Because of that, I ended up wearing my old glasses from April all the way until September. After multiple trips trying to find a replacement, I finally found another pair I liked in September, only to then be told the original Moncler frames could actually be ordered after all. When I picked them up, they were completely crooked and had to be adjusted just to be wearable. Another replacement was ordered, and 15 days later I still have no update. Way too much back-and-forth, conflicting information, and wasted time for what should have been a simple replacement. I would not come back.

I didn't notice right away, but what I did see isn't good and after multiple occurrences I have to assume corporate is driving some inscrutable practices. WATCH YOUR RECEIPTS! On 3 occasions they have added a supposedly optional EYEWARE PROTECTION charge and never explained what it is or how to use it. We always decline it. We usually pay for our glasses out of our FSA account. When they stick on this protection it gets rejected by our FSA account and it causes our account to get frozen until we send a check to the account management to cover that charge. They have done this to us twice. This time after losing a pair of reading glasses I called and asked for replacements. I asked for exactly what I had on my previous visit. After not hearing for 3 weeks, I called and was told they weren't in yet and they would call me. They called me 20 minutes later saying, "They just came in today" I went and picked them up. I told the I was using my FSA card. When I got home I saw a $30 charge for the supposedly optional coverage that they didn't tell me they added, despite me telling them to duplicate my previous order which didn't have it. We have told them repeatedly the problem is causes so I didn't think to look till I got home, Fortunately they did void the entire bill and re-enter without the additional charge by phone. I'll see how this works out.

I ordered the progressive lenses with the normal field of view. I had had the more expensive wide field lenses before and thought these would be fine but they did not work for me. The better lenses are not part of the 1 hour program but they were ready in 3or 4 days. Much better. Really exceptional service. The price was good and the service very good. I'll be returning.

After submitting the request Lori from EyeMart called and left a VM letting us know he submitted the wrong insurance card.. well she thought she hung up.. Turns out Lori "can't believe" that at 25 years old he doesn't know how to submit his insurance. She then goes on to laugh to her coworker claiming "he must be on Medicaid" and "what is he just dumb". I'm truly shocked that this lady talks this way about patients behind their back. Well Lori, if you must know he hasn't had insurance since 18 years old and finally got a job that offers insurance to update his vision prescription. So sorry if he sent the wrong card to you. His glasses are literally broken and 7 years old.. it's already nerve wracking trying to book an appointment when you haven't had care for that long and now YOU just made it worse. So for anyone who reads this don't book an appointment here if you have Medicaid, the staff will laugh behind your back and don't even think about making a mistake if you're 25 years or older, Lori will snicker with her coworkers about how "dumb" you must be. Truly disgusting behavior from Lori. Grow up.
