My mom co signed for me and we used a vehicle in my husband'sname as a trade in. They never had him sign the title over as he wasn't going to be on the new auto loan. We didn't find out that they put the loan in my mom's name only until she received the first letter from the lender. We never received our copies of anything regarding the sale until my mom went back 2 months later. When I went to go refinance the vehicle, we found out that they had used my business income under my mom's name to get the loan done. I couldn't refinance the vehicle because of the fraud committed. Jimmy White tried to get us to settle the matter during the investigation before "it was too late". When we spoke with him in person he stated that the fraud, that has been verified by the lender, is my opinion of what happened and refuses to make it right. This is still on-going. Stay far away from this dealership!

Quality of their vehicles compared to other buy here pay here lots is much higher. Purchase process is simply and fast to complete. Employee was very nice, had a lot of knowledge about the vehicle and was professional. I would highly recommend this lot for purchasing a vehicle.

He cleared the codes to shut off the check engine light in order to hide the fact that the oil pump was bad, which cost me a lot to have fixed. He also failed to mention that the oil cooler was leaking, which also cost me a lot to have replaced. And, the transmission had issues. He sells junk, doesn't even bother to clean out the grime from inside or make sure the seat belts and airbag are functioning properly. I got half way home after buying it before all the hidden issues began to reveal themselves. Definitely my mistake for trusting this guy.

When I got there they asked a bunch of questions about my car and when they finally realized I wasn't going to buy a new car that day they would not talk to me. When I came into pick-up my car they told me they didn't have the parts and they would re-order them. I called this morning to find out when I could bring my car in and was told the parts were in and I would have to make another appt. but only the service manager could confirm appt. They called back to say that the gas tank came in last night but it was damaged. First I was told that 2 gas tanks had come in now it was one and it was bad. I called another Ford dealer only to find out they don't replace the gas tank unless the engine light comes on with a purge valve code. Mine is not on. Florence and White also said they had parts room employee change that caused the issue. Then they gave my phone number to one of their salespeople who called my house trying to sell me a new car. I would not do business with this company…read more After purchasing a set of Kumho tires, one of the four tires wore our before 20,000 miles. This tire was obviously poorly made as the other three tires seemed to wear fine. We had rotated tires and even paid to have an alignment done to keep this tire from falling apart. This company was not even interested in looking at the tire to determine that it was poorly manufactured. They also let me know that the manufacturer would not be held liable for a faulty tire. Their only recommendation to me was to call the manufacturer directly. I will be more apt to work with someone that has relationships with their manufacturers in the future.
