The yard size is quite decent with a variety of cars, trucks, and SUV's. I'd say there are probably 100-200 vehicles in there. The only problem is these so called "mechanics" that work in the place tell you they have the part you're looking, but when you get there they don't and you don't find that out until after you've paid an entrance fee into the yard. And it sucks even more if you had to drive several hours from another state just to get there to get ripped off =/ But it's a junk yard so I guess even the inventory system is a piece of junk Moral of the yelp: don't go to junk yards that are two, three states over just to waste your time and money. but for instate residents it's definitely worth a shot for the small fee

Terrible customer service. My bus had an hours-long delay, which would have prevented me from…read moregetting to my destination in time. To their credit, I was offered either a refund or to rebook my ticket. However, there was only one other bus that day and it was leaving an hour from when I got the notification, and I was about an hour away. Out of desperation I flew to the bus station and missed it by about 30 seconds. They are now refusing to refund me despite the delay, short notice, and paucity of alternative options. I was informed it was my fault for choosing that option and for choosing to travel that day. It's great to know how they treat a customer who they put under significant stress and forced to spend an exorbitant amount of money on a last minute train ticket to get to my destination. Will certainly not make the mistake of "choosing" to use this company again.

I don't write reviews (but here I am) and I refuse to take buses anywhere due to comfort, but…read more today I decided to take a Greyhound to catch my plane in New Jersey and save a little money. First the bus was delayed 20 mins but the bus around 5 mins earlier without notice. Second, when the bus arrived my driver parked next to the bus and we began to take my bags out as the bus driver remained in his seat watching us remove my bags. Within a little under 2 minutes the bus driver leaves before we can get to the bus. Third, when I called customer service, they said the bus departed at 12:22pm which was the arrival time (doesn't make sense at all to leave at the arrival time). Lastly, the track your bus never listed the bus as arrived or departed, basically it wasn't updated. I called and requested a refund, so hopefully that works out and will be the only thing that worked out while attempting to travel with Greyhound.

I was visiting New Haven from out of town when I heard a knocking sound coming from the wheel well. I wouldn't have wanted to drive it back to MA, so I called Lyons and they took me in right away, did a thorough check and found the issue - a cracked coil spring. Rob was super nice and did all the diagnostic work for a nominal fee, put it up on the lift and everything. Really helped me out in a tough spot, I definitely recommend these guys!
