I had a 4:30 appointment on January 25th that was confirmed, but when I arrived, the cleaning guy said he was busy with another car and couldn't get to mine for another 30 minutes. I called Michael (the boss), who acknowledged the mistake and offered me a 20% discount, which I accepted. However, after speaking with Michael, the cleaning guy's behavior changed completely. He became rude and condescending, telling me he needed at least 45 minutes before he could start, as if I was at fault. It felt like he was trying to push me into canceling so he could pocket half the price, per their policy. I called Michael again, and he said he'd look into the situation and get back to me, but I've heard nothing since. My question is: Why did I have to endure such poor treatment, especially when I never asked for a discount--Michael offered it? How does your business justify workers behaving this way, making customers feel demeaned, when they were not at fault? read more

I purchased a membership and got a wash plus sealant package, my appointment went off without a hitch and I was very pleased with the service. So much so, that I scheduled another wash for my wife's car the following weekend. I get a call as I was driving to the appointment, 15 mins before it was scheduled that they had to cancel the appointment. They offered a 20% discount for my next wash, but being upset about the last second cancellation, I asked to speak to a manager. That was 6 days ago... I've emailed, left a message and finally called again. Still have yet to speak to the manager. The 2 stars was for the actual service I received, but looking at previous reviews, it looks like scheduling is an issue. read more

Quality of service can vary widely depending on who is washing the car. Did a mini detail and quality was not great. The dash was only half dusted, wheels were still dirty, no vacuuming between the driver seat and door, and the car still had bird poop on it. Other times, I have had the car spotless with even the trash taken out! I hope they can get more consistent since I like the convenience of the location and that it uses less water. read more

I came here a week ago for a car wash (I got the experience and made an appointment). Based on their website this wash takes about an hour. I showed up 10 minutes late. But their online system wasn't reflective of the actual time (which apparently changed to 30 minutes for a wash). Long story short they washed my car for maybe 10-15 minutes and did only the outside. And it wasn't a great job. So I left a review on their website. The manager/ owner immediate called me, and asked me what went wrong. He provided with different options and also requested that I give them another shot, if not he would refund my money. I decided to give them another shot, so i made another appointment. I showed up, and the guy working said it'll take them longer since they were a little behind schedule. I was fine with it since it's at a mall. So I went around, did some shopping. I got a text saying my car was ready and I came to pick it up. It was definitely a much much better job. Not sure if they took an hour or 30 minutes, but regardless it was a job well done. I'm glad I gave them another shot. The only reason I'm giving a 4 is because the website information is still a little inaccurate. So maybe that's something they can fix. read more

Unfortunately my 3 bad experience with this company. One at Santana Row and now Blossom Hill. Today we took in a Subaru Impreza sport into Oakridge location and when it was ready to be picked up we were told that it was an extra $5 for SUV. I questioned the extra $5 for an Impreza sport and was told that since it was a "hatchback" it was considered a crossover. I was shocked. I then asked if he had already spoken with the manager who I had prior experiences with and he said that he was the one that authorized it. At that point I lost all confidence with this company and cancelled my membership. They really need to fix the basics of how a company is run and better train their employees. read more

Booked my wash at 1p for 3p appointment. Adrian was able to wash my car early. He did a great job! I am very very happy with how clean and sparkly my was!!! I have sunscreen stains all over my steering wheel and sides and they are totally gone. The inside was so clean, I love it! Other places barely dust the interior but this place does it all. They do a good job cleaning a car inside and out. I have NEVER been disappointed with their work. Never! There have been a few hiccups though. One time they rubbed my bumper so hard that my HOV lane sticker came off. The person who washed car undoubtedly saw it, but they didn't mention it to me. I noticed it when I picked up the car. Another time an employee took my keys with them when they left work. Took about 4 days to get my keys back, but they were very apologetic and offered a free wash. Bottom line, they do quality work, but the employees need to be a bit more mindful. read more

What great service ! I had the pleasure of having Jackie and Arie wash 2 of my vehicles. Very convenient to have both cleaned while I was at the mall. I opted for the exterior and interior package and the crew went above and beyond to ensure everything was clean. They even took the time to explain how their process works which I appreciated very much. One vehicle was a SUV that transports a child, which was so dirty and the team made the interior looked amazing. My other vehicle is a sedan, and I just got back from camping , and they took care of all the dirt and grime that covered my car. They kept me up to date on the timing via text message which was awesome. Highly recommend, they even offer FREE touch ups within the first 7 days. Will definitely be back. I read more

