My husband told him the truck he wanted and when he came back with the figures, it was laughable. We have excellent credit, but they used a 9 or 10 percent interest rate to get the monthly payment & then Toby tried to tell us 3 or 4 % in the interest rate only made about $15.00 difference in the monthly payment. Toby Neal's attitude left a lot to be desired, maybe he thought we didn't have money, or he was not wanting to split commission with David.
