Brian, If you have a problem with Cindy M review I've got news for you, I was actually THERE and I'm the one who paid your company for it's SHITTY and UNPROFESSIONAL service, so if you don't like the review then you can take it up with ME!!! First and foremost, Your communication skills were horrible in even trying to hire your company, but you assured us that it was a misunderstanding and we gave you the benefit of the doubt and hired you against our already hesitant gut feeling. Secondly, that $125 dollar discount you feel like you need to throw in someone's face is an absolute JOKE... Your company was extremely LATE, and because of YOUR LACK in doing YOUR JOB, you sent a truck far to small to do the job. But instead of handling it like a professional business owner should have, you decided to call Cindy while I was standing there and SCREAM like a two year old instead of taking responsibility for YOUR mistake, not only did you scream at her like a lunatic, you threatened her and used profanity filled language toward her letting her know you'd pull your guys off the job and I quote "LEAVE OUR SHIT ON THE SIDEWALK"... WOW, big man to speak to a woman that way!!! The job was NOT DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION yet we had to stand there and keep our mouths shut so our belongings didn't get left on the street on the day of our out of State move... You say some of your workers tested positive for COVID, yet your movers wore their masks around their necks all day causing us to have to try and direct them what to do while keeping as much distance from them as they handled OUR personal belongings, so don't act like you did anyone any favors because NOTHING was done that day in any way to prevent your workers or your customers from being exposed to COVID! And lastly let me add that EVERY SINGLE ONE OF OUR BOXES WAS LABLED IN LARGE PRINT as to what was inside, but instead of your movers taking the time to LISTEN and to read the GIANT LABELS on each box, we arrived all the way to our destination only to find that the company we hired to unload the truck stood there in shock that YOUR COMPANY decided to put all of our boxes upside down thinking it was cute. I have the testimony of the other moving company that it was THE WORST THING THEY HAD EVER SEEN A MOVING COMPANY DO TO SOMEONES BELONGINGS!!!! Your company is a JOKE, YOU are a JOKE, and to add insult to injury on YOUR BEHALF, it is very very clear as to what your temperament is by the way you speak to people who actually have the RIGHT to warn others of your horrible "Moving Company" if you can even call it that. YOUR HATEFUL response is EXACTLY the perfect example of how we were treated by you on the day of our move and how we were spoken to by you and hopefully people don't just walk away from hiring your company, hopefully they RUN!!! You are NOT a reputable business, you are NOT an honest business, and you are a crybaby who likes to talk down to women and threaten them when you don't like being called out on YOUR MISTAKES! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR BELONGINGS HELD HOSTAGE ON THE STREET WHILE THE OWNER SCREAMS AT YOU AND MAKES SURE HIS MOVERS DESTROY YOUR BELONGINGS!!!! Oh, and definitely don't leave an HONEST REVIEW about him or his company warning other's or you will be harassed over and over and over again!!!!! NOW THAT IS THE TRUTH!!!! read more

There are a whole host of reasons to avoid using this company which we made the mistake of doing 2 weeks ago. Hopefully you can learn from our mistake. Upon arrival we were told that if we gave them a 5-star review that we would receive a gift card, so right there I began to question all of the 5-stars they've received. It just all goes down hill from there. They arrived early and instead of just getting started they proceeded to monkey around. Once they did start one of the guys just sat on the truck. I asked him why he wasn't helping out since we were paying him and he gave me some lame excuse that he had to remain with the truck. As they packed the truck the crew constantly argued and complained how heavy some of our furniture was. Um, that's why we hired movers dude. To, you know, move some of that heavy furniture. We literally moved 10 minutes away and despite handing them directions they conveniently managed to get lost for 45 minutes. Apparently 2nd left, 3rd right, 2nd right and 3rd house on the left was too complicated for these guys to follow, despite the overweight guy bragging how he was awesome with directions. By the way, you pay these by the hour, so we got charged for their incompetence. After finishing up we noticed some damage and asked about it. They said they weren't responsible for it and to call the owner Brian. This is where things get strange. Brian, the owner says that be isn't responsible as it wasn't his fault and that his guys are contractors. Dude its your company. He offers $75 as a goodwill gesture. He says he'll mail it right out. 2 weeks later we still haven't received the check. We call and he gives us this excuse that he was out of town, then it changed to country the next time we spoke. The guy is a total liar. It takes 2 minutes to write a check and put it in the mail. Instead he was full of excuses. We asked him if we could swing by his business and he said that he wasn't there and he would call us when he was. We never heard back from him and now he has not return text messages and phone calls. I wouldn't use these guys if you want your items to arrive undamaged. If you want a crew that bickers or an owner who is a dishonest businessman and won't honor his own agreements, then Class A is for you. Just don't be surprised when you're the next one leaving a 1-star review. read more

