The have so many frames to choose from and they truly help you pick frames that's best matches your fave, your style, etc. the have options that can be a bit pricy but they also have budget friendly frames as well, who know maybe some people's insurance would even cover it all but even if you have insurance that's not really helpful financially the ladies sure work with you so that you go home feeling good and looking good. The turn around time to pick up your new frames was approximately just shy of 2 weeks. Nonetheless, I felt comfortable, I felt heard, I felt cared for. I'm happy I choose them to do my yearly exam with. 10/10

She also makes me at ease when I ask questions about things that I don't understand. In addition, when I sent an inquiry through their patient portal about another appointment with a specialist that she referred me to, she called me within 30 minutes to explain what's going on and to assure me that everything is okay. You need to make appointments for different things like eye exam or glasses pick up. This assures that we are not waiting for a long time. Everything is carefully streamlined. And the staff folks there are also so kind, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They spend time with you as much as you need to make sure we are happy with our order, etc. The office is very inviting and there are plenty of options when it comes to frames. I used to go to another optometrist's office where I got minimum examination which took like 10 minutes and they would tell me that my insurance would not cover the lens that I needed (which now I think was a lie after how much I have paid at this clinic). I used to pay over $1,000 for a basic pair of my prescription glasses - not designer's brand. At Charity Eyecare I have spent around $400-$550 for a pair with the best lens that I can get. And they always have good music which is a plus! As you can see, I have been spending a lot of time describing how wonderful my experience has been- and I hope you'll be able to get excellent experiences as I have!

From the second I walked in, everything felt next-level: the staff was incredibly welcoming, the office was spotless and modern, and the entire visit ran like a perfectly tuned machine. But the real MVP of this experience was Ashlyn. I cannot say enough good things about her. She didn't just provide great service--she completely elevated the entire visit. She was unbelievably kind, insanely knowledgeable, and made me feel like I was the most important patient there. She explained everything in a way that actually made sense (which is rare), answered every question with patience, and somehow made an eye exam feel like a VIP experience. You can tell she genuinely cares about what she does and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect. That level of attention and professionalism is hard to find anywhere, let alone at a doctor's office. The doctor was also fantastic--thorough, efficient, and took the time to make sure I understood everything about my eye health. I walked out feeling confident, taken care of, and honestly a little blown away by how great the whole experience was. I don't usually write reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. If you're looking for an eye doctor, stop searching--this is the one. And if you get the chance to work with Ashlyn, consider yourself lucky.

With a new prescription in hand and a desire to find a pair of glasses a tad cheaper than the eye…read moredoctors, I headed to Warby Parker. I've never been inside of a Warby Parker, or really ever paid them much attention when in the mall. However, when I stepped inside I was like a kid in a candy store. With so many frames to try on, I was in face candy heaven. The experience at Warby Parker is not quite what I'm used to from my traditional eye doctors. Where I'm use to an associate taking their time and walking me through various glasses that best fit the shape of my face while I play model. The experience at Warby Parker was more self-led. They explained how the frames were categorized around the store and then pretty much just let me walk around until I was ready to pay. One associate did ask me if I needed any assistance, but that was about all. After trying on a ton of frames I finally narrowed my selection down to one pair and went off to an associate to pay. At my regular eye doctors, the associate would walk me through any special features for my glasses and how much they'll cost given my insurance discount. However, the young lady helping me forgot to ask me if I had insurance and it wasn't until after I paid, I remembered the insurance. This resulted in her having to cancel the order and redo it. I personally feel a discussion about insurance should be a given conversation with each customer, so I found that a bit odd. But otherwise, still a decent experience. I do plan on visiting Warby Parker again for my next pair of glasses, because they have some really cute frames. But I'll stick to my normal eye doctor for my exam and next time make sure to mention my insurance upfront.
