Bad experience here, front desk lady was rude and unwelcoming. Not coming back here. I hope the management change

The rude woman at the desk, I find her personality hot and cold- more cold. And I can see she chooses who she likes or not. The desk person is the most important part of a business. They set the tone, and if the tone is not good, you leave with a unwelcoming feeling.. not good. Decided to find a new place.. read more

Great office stafff and everyone is caring and attentive. Dr. Swart put a lot of care into making me feel better.

Dr.Clarizio is amazing. Thoughtful, knowledgeable, gentle & very helpful! Was in a lot of pain & he helped so much!

Always great taking care of and excellent staff, one of the best doctors, thank you dr clarizio

His treatments were great. I went for 14 years. I loved and trusted him & his staff. I would tell him everything about my life. And then I looked at his notes... he didn't write down what I reported, which makes it difficult when trying to settle a court case. I'm really heartbroken. But I need people I can actually trust treating me. The damage is done. Not only that, I must have paid out tens of thousands for treatments and as a provider, he wasn't there for me when I really needed it as a patient. read more

My family and I have been very happy customers of Dr. Robert Clarizio now for fifteen years. Not only is Dr. Clarizio very skilled at making adjustments but he takes the time to listen and discover what might be the cause of the discomfort and offer professional advice on diet and exercises to continue at home. This office also has a comprehensive suite of treatment, such as on-site therapists for massage, isometric stretching, and e-stimulation for muscles and the ever-popular hydromassage. The staff are very friendly, professional and efficient. Thanks also to the main admin person, China, who manages everything like a pro and always with a great attitude. read more

This review is for chiropractic and massage as a joint service from a rehabilitation standpoint. COVID-19 precautions: From day one Dr. Clarizio and his staff have gone above and beyond. Offering to clean and re-sanitize areas to ease my anxiety as the pandemic has made me more of a germaphobe, but Dr. Clarizio's office is super clean and takes all proper precautions so I never need them to ever re-clean areas, but the fact that they offer is awesome customer service. The staff here are all honestly very kind hearted hard working individuals and these are the family businesses we should be supporting because the employees are happy and love their jobs so let's keep this business going. Massage: The massage is on point! Every time! So the type of massage I ask for is hard pressure. How else am I going to get these knots out. I have a cluster of knots as I've put my body through the ringer from serving in the Army. As you can only imagine the kind of aches and pains my body feels. So as much as it hurts and takes my breathe away I breathe through all of it and feel fine. I take that time to work on breathing techniques. But the more you get through it the more your body will respond to treatment and you will start to heal and rehabilitation can begin. So far I've completed 6 treatments. After the massage they always remind me to drink lots of water. Chiropractic: Before I see Dr. Clarizio we do some light stretches to loosen up the joints and muscles to help me work on some of my goals I discussed were important to me such as strength, flexibility, and endurance. Keep in mind that all this takes time so you have to consider all those factors when you are looking at rehabilitation as a whole picture. Now the fun part: adjustments. Dr. Clarizio is awesome. I truly appreciate him reminding me to breathe and let loose so he can work his magic and snap, crackle, and pop away. He is a an attentive and caring dr and I am happy that the VA sent me to his office. He is truly professional and makes the whole process feel easy. That is especially important to me being that I don't always hit it off with male providers. But Dr. C truly cares about making sure your treatment for the day was on point if not let him know and he will definitely address it. His door is literally always open for a reason. Thanks again Dr. C! Parking, etc... there is plenty of parking so there's no rush or pressure. The office is easy to find it's right in the middle of the plaza. Scheduling is super flexible and I haven't ran into them being behind schedule. Everyone is pretty on time. Definitely veteran approved! read more

I have been seeing Dr. Clarizio for sometime now. First I should point out that all of his staff have been very courteous and I would say competent as their employer. China always starts of the day with a pleasant greeting. Dr. Clarizio has provided an excellent service and shows concern on how his clients feel. He does nothing but his best to ensure his patient is feeling better and progressing. He is not reluctant in applying tried and true blue methods to makes his client feel rejuvenated. I definitely highly recommend him for any Chiropratic service. read more

Been coming here since 2010. Love the energy here at this office. Everyone here is all so friendly and nice. All the doctors are caring and listens to your concern and they do their best to address it. All the physical therapist and the massage therapist are great. Highly recommend this place! read more

