So it won't be relaxing if you're looking for a calm environment, The massage therapists are quiet, but the boss lady and the register guy are talking the whole time. This is the 3rd time I'm visiting this place. I last visited in 2019 and had a bad experience. I decided it give it a try again since I was in the area. This is by far the worst massage I ever had. I asked for someone strong to give a hard massage. They gave me a lady who had no clue what she was doing. The whole time someone else came and prompted her what to do next. She was basically giving me a nice moisturizer rub even when I kept telling her where to focus. At 45 min she said ok done and the other ladies told her no turn over and do the back. My favorite massage place in Arcadia! I've had such great experiences with all the employees here. I always get the 1 hour full body massage so this review is strictly for this service. I don't have to tell them anything, whenever dig into my back I feel like they can tell where my pain and pressure points are. FYI, this is not an American massage, and I WANT them to dig into my back and I prefer a very firm / hard massage. So if you're not into that, please tell your masseuse and they will accommodate! This was a wonderful experience! They fit me in with little notice. The prices are very reasonable. I got the 75min combo, for $50. (But they still have the cheaper foot massage only options.) Rose was my masseuse. She did an excellent job. She checked that the pressure was okay throughout the massage. I asked her to focus on an area where I have a big knot and she did. I'm a business owner and normally would never post a review because I know the feeling, but this place was so bad I couldn't let it slide. I went with my 2 cousins for body massage. The price is $50 per hour for each. The massage was OK but one thing that bothers me is the lady that give me a massage kept throwing the bottle oil around my head. When I went to pay the lady who give me massage was staring at me like you need to tip. I gave her $7 and suddenly she speaks Chinese to the front desk (the owner) who tells me that I have to tip 10$ for each of us. Tip is earned with good service. My friend and I came here for foot messages at 7:15pm, the man asked us to wait 15 minutes for masseuses to free up. We patiently and politely waited and were led to soak our feet at 7:30pm. So far so good. Then customers started coming in, the man who greeted us started a conversation with a lady masseuse in a room loudly, telling her people are coming in for services. I wanted a quick massage since my back was aching. My boyfriend and I found this place through yelp, and saw decent reviews. The prices were decent, but what turned me off about this place is that they had no consideration regarding any hot things they were putting on my body. This included hot towels, hot stone, and even hot water during the foot massage. My boyfriend ended up burning his feet from the scorching hot water at this place. Lastly, when we were giving tip, they got upset that we gave less than $15.00 each as a tip ($30 total) - if they burned us, why would we be generous about giving tip? I got a 45-minute body massage and 30-minute foot foot massage, and the massage was okay. Most of the time I was in pain, and I kept on telling my masseuse that it hurts. Then she made it lighter, and after a while, she started to press hard again. It was hard to communicate with her since she doesn't really know English. For the foot massage, I had to leave the room, which it was outside by the hallway. My group of friends didn't have to leave their room for it. The masseuse wore gloves for the foot massage, which made me not enjoy it as much. The price is decent since it was $45, but the owner told everyone to tip more, which it has to be at least $10.
