Upon arriving, we saw all the beautiful Christmas trees for sale and were immediately greeted by a very nice young man who asked if we'd ever been there. He welcomed us to check out the store and that there was complimentary mulled cider, apples, and fresh-popped popcorn and coffee, and a whole sitting area to enjoy it in. We purchased their own Cryovacced beef and sausage, some fresh veggies, homemade baked goods, and some cider. The staff was AMAZINGLY friendly! As we were leaving, my children saw some very small broken Christmas tree twigs in the parking lot and wanted to take them home for the ride so they could smell the pine. Another young man called over to me and said he had a better piece for them than what we found on the ground and he gave them a large branch! It just made their day! Then, my daughter saw the horses and he invited us to go and look at them. It was such a gorgeous setting and we really enjoyed everything we purchased. The sausage is out of this world!!! I'd drive 5 hours just to purchase it again!

It's beyond a vegetable and fruit stand. They have dozens of local Maine products, from sauces and jams to pies and cheeses. They also had a U-Pick option. And they were really satisfying portions! AND IT WAS THE BEST BLUEBERRY CRISP I'VE EVER HAD. I opted for the vegan one and wow. WOW! It was overflowing with warm, jammy-yet-whole local blueberries covered in an oatmeal crumble. Everything was sugared and seasoned in a way that let the blueberries absolutely shine (and do all the heavy lifting), which personally I prefer! It was one of those Maine-in-a-bite kind of moments. If I could explain this incredible state in one flavor, this absolutely would be it. So, if you ever come across Fields Fields at an event GET YOURSELF A SQUARE OF BLUEBERRY CRISP (probably get two, one for right then and one for later!). As a vegan I sometimes struggle with finding options especially at events. I decided to take a quick peak at their menu and was SHOCKED! Vegan Blueberry Crisp! The girls working the truck were sooo nice and that they totally made my evening by offering vegan options. They explained that they try to accommodate to all different kinds of food allergies/restrictions. They even offer dairy free whipped to top off the crisp. I can honestly say I was just blown away with how delicious the crisp was, so much so that I wish I would have got another for the road. If you ever come across their truck MUST give them a try and support their business!

I've gotten introduced to so many new items (garlic scapes & pea shoots) that make meals at home so much tastier! There are various CSA options and pick-up spots ~ and the farm itself is beautiful and welcoming (and they have such a sweet dog!) The farm stand always smells amazing and they play the nicest music. It's a great place to stop in and grab a hostess gift (fresh sourdough, cheese, canned spreads, etc.) Throughout the seasons they offer "pick your own" berries and flowers for members, tours and other events - it's just such a great place to be a part of :) Thank you to Keena & the crew!

New owners as of this year (now Scully Sea Products). We…read morehad stopped at a very nearby, larger business, and found it "good" but not the best. We saw some reviews of Scully and it sounded like it was too good to pass up. They're just getting started as of now (fall '22) but I'm hoping to see great success. There's a tank of lobsters there, but we were going for oysters. There were 3 buckets in the refrigerator and some that had just come out this morning. We sampled one each. They provide a cloth and knife to do your own shucking on site, and some picnic tables to sit down and eat. We stood at the shucking station and chatted with the very nice and knowledgeable manager. These were larger than we usually prefer, but because they were so fresh and super clean, they were fine. Tender, sweet, and perfectly briny. All slightly different flavors, but all better than we had tried that day. As we were going, a couple of (knowledgeable) local folk came by to pick up some for dinner.