A few days after I left my review, Joe (I believe he's one of the owners?) reached out to me about the service I received and wanted me to try FW again, on them. I had a great conversation with Joe on just things I thought could be improved (just as a customer) and I am all for 2nd chances, and I have always liked Future Wash. He simply asked me to let him know before scheduling my appointment so that he could let his employees know that I would be coming in. I came to the Santana Row location on my scheduled day, and went to go have some lunch and then came back. I came back maybe a little after an hour and just waited, no text received about the car being done, but after about 10 min, I saw an employee texting, and within a minute, it was a text that the car was ready. It happened the time before as well, but I just kind of let it go, so I think maybe just making sure that those texts are sent out when the car is ready would be helpful, otherwise you just end up sitting around. The car this time was much cleaner, with a few little dirt spots on the outside here and there, but I do think that it's still because they do the services in the parking garage, BUT I understand why. I like Future Wash, and the convenient service they provide. I do appreciate Joe reaching out, and trying to remedy the previous situation. read more

If I could give 0 I would. Went to the location by Oakridge mall. Left my car and my husband's car for 2.5 hours. Came back to nothing done. They legit forgot to do my entire trunk. Rims barely touched and covered in blackness, interior wasn't wiped down at all and I asked for the extra interior too! They missed cleaning my exterior in multiple spots, dash dusty, center console filthy. Seats weren't wiped down. I was astonished that they had the nerve to argue with me even after I touched the car and showed them my hands! Horrible and honestly tell your boys to learn to do their jobs without telling the customer that they did their best and to not stress them out. Ridiculous. Washing a car isn't rocket science but don't insist you did a job when you clearly didn't! read more

My car was super dusty from a couple of road trips and I was a little skeptical about the waterless part but Israel did such a great job; I am 100% satisfied with the end result. My Prius looks and feels fresh. Grade A customer service! The entire process was simple, convenient, and affordable! I was able to book a same day appointment, go shop around the mall, and before I knew it, I got a text that my car was ready! I will definitely be going back to this location! Was super excited to try Future Wash based on the promising (albeit it few) reviews. I truly love the idea of minimizing our use of water and trying to be more eco friendly. Unfortunately, I anticipated more than one person working on what has been the beginning of Spring in San Jose. When I arrived (about 20 minutes early) I was told I would have to wait nearly two hours for my car to be ready. I was confused because the appointment window said it would only take 35 minutes. The person working then told me that was "misleading information." If that is so misleading, I don't think that you should advertise that, especially given the fact I also made an appointment. I recommend you call ahead to see if it will actually take the amount of time that is says it will. I probably won't return. read more

I WANTED to love this so much... the man who did my car was super sweet and polite, I love the idea of waterless and ecofriendly, being next to Target is a huge plus. BUT..... My car is not really very clean. I paid for the full inside/outside job, quoted about an hour. I was there on time and it was not busy. It took about 2 hours. Thankfully that day I had the extra time, but many times I do not. When I got back I trusted all was well and did not do a thorough inspection. Upon getting home and loading the stuff back in the trunk I had taken out, I realized none of the interior windows were wiped down in the truck area and side windows. With grubby kid hands, this was sorely needed. There were still sticky dots on the inside of my windshield where a straw had flicked soda. I got windex out and did this myself in 2 seconds, but really should have had to. The exterior still had a number of spots that were "sticky" (maybe sap) that maybe would have taken more elbow grease to get off. The small amount of trash/debris was left inside the car doors. No car door "pockets" were wiped down in any way. Primary cup holders were wiped but not vacuumed so still had debris sticking to the Amoral. Overall, it was just not at all what I thought I was paying for and likely will not be back. Side note: Google maps puts it in a weird spot, and is not accurate. It is where you see the tent, on the Thornwood side of Target, not on Blossom Hill. read more

We went to Future Wash at Santana Row without an appointment after reading Yelp reviews but when got there, it was packed and couldn't take any more cars for the day. They called up the Oakridge location for us and asked if they could take us. We drove over to Oakridge and the service was fantastic! They took care of the cleaning in a good amount of time and asked us to take a look to our satisfaction. Our car is looking great! Highly recommended. A good place to get a Tesla washed as well. This location is extremely hard to find. The address is not 925 Blossom Hill. It's in the valet parking lot close to target. The website is down. I don't know how to book an appointment except calling again and again. The car was washed in 30 mins. However, when I took a look, there were noticeable dirt all around. The professionals were super nice to help me clean again. However, with the help of some cleanser water, the dirt seems to be hard to be removed. He told me because this dirt was oil. I thought he was right. Then, when I went back home, I used my own microfiber cloth to wipe them (without a single drop of water). I removed all the dirt in 15 mins. The professionals were nice and told me to come back in a week if I found some new dirt. However, I'm having doubt of 3 things. (1) How do I make sure they can see all these obvious dirt without me point them out? (2) let's assume they can see it. However, the secret solution seems to do nothing better than my clean microfiber cloth, why do I bother to come back? (3) let's assume they upgrade the solution. However, how do I book an appointment easily when the website is down? And why do I come back again to wait another 30 mins + paying $25 dollar for this service? I gave 4 stars just because the professionals attitude was great. For my service, I would give 3 stars. read more
