They literally rented to us on the fly as we didn't know what we were going to do when things went south with Enterprise. Vince was amazing! He took the time to answer all of our questions and work with us to save our vacation. The other guys in the office were very friendly and welcoming as well. We also bought a pickup truck from them in the past that has also been a very reliable and dependable vehicle. They stand by their word and in today's world that goes a long way and means a lot. We bought a 2014 Explorer from them. About 5 days after buying it, we had problems getting it…read morestarted. The battery was too weak to start it except after it had run and put a recent charge in it. Upon checking and getting a new battery, I discovered that the battery in it was a smaller and weaker battery than the original. Seems that whoever traded it in had replaced the original battery, which should have still been ok, with an older and smaller battery. It would start the car as long as it had run long enough to recharge the battery. But after running for a short time and being shut off it would not restart. I discussed this with Service Advisor Billy Hummel who in turn discussed it with the sales manager. They called me and agreed to reimburse me the cost of the replacement battery. Customer satisfaction was achieved and I would and likely will do business with them again. Ron B