The people there are super nice and professional. I was told that my insurance can cover and I only need to pay $5 co-pay for each visit. After about 7-8 visits, my situation was getting better and I was too lazy to go again. After about a month I stopped going, I received a bill from them saying I need to pay extra $35 total for 3 of my visits. I immediately called their billing department, and was told that the simulation service was not covered by my insurance. I was upset because, 1. I am pretty sure my insurance cover that, 2. even if it didnt cover, they should have let me know so I can make that payment ahead of time, or refusing the simulation service. I am calling my insurance to deal with them directly. Please be careful, they are shady! read more

Great massage technique but the person who is doing it had a pretty bad cold and she did not wear a mask and was hacking all the way No tips for that kind of service read more

Dr. Clarizio WILL stop your pain. After having paralyzing pain, the kind that forced me to take weeks off from work, I trusted my back and neck's health to him. He and his staff listened with utmost patience every time to my needs and always proceeded accordingly. Today, I can move freely and enjoy life once again. I can't recommend Dr. Clarizio enough, as well as his staff. read more

Have been going to Clarizzio for over a decade. I have multiple sons that play football and they have always gone to Clarizzio to get worked on. They play at the highest levels. I personally have benefited from his services and now that me and my wife are getting older and falling apart... we still go see him regularly. Great demeanor and gets you up and running quickly and pain free. Great staff. read more

Dr Clarizio is great, I feel better after every neck adjustment and keep for several days. You have to do it like a routine, like once or twice a week. I also started to try their massage therapy, the trick is they tell you it's 30 mins massage, however it is 25 mins actually. The therapist also tried to steal your time by calling your turn 1-2 mins late and end earlier saying she has to prepare for next patient! So you will probably get 20 mins in the end!!! I appreciate Dr Clarizio made up 5 mins by calling his assistant after knowing this. read more

Dr. Clarizio took the time to explain my condition and to best approach it. Because of type of work I do, which is the cause of my pain/symptoms, he was upfront and honest that the treatment may not treat my condition, but it will alleviate/minimize/reduce the symptoms. Staff were very friendly. read more

Professional , did not wait a long time for appt. Dr that treated me asked question, shows concern and shows interest in your problems. Answers all questions thoroughly . Made another appt. read more

I am having a very positive experience at Clarizio Chiropractic. When I came in my back was in horrible shape, with numbness going down from my back into my feet. After a month of treatments my back is definitely feeling better, with considerably less numbness. Dr. Clarizio is quite knowledgeable, and uses state of the art equipment as well as his hand adjustments to treat my condition. All the office staff are kind and friendly, too. I look forward to my visits and highly recommend this place to others. read more

After reading all the reviews, I arrived early to fill out paperwork. I arrived at 1:43pm for my 2pm appointment. I takes less than five minutes to complete the application and consent form, but the receptionist is slow. It takes extra time for her to acknowledge you, print out the forms, and take the form back. The massage I received was really good. The masseuse asked about the pressure and focused on body parts that needed more attention. read more

It's surprising you get the massage Envy feel when you enter the room. When I met the massage therapist I already sense professionalism and the sheet and room were really clean and professional setting as well. Don't be discouraged by the outside building and the front area / reception atmosphere haha. They are actually more aimed for clients who have medical insurance and not focus on just spa/massages. It's a blessing if you get discounts especially from Groupon because they offer it once for new customer but after that you will be surprised with their original price. That's why we opt to sketchy oriental lower price places lol. Okay so if you're used to Asian parlors where they do a whole dang lot to you in the hour, here is more Americanized style but the pressure is very good and you will feel great too. Ivy is a great therapist there. read more

Wow! Its been over 10years since I've gone to a chiro. I've had some excruciating pain on my upper left back/lower neck that leads to my left arm for a few months now. Tried going to my acupuncturist but nothing changed. Found Dr. Clarizio online and decided to give it a try. Its only been my 2nd visit and amazing! I dont feel the pain 90% of the time, just slightly if I turn a specific way. Still going back a few more times to get adjustments and additional treatment. I highly recommend for you to go to him for services. His staff are also very kind and friendly. read more

Dr. Clarizio is the best! I had never had back problems before and woke up one day in great pain. I was able to get in to see the Doc quickly, and he provided me some immediate relief and advised me on some stretches to do on my own. I continued to see him for treatments for a couple more weeks as my back continued to get heal. I am so grateful to him as well as his very professional and friendly staff.
