeable. Today, 9/15/2026. This will be my last time coming here for a car wash. I am absolutely disappointed with the service I received. I did not feel like I got my money's worth, and after paying nearly $70, I feel like I still need to get another car wash. My experience started off poorly when I first arrived. The employee assisting me, Brittany, was very rude and disrespectful. I understand that employees are expected to explain and promote additional services, but I am already a member and did not need anything extra. Once I told her I wasn't interested in additional services, her entire attitude changed. She told me, "Yeah, your car looks super dirty. I don't know why you wouldn't want anything else." I responded, "That's why I came today--to get it clean." She then responded, "HAHA, we'll see," and continued laughing at me as I drove forward. I was honestly shocked by the interaction. Is this the type of customer service customers should expect if they decline additional services? Unfortunately, the service itself was just as disappointing. While the employees were drying my car, I noticed that there was still bird poop and dirt/stains left on the vehicle. I politely asked if they could wipe those areas down again to remove what was still there. I was told, "That will be extra." That response was extremely frustrating. I had already paid nearly $70 for a car wash, yet my car was still visibly dirty, and I was being told I needed to pay more to have the remaining dirt and bird poop removed. This is not the level of service or customer experience I expect, especially as a paying member. The interaction with Brittany was disrespectful and unnecessary, and being charged extra to address areas that were still dirty after the wash was extremely disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and addresses both the customer service and the quality of the wash. Customers should not feel mocked or pressured into purchasing additional services, and they should be able to expect the service they paid for to be completed properly. As my car was getting serviced, I recall thinking that I would probably consider paying out-of-pocket for future. Honestly I would give them no Stars if I could. I to have a full detail on my car courtesy of my mom who had extra washes that had been purchased prior. When I got to the front desk they kept insisting that she hadn't paid for the month so that I couldn't use the multiple free washes that she has. I said to pull my car then because I wasn't planning on paying for it. The woman quickly said okay. We'll let you do it this time, but next time you can't use the extra washes until you pay the membership. I don't know that doesn't really make any sense to me. On top of that I was with my special needs brother. The gentleman calls me over to the car as if they're done. I pick up everything including walk him a far distance to the car and the guy says oh no, we're not done cleaning yet. I just wanted to offer you XYZ. He saw me with my brother and how difficult it was for me to get him to the car. I quickly said no. I need to leave. My brother is not comfortable anymore and we need to go. After they finished up I noticed some things in the front that were not finished so I asked them to clean up and then I had to leave with my brother. When I got back they had not even cleaned the backseat of my car. Maybe they vacuumed but definitely not a detail. There were footprints everywhere, still food crumbs. Unfortunately, the drive thru car wash just didn't really do much. I got the middle tier package, because I knew I had some bug guts on the front of my car, so I didn't want to just go with the cheapest option. This started because I paid $500 to get my carpets interior detailed and left with my carpets wet and smelly so this manger named Chris Foley gave me some credits which I used over months. I went recently to Campbell and asked Iganacio to wash my back area and console using some credits which I never asked for. I left with the console filthy as heck. He said he can't remove it because he doesn't want to break it..yet they do extensive details on very expensive cars.. I went back and boom all of sudden they removed it and cleaned it. they just lied. Chris said he would take care of any detail work if needed.... just come back and ask which I never asked for. He "cleaned" my back area on my van yet each time it came back dirtier or not really clean. I think he was not cleaning it right and making it dirtier because he didn't want me to come back and use the rest of my credits. I have a car wash membership, but I typically only use the exterior wash and save (bank) the monthly full-service interior/exterior washes that come with my membership. A few years ago, four of my banked full-service washes were removed from my account without any explanation. More recently, I was told by a representative that I had three banked full-service washes remaining. This past weekend, when I visited the car wash, one employee checked a computer and told me I had seven banked full-service washes available. However, another employee checked a different computer and said my account showed zero. She even commented that it did not make sense because I rarely use the full-service washes. She told me that a manager would call me to discuss the issue, but I never received a call. Since I did not hear back, I called to follow up myself. During that conversation, I was informed that the banked washes were no longer available. I am very concerned because I do not use my full-service washes frequently, which is why I bank them. My boyfriend was a member prior to their system update years ago. Figured why not go here since I knew they do a good job. I paid 49.99 for exterior and interior wash. My car really just needed an interior clean as it was collecting dust. When I got the car back there was still debris on the exterior passenger side of the car. I had to wipe it off with my own microfiber rag, the interior still had dust all over the dash and my passenger side wasn't even wiped down. I would let it go as it's really just a drive through car wash but if you're going to charge 50$ for a wash I'd expect it to be done right. I have a 2017 RAV4 with 140K miles on it. My two teenagers drive it as well, so it has its share of little scrapes and dings. We need our cars washed a lot because we live next door to a couple of big crepe myrtle trees that generate sap. The interior was poorly done -- the floor mat on the driver's side was barely touched and left visibly dirty. The other mats were only partially cleaned. On top of that, the wheels still had visible dirt and grime inside them after the so-called detail. On the exterior, they left wax residue on the body of the car -- I had to point it out to the staff myself, and only then did they wipe it off and apologize. For $300, I expected a thorough, professional job. What I got was far from it. I would not recommend their detailing service to anyone. ‼Update: After filing a complaint, the detail manager Chris Foley accused me of never giving them the opportunity to inspect the vehicle -- despite the fact that I pointed out every issue IN PERSON before leaving, and his own staff wiped down areas on the spot. I don't usually go to car washes like this because it's not good for your paint and it doesn't spread the wax evenly across your car it mostly just mists your car leaving an irregular surface mist. but I was in a hurry and I needed my car washed. I got some sap on it from the tree. I just wanted the exterior and I ended up with some hard-core package salesman. I kept telling him I don't want any packages. I just want to wash my car he would not let up. I finally told him fine signme up for the package. I'm gonna cancel today as well to get him to shut his mouth then he has me pull over to the side like a big sucker and then that was a big red flag for me when all the cars behind me went in front of me I see that he saw me as a weak individual who is an easy sale that made me very angry. I've been going to Classic Car Wash ever since I moved to SJ over 6 years ago. I love that I can go through the exterior only lane or I can come and have them vacuum and clean the inside of my car as well. I don't clean my car often but I love that there are several locations for when I need them. I recently decided to get the whole shebang. My car needed it badly. The staff person tried to get me to sign up for the membership. I will say that some of things he said were not true. Dude--you can't lie to people in order to get them to sign up for something. But whatever. I did sign up and tried it for a month. I only went back once during the month (so twice car washes and one interior cleaning) although I was looking forward to my monthly interior cleaning coming up. These guys work hard and it's not an easy job. Some days it's hot out there! It's not a job I would want to do. But I will say that there was a huge area that wasn't cleaned up after I got back in my car and after I drove off, I noticed a piece of my car was broken. It wasn't a big deal or something I can't much about, but still. Honestly, if I could afford it, I would stick with the membership. I think it's a good deal and totally worth it. I just can't afford the cost since I don't need to go that often to make it worthwhile. I emailed them a few days before the month was over to cancel my membership and a few days later I received a voicemail that my membership was canceled.
