I told them I didnt think it was, but the mechanic insisted it was. I ask the person up front if it wasnt the what the mechanic said it was after the part and work was done and it didn't fix the issue, what then? He said, no charge. I ask, parts and labor, and he said yes. When they called and told me the part they replaced didn't fix the issue, I wasnt surprised. When I picked up my car, I wasnt charged, but after driving my vehicle out the parking lot I immediately heard and felt, literally, that my car was way worse. I will NEVER take my vehicles back to gateway.