I used Class A Movers before and had a great experience so I decided to use them again. This time it was not a pleasant experience. I understand that crews change and a single incident is not all inclusive of the company as a whole, but this time I cannot give them a favorable rating. Just some background, the first time I used them I moved from one 2 bedroom apartment to another and had packed up boxes, the crew that time had dismantled all of the large furniture and reassembled at my new location (4th floor Apartment). The 2 of them that time took around 3 hours to complete the move 9 miles away. This time in order to help save time I had boxed everything and dismantled all the furniture beforehand and had them organized in one room. Everything was going into a storage facility 6 miles away so no assembly would be required. Where things went wrong...First, they showed up and told me that the truck they got was going to be too small and that they would need to make at least 2 trips. After the first hour, both of them decided to take a 15 minute smoke break (I have pictures). Then one of the guys was off and on his phone for about 5-10 mins throughout the rest of the move (being loud and using profane language while talking aloud). After the 3rd hour they started taking pieces down one at a time (such as a small bedroom nightstand) instead of stacking items on the dolly. Then 4 bathroom breaks and more 1-2 pieces at a time. I started to get the feeling they were doing everything they could to slow the process. Then we had to go to the storage drop everything off then comeback to get the few pieces that remained. The same items that the first move took 3 hours (I had not bought any new items) now stretched to 5 hours with less work and shorter distance. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 star was that the one thing I appreciated was that they organized my space logically. I am hesitant on using them again. read more

An amazing group of workers!!! From the first phone call to the last item brought in, ther employees in this company have been incredible!!! First, Paige, every step of the way, made me feel so relaxed and truly cared for by checking and double checking about the move. She's really an asset to your company. She's very welcoming and has THE perfect personality for customer service!! She makes you feel like you're an old friend of the family and that she's known you for years. James and Jeremy were fantastic, as well. Here's my personal, little story: I've hired movers before, but these are the first true professionals I've seen. During other moves, I've always pitched in making trips back and forth right alongside the movers. Today, as I was getting ready to bring a load inside, James politely turned to me and said, "Ms. Angela, that's what you hired movers for. If you want to take something, you can have this (folding) chair and go sit down." I said that I had always helped, and he smiled and said with such a warm tone, "I know, but you don't have to today." It was such a relief for me because I helped load the trailer in the first place, and I was extremely tired from that and driving across the state. Plus, there were phone calls to be made and paperwork to be finished. And, because these two gentlemen were so dedicated to their work, I was free to do other things that needed to be done. They were polite, friendly, and funny. But, they took their work seriously and emptied the car and trailer in about an hour. They even offered to help arrange everything, but I said that it wasn't necessary. Just not having to unload was such a gift!! I know who I'll be hiring for all future moves.  Thank you Class A Moving, Inc. for such a wonderful "moving" experience (pun intended). read more

These guys stood me up twice.I was originally scheduled for a move on Saturday June 19th they were supposed to arrive at my house at 1pm. I get a call around 1pm stating that they won't show up until 5 or 6 pm because of delays from their 1st move of the day. I dreaded the idea of having tired movers moving my stuff at night. So with a lot of apologizing they stated that we could reschedule. I agreed to the following Saturday only if I was the 1st move if the day. I tried to call them Friday evening to confirm our appointment without success. So I left a message. Saturday morning comes and once again, no show. I gave Brian, the owner a call and tells me that he forgot to put me on the calendar after promising me I would be the first move of the day. Now I was forced to call u Haul, get a truck move myself at the last minute after dealing with the unreliable nature of this company. I can't say how good or bad their moving is because they never showed up, twice!!!. If you are in a situation to where you need to move you actually expect someone to show up I would stay away from these guys. I apologize for any typos as I wrote this review from my cellphone. read more

I have to say that Class A Moving is so good. Brian the owner is so professional. We moved from Az back to Blue Diamond , NV. Originally i had picked a different moving company and regretted it immensely. I paid for 2 guys 4 hours and they were horrible so much so that I had to call Class A Moving to come back to my house the next day to complete the job the other company should have . Brians guys were professional and very helpful. So when i needed to pick up another small load from one place and move it to my house, then take a queen size bed and tv to my granddaughter here in town, I called Class A Moving AGAIN!!!!!! The guys they sent were so nice and professional and did not complain about having to go to 3 places during this time. Brian was going to have a later crew but I had to move by a certain time and I did not mean to get upset but Brian made it happen. He called me three times to make sure I could be accommodated. I truly appreciate his professionalism and helping me out. Normally it would not have mattered but that day it did. I would give them 10 STARS if I could. They are the BEST movers in town. Many thanks Brian. read more

We came from Washington State and had called to request help from them upon our arrival to Las Vegas. We ended up being late, it was an inconvenient ordeal for the company but YET they still worked with us and sent the movers' back again to the storage site where we needed our truck unloaded. They waited for us to get there at night and even stayed until 12 a.m. to unload everything. We had a lot of things and they still played tetris with our items trying to fit everything into our 2 units, that weren't that big to begin with all the while still smiling and laughing with us. To be honest, it was exhausting and Gabe & Thomas, still kept going and going. Never complained and were so sweet about it all. My parents are elderly, so we really needed their help and appreciated it greatly. We would've been there until the next morning if we didn't have them. They were so awesome, that my parents' have requested them for when they move into their new home. Thank you so much, for everything but most importantly, Thank you for going above and beyond and remaining so positive about it! read more

At first I was wary about hiring movers as a first timer. Wouldn't know if they'd come in time or finish the job accordingly. Especially was worried my things were going to be damaged or what not. All those things had never happened to my experience. I was very satisfied with mine. They came on time and finished 4hrs as I paid for. They were ready to set, load and unload. They knew how to handle a 4 room of appliances and fit them into a 17 feet movers truck. They help storage all my things into a storage unit that I was scared wouldn't fit all. They've brought their own utilities and tools. As well as they came in with their own cars to travel. So if you're a person that likes personal space it's good. I was very impressed of how professional they were. Slav, Blake, and Chris. Were very patient and kindly manner. Would definitely give them another call when I need assistance. A company you could really trust in what they do best. Thank you Brian for giving me confidence into your company. My first experience was a success with you guys and a great trustful memory. BEST! read more

I have used a lot of moving companies in the past and always have gone really bad service not on time damaged my stuff and put a lot of delays on my busy schedule ... this company was awesome starting with the owner Brian to his amazing guys that arrived on time I was very careful with my things took the time to load the truck and was awesome with the professionalism they took to do unlike other companies who just throw it on and throw it off pretty much ... I definitely would go with this company if you are looking for some quick professional good price and people that respect your things! Great service all around I will definitely be using them again and I tell all my friends and family and I love that it's family-owned and not to mention I called them the day before and they were available to help me in accommodate me on short notice ... a big plus with me! I just had to take the time to let them know how thankful I am for their service... Thanks again guys at Class A Movers read more

Keith and Zino are simply the best. They are very friendly and extremely fast and strong. I had a few items left in my fridge and was putting them into a bag and during this very short time they almost had my entire 2 bedroom apartment loaded! They even went so far as to put the furniture in the new apartment in the same rooms it came from in the old apartment and put the boxes as marked in the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms accordingly! We continue to talk about their amazing strength! My couch and chair are very heavy - completely encased in solid wood frame - hard to even scooch around and with 2 average people a huge struggle to even lift and move around the apartment, yet amazingly they were able to lift with one man, one arm and carry upstairs! Nothing was scratched or broken or harmed in any way. They are polite, professional, fast, efficient, and strong. Also, Class A Moving has the best price! If I move again I will definitely call Class A Moving! read more

I have had two moves with this company on the selling of my place and both were excellent help. Kevin and Calvin came to help me do some packing and load some furniture from in the house to the garage. The second time Thomas and Kevin came to house with a truck to pack some picture packs and load boxes and few pieces of furniture and delivered to my storage space. Both moves the guys were professional, clean and worked earnestly in a minimum amount of time. I had to get legal papers out of storage the other day, I called and talk to Joseph I was so impressed with his professional re-pour and was willing to get me a helper for the next morning. As I was really stresses. Keith came to meet me and we went to storage space and move a lot of boxes out to get to my two file boxes way in the back, of course on the bottom. He did excellent job of reloading everything back into the storage space. i was really impressed and recommend this company to anyone and every body. read more

Not only did this move take almost 8 hours just to get the items from my house to a storage. I paid 1,100! They packed glass table tops on top of the storage so when stuff started getting moved of course it was shattered. Flat screen TVs on the floor, they piled 50/60 lb containers onto plastic items completely smashing the contents. All they could reply was "maybe someone else did it and even if awarded a claim max pay out is 250$ and it sounds like a lot more than 250$ was damaged" I had the movers take apart 3 bedroom sets and 2 other pieces of furniture and they took ALL the nuts and bolts and screws and put them into ONE container. I have no idea which screws go to which beds or anything !!! The movers themselves were very nice and polite but as far as being "professionally trained and experienced" I'm disagreeing completely. I'm so far dissatisfied and upset after paying over 1,000$ JUST to get the stuff into storage. I'm sorry but never again. read more
